PROBLEM

• Stanford Athletics Summer Sports Camp for hundreds of K-12 athletes

• Known for safe and fun summer camp experience

• Many camps active concurrently

TARGET AUDIENCE

• The backbone of the camps are summer sports camp counselors

• Temporary workers with no work experience

• Need to quickly and effectively train counselors before arriving

• Program needs to run smoothly and on tight schedule

OBJECTIVES

• Train new counselors before camp arrival

• Minimize program schedule delays

• Maintain program safety and security

• Increase self-confidence of camp counselor at their job

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION

• Camp counselor may be able to refer back to training while at job
