10 week Summer hockey course running from Tuesday 29th April to Tuesday 8th July(break for Half term 26th May 30th May)

Time: 6pm - 7pm (age 6-11 years) 7pm - 8pm (age 12 - 16 years)

Price: The cost of the course is £100Cheques Payable to Wimbledon Hockey Club

Kit: Please bring appropriate playing kit, trainers suitable for astroturf,

shin pads and a gum shield. We can provide kit if needed.

We cover specific skills in fun sessions, pushing each playerto achieve their maximum potential.

A cancellation policy applies as follows: 15 days or more - full refund, 1-14 days - loss of 50% course fee. 3. Wimbledon Hockey Club reserves the rights to exclude or refuse entry to the clinic if we believe that any person is

causing damage to the facilities, or is disruptive to the other attendees. No refund will be given under these circum-stances.

4. Wimbledon Hockey Club reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient numbers. 5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Wimbledon Hockey Club reserves the right to change the coaching staff

without notice. Under these circumstances, we will endeavour to find coaches with the same level of experience. 6. I agree that hockey is a contact sport and there is the possibility of injury. I therefore consent to first aid being carried
