Recently, Kenneth Ize launched his latest collection at Paris Fashion Week. ARISE sponsored the launch and we were on ground to

represent ARISE and show our support to one of our own! It was also a proud moment for us that Kenneth is the first Nigerian to showcase his collection in Paris Fashion Week. I must say l was a tad surprised at that but further reassured that we are making our mark in the global space in terms of fashion. We have done so with music. So much so that when l went to MAC to do my makeup,

Nigerian music was being played back to back and l was somewhat amused to see my chinese makeup artist singing the lyrics word for

word. Have you know, she could barely speak English! What could be better branding than that l tell u! During my time there, l must have listened

to at least four songs from our various artistes. I tried to explain some of the lyrics to her in broken English but l gave up after several futile attempts as l myself, was not that conversant with the local slangs of millennials! Anyway, the show was a huge success as Kenneth pushed the envelope even further this time around and the Queen of Catwalk, Naomi Campbell, was there to add the final touch to a very entertaining evening. It was also interesting to see some models from the ARISE family on the catwalk and it made one feel so proud to be part of their success, no matter how small.

I look forward to ARISE FASHION WEEK 2020 and know it will be full of excitement as we yet again, make our mark on the African continent and the world at large.

A few weeks ago, Eniafe Momodu launched his second edition of ‘The New World Bruch’ which to place at Lagos’s most prestigious art space, The Africa Artists’ Foundation. The event was very well attended by known personalities like as bloggers, influencers, presenters, actors, models, stylists, designers, podcasters, YouTubers and comedians - no one was left out of the event. The day started with an insightful panel discussion between Dimma Umeh, Fisayo Longe and Denola Grey shining light on the growth of the blogging industry and the many ways young people are using social media to create new platforms and opportunities for themselves.

The event also gave room for upcoming bloggers and content creators the chance to network and learn from the more experienced content creators in the industry. Interesting topics like mental health and personal growth to money, finance and collaboration were all spoken about during the event.

perfumes to prints, we love them all! Yes, clothes in fruit motifs are a hot trend because they are refreshing, not too serious and great fun to combine. These prints are super colourful which makes it just perfect for this weather! These fashionable combinations will get you

HOW AND WHERE TO WEAR

LEATHER PANTS

You are about to see the favourite w

ays on how to wear leather pants but only

in a cold climate as they are way too hot for hot clim

ates. These b

ottoms

can be found in different colours and are not only meant for

night outs. They can be a part of your casual outfit, as

well as formal. Before you find your perfect

pair,

read through a few Dos and Don’ts for

styling the look, and make them

become a wardrobe

staple in

no time!

Do: Reach for a denim jacket. When seeking a lightweight topper, choose a contrasting fabric. A denim jacking will make a great pairing.

Don’t: Slip into a matching leather jacket. Unlike our beloved denim-on-denim, this monochromatic look will have you looking more like you belong to a biker gang than a vibe.

Do: Try a slouchy style. We love skinny leather pants, and the material is a great way to dress up a more casual pant silhouette as well. Tuck in everything from a classic white T-shirt to a silk button-down for a next-level weekend look.

Don’t: Go too crazy with the athletic vibe. There’s no need to pair your leather track pants with running sneakers and a graphic T-shirt. Stick to the one casual piece and dress up around it.-

Do: Style your leather leggings with a long button-down or tunic top.Skinny leather bottoms are the perfect pant-hybrid style for those looking for the skinny leather look.

Don’t: Pair a skin-tight silhouette with a cropped top.

Leather they may be, but if they’re too tight, they’re still leggings.

Do: Reach for a blazer. It’s a great tailored complement

to your edgy leather pant choice. This style goes

particularly well with a jacket of the white or black tuxedo

variety.

Don’t: Wear this look to work. Sure, it’s a dressed-up twist on the casual leather

pants, but it’s still not corporate enough for most offices.

LIZA FOLAWIYO JULIETTE FOXXFOLAKE HUNTOON

SADE AKINOSHO

AMA GODSON

Do: Pair yours with feminine pastels.

The tough leather on bottom gives you more leeway on top, without feeling too fussy.

Don’t: Go for leather pants in the same pastel shades.

Dark coloured pants work better with lighter hues tops.

THINGS WOMEN LOVE ON MEN

5WELL FITTED

SUITSWe know the function of suits –

high-standard clothing for

business and fancy events.

