If your pet is deceased or no longer lives with you please use the form to confirm this information to us in writing.
Our next meeting will commence at 6pm on Wednesday 28 March, at the Cobram Civic Centre, Punt Road, Cobra.
All meetings are open to the public and you are welcome to attend.

Enjoying local produce, celebrating our local communities, is a highlight of the Sun Country Food and Wine Festival 2018 on now until 25 March.
The festival promises exciting and unusual food and wine and is a great reason for visitors to linger longer and for locals to explore their own backyard.
The Sun Country Food and Wine Festival is supported by a grant from the Australian Government’s Building Better Regions Fund and is a proud participant of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. Businesses involved in the festival include The Big Strawberry, Koonoomoo; Rich Glen Olive Estate, Yarrawonga; Byramine Homestead Brewery and Ciderhouse, Yarrawonga; Cactus Country, Strathmerton; PS Cumberoona, Yarrawonga; KU de ‘TA, Cobram; Katamatite Garlic, Katamatite; Monichino Wines, Katunga; Eden Farm Produce, Numurkah; Dubuque Historic Homestead, Numurkah; and Café 3641, Strathmerton.
Festival brochures detailing the food and wine events are available from local Visitor Information Centres, council offi ces and online.
