Vacation helps to rejuvenateyour child. It provides you with an opportunity tospend your precious time with them and developan everlasting bond. So lets make their summerbreak fun filled with some exciting activities.

Help your child to do it.

Morning Blessings: Help your child to inculcate good habits like doing‘Surya Namaskaar’ and encourage him/her to greet all elders. Ifpossible, visit a temple or any other place of worship.Fun with Books: Read English and Hindi stories to your child withmorals and colorful illustrations.Fun with Children:• Cook dinner together. Show your child how to measure 1 cup, 1/2

cup, 1teaspoon etc.• Start naming the food groups when you serve.• Let your child help in household chores like dusting, filling water

bottles, laying table for dinner and many more.• Have walks together and talk to your kid about what he/she likes

and dislikes.• Help your child to learn the spelling of his/her name every day;

memorize the address and your phone numbers too.• Help your child in learning how to open and close his/her water

bottles, lunch box, school bag .• Help your ward in revising phonetic sounds everyday.Note : The school closes from May 11, 2017 for Summer Break andreopens on July 3, 2017. Submit the Summer Holidays Assignment onJuly 6, 2017.
