Zucchinis were first brought to us in the 1920’s by the Italians Ingredients: (5 ) Zucchinis Crushed garlic Olive oil Salt and pepper Grape tomatoes Bread crumbs Diced Fontina or Mozzerella cheese Grated Parmesan Directions: Cut zucchini in half length-wise. Trim a little off the bot- tom so it sits still in the baking dish. Scoop out center where the seeds are with spoon. Brush surface with mixture of crushed garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper. Arrange halved grape tomatoes into grooves and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 350° for about 30 minutes. Remove and add diced Fontina or Mozzerella cheese between tomatoes. Ingredients:

(5 ) Zucchinis

Crushed garlic

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Grape tomatoes

Bread crumbs

Diced Fontina or Mozzerella cheese

Grated Parmesan

Directions:
