GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, Greater Noida organized 4th International Conference on Management Practices for Sustainability: Innovations & Re-Engineering Perspectives on Saturday, November 16, 2019 in SBG Hall, Greater Noida campus under the pioneering leadership of Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions. The objective of the conference was to provide a global platform to the international forum for raising qualitative discussion on sustainable management practices pertaining to innovation and re-engineering in Logistics, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Financial Management, People Management, Business Financing, Operations Management, Capacity Planning, Digital Marketing and Business Analytics.The plenary session witnessed gathering of expert speakers with enriched knowledge and skills like Mr. Anil Bhasin, President, Havells India Ltd., Mr. Arvind Mehrotra, Advisor, Birla Soft Technologies, Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, Professor, Fore School of Management, Mr. Pankaj Madan, Independent Financial Consultant and Mr. Saurabh Pandey, CEO, Dot Converse who extended the discussion on sustainable management practices in dif ferent domains of business. This high impact glittering conference witnessed participation of more than 200 delegates from the world of corporate, academia, media fraternity and illuminating eminent panellist who participated as panellist in the conference were Dr. Abhishek Singh, Professor, Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Noida Campus, Dr. (CA) Kirti Sharma, Assistant Professor, Great Lakes Institute of Management, Dr. Tarun Kumar Singhal, Professor, Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies & Dr. Kirti Priya Gupta, Professor, Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies were the technical chair for the three sessions. Dr. Kamal Gupta, Assistant Professor, ITS Engineering College, Ms. Komal Kapoor, Assistant Professor, IMSUC, Ghaziabad and Kanishka Gupta, Research Scholar, Amity University won the Best Paper Award respectively for each technical session. Finally, technical sessions concluded with the felicitation of paper presenters with presentation certificates. HR Conclave 2019 at GLBIMR- A Huge Success

The 3rd Annual HR Conclave "HR Architecture: Going Beyond the Boundaries" was held on August 17, 2019 at PGDM Auditorium, GLBIMR, Greater Noida.

The program was inaugurated by Ceremonial Lamp lightening and Invocation of Goddess Saraswati by Director, Dr. Ajay. Kumar along with distinguished dignitaries. Elite guests such as Dr. Deepak Singh, Director –HR, KMPG, Deepak Bharara, CHRO, Lancho Infratech, Mr. Kallol Chatravorti, Ms. Runa Matra and Ms. Poonam Sharma marked the inauguration of the event with the Plenary session.Dr. Ajay Kumar warmly welcomed the guests and extended gratitude for their august presence. Dr. Ajay Kumar highlighted that HR Business leaders and manager are now reinventing their roles beyond business functions to transform organizations. As the boundaries of HR have extended beyond horizon, Dr. Ajay Kumar highlighted that this event provided a platform for the corporate delegates and Management aspirants from well –known organizations alike to discuss various contemporary HR practices. The Conclave was sub-divided into 2 Panel Discussions, which witnessed some of country’s top professionals as panellists. The pre-lunch First Panel discussion was on Managing in Uncertain Times: HR at a Crossroads. The Panel included Mr. Maninder Singh Khalsa, Mr. Vikas V B Lal, Mr. Viplav Kumar Singh and Mr. Himanshu Verma also graced the occasion. The Post Lunch Second Panel discussion was on "Future of Workplace, Talent & Jobs: Upskilling in the Digital Age” The panellist included Ms. Sheetal Sharma, Sr. Manager, Bank of Baroda, Mr. Abhilast Mohapatra, Project Manager- FICCI, Samsung Joint Project , Ms. Sonal Arora and Ms. Indrani Nath.The Conclave brought along the most ef ficient HR fraternity discussing the concurrent concern areas in HR and people management.
