Summer 2019 Juicy Watermelon Sorbet Ingredients: 3 cups water 3 cups sugar 1/4 cup lime juice 4 cups cubed seeded watermelon Direcons: Step 1: Heat water and sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat unl sugar has dissolved, srring occasionally. Allow to cool. Place watermelon in a blender or food processor. Blend unl smooth. Whisk watermelon, lime juice, and syrup together in a large bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator. Step 2: Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's direcons unl it reaches "soſt-serve" consistency. Transfer sorbet to a one or two quart lidded plasc container; cover surface with plasc wrap and seal. For best results, sorbet should ripen in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Juicy Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients:

3 cups water

3 cups sugar

1/4 cup lime juice

4 cups cubed seeded watermelon

Directions:

Step 1:

Heat water and sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool. Place watermelon in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Whisk watermelon, lime juice, and syrup together in a large bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator. Step 2: Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's

When smoking, keep temperatures inside the smoker at 225°F to 300°F.

145°F – pork, lamb, and veal (stand-time of 3 minutes at this temperature)

160°F – ground beef

165°F – poultry and leftovers
