A COUPLE OF NOTES FOR

PARENTS: PLEASE…

��Ensure that you have completed a 2015 Parks board Daycamp Consent & Waiver Form for your child. We will be unable to take your child on out-trips if this form is incom-plete and your child will be sent home. Forms are available at our Front Desk

��Please dress your child appropriately for the weather and ensure that they have the necessary attire to partici-pate in activities (e.g. swimsuit, hat, sunscreen). Skate rentals will be provided on the Ice Skating trip

��Pack a nutritious lunch, snacks and plenty of water for your child.

��Refunds (less a $10.00 admin fee) must be requested five business days before your child is registered

��Camp starts at 9:00am and chil-dren MUST BE picked up at 3:30pm. It is mandatory that you call the front desk if you intend on being late to pick up your child. If you arrive after 3:45pm and have not contacted the front desk staff you will be required to pay a $10 late fee per child.
