As incoming leaders of AIESEC in HK Gen2015, myself and the conference team would like to empower you to create incredible inner and outer journeys for yourselves, your teams, your members and your EPs. SLDS should be a fun and relevant couple of days to take away certain knowledge, skills, attitudes and friendships to make session 1415 a year to remember for all of us.

To the incoming leadership of AIESEC in Hong Kong, we are excited to start working with you and we are likewise excited to bring you SLDS. We truly hope that this conference ushers in a new age of cooperation between the MC and the LCs. With SLDS, we also hope that we forge a deeper understanding between each other, and a stronger desire to push for AIESEC 2015. Thank you for coming, and have a great experience!

Welcome to the leadership journey of AIESEC Hong Kong!Staying in AIESEC for three years, i would still say leadership is the beauty of this entity. You would never imagine the influential of impact which you could bring to others. Always stay hungry to equip yourself, learn and drive impact at the same time, make sure your members have a fruitful leadership journey. ThisThis conference is all about Attitude, skills, knowledge. Right attitude always go first, if you have the right attitude, knowledge and skills can be equipped easily. Without right attitude, you would never become a true leader.Hope you all enjoy the conference and the coming leadership journey. Our generation is all about BIG AIESEC. Its all about Gen2015 owning our promise and achieving more than we can ever imagine. As the incoming leaders of Gen2015 for AIESEC in HK, we have accepted the challenge and responsibility of making it happen this session. We are all embarking on this new leadership journey and SLDS will be five days where we can acquire more skills and knowledge, but most of all come out with the right attitude to take our entity to the next level!

The person who can achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential is you, right now. "Gen2015" is just one year but everything we do is for our many generations in the future. So every day we need to do our part to change our world. I look forward to AIESEC in Hong Kong fighting our best to achieve more in 1415. Most of all, I look forward to starting our journey together at SLDS.

Dear incoming leaders of AIESEC in Hong Kong, I am so excited to see every single one of you on SLDS! Together we will shape our entity to a new generation of collaboration and unity.
