Exciting news, members! Suncoast is introducing a new teller service experience to improve the speed, privacy and convenience of your teller transactions. This new Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) technology will be introduced in select branches throughout 2016.

So, what are ITMs? Picture an ATM that comes to life! ITMs will allow you to interact with Suncoast tellers through two-way video chat directly on the screen. You get the same

wonderful, caring service from our tellers in a faster, secure and easy to use format.

Some benefits of ITMs include:

• More efficient service

• Increased privacy duringtransactions

• Shorter wait times inbranches

• And in the near future —our ITMs will allow us toprovide extended hoursfor teller services duringevenings and Saturdays!

While you’ll still interact face-to-face with Suncoast employees in our branches, our new ITM technology will be a new option to help us serve you better. Starting with our new Wiregrass Service Center in Wesley Chapel this spring, ITM technology is one more way Suncoast is helping you get the most out of your experience with us. We will keep you informed as we unveil our ITM technology, and of course, you can always reach out with questions.

When you use your card at a chip-activated card reader, the embedded chip generates a one-time use code. This code is virtually impossible to counterfeit and helps reduce in-store fraud.

These new cards are not only more secure – they’re also easy to use.

If a chip-activated card reader is available, follow these easy steps:

1. Insert the chip end of your card into the card reader with the chip facing up.

2. Keep your card in the card reader throughout the transaction and follow the prompts on screen.

3. Remove your card when prompted and take your receipt.

If a merchant cannot accept chip transactions, simply swipe your card to pay as usual.