Suits aren’t the most commonly

worn outfits for first dates

but the ladies love them

every now and then. They like it

when you dress to impress for special

occasions. They appreciate that

effort.But whenever

you wear a suit, it’s got to be the right

fit. Psychology tells us about the classic

“V-shaped” body which is associated with

good health and more testosterone.

So women are particularly drawn to well-

fitting suits because of how masculine they make a guy

look. Trimmed waist, bigger shoulders and hands – these

are the factors that command attention.

Any man can put on a suit. But a guy who doesn’t allow the

suit to overpower or make him feel uncomfortable is the one who

stands out from the rest. He’s the one seen by women and the rest of society as powerful, disciplined and

successful. PIC JOSIAH

A NICE WATCHMany of us use smartphones to

tell time, but the more polite way to check the time is a simple flick

of the wrist, especially in social settings. For this reason, every

man needs a good watchAnd the second obvious

reason – women like men who pay attention to details. So if you have an effortless timepiece on your wrist – it

FRAGRANCESA nice scent is often the #1 factor

for women in choosing a potential partner. Researchers in Europe have published a study in the Personality and Individual Differences journal about men’s and women’s “mate selection” factors.

It shows women rate olfactory (smell) cues as more important than visual cues. So don’t underestimate women’s sense of smell… it’s pretty sensitive.

Your goal now should be getting the right product that will give you the best scent. Since everybody is different – it depends on your body chemistry. You may have to try a number of samples before you find one that truly works for you. MAISON FRANCIS KURKDJIAN BACCARAT ROUGE

BOXER BRIEFSThe best of both worlds: boxer briefs

combine the shape of boxers with the close-fitting feel of briefs. They’re not prone to chafing.

They don’t leave your jewels hanging down. You can wear them comfortably at the gym or whenever you go for a run.

A Men’s Health study shows 58% of women prefer their man in boxer briefs to the other underwear types. But why they love them? They’re like lean mini-shorts that flatter the lower torso. They fit you just right and neither look too loose nor too tight. CALVIN KLIN BRIERS

A GREAT SMILE AND FRESH BREATH

This last item requires no shopping or rummaging in your closet. It has everything to do with your face – especially your mouth.

There’s an article published in 2013 in the journal Cognition & Emotion that proves how effective smiling is. Research shows smiling is the simplest and cheapest way to make one more attractive. OVIE SOKO

KENNETH IZE’S

PARIS FASHION WEEK DEBUT

S P O N S O R E D B Y

KENNETH LAUNCHES FALL/WINTER COLLECTION AT PARIS FASHION WEEK

Last Monday, Kenneth Ize launched his Fall/Winter collection at Palais De Tokyo, Saut Du Loup at the Paris Fashion Week. ARISE sponsored Kenneth Ize’s launch and we were on ground to support one of our own. The venue was filled to the

brim as everyone waited anxiously for the show to begin.

The show began with languid music as the models strutted in. Kenneth did not veer far from his trademark aso-oke fabric but this time, he pushed the envelope by making the fabric in various textures, one of which, was the embossed aso-oke, which he made in a jacket, pants and pantsuit. Another trademark of Kenneth is his androgynous look which reflected in this collection as they were mostly unisex. He added some vibrancy with dashes of bright colours like pinks, lime greens and yellows infused with darker shades like bottle greens, browns and dark purples. He also played with designed prints aside from the horizontal lines of most of his fabrics. Some accessories were mostly leather, mixed with aso-oke print. They all had tassels and some with leather interwoven handles. Some of these tassels were also attached to belts, pants and shorts. There was an added twist with some of the accessories as the little tote bags carried by the female models were worn as necklaces by some of the male models. There were some metallic earrings and belts as well, all intricately designed. Kenneth pushed the envelope even further by introducing other fabrics like knitwear into his collection and he had an amazing array of them. He also had checkered fabrics making dresses and long skirts with numerous thigh-high slits. The mix of colours in his collection were well coordinated with bright pipings infused into dark coloured garments. Kenneth maintained his streetwear aesthetic with clean lines making the finished product effortlessly chic. The collection also had some earth tones. They were some hooded slouch tops, one of them with his name and a message saying, ‘Kenneth Ize Loves You’.

The highlight of the evening was when the legendary Queen of Catwalk, Naomi Campbell, made her appearance in an aso-oke trench coat and sauntered onto the stage walking majestically. Her look was breathtaking and needless to say, she captivated the audience which resulted in a huge round of applause from them after her exit. The models then walked in, in a file, to make their appearance of the collection. After their exit, Kenneth ran to the center of the stage brimming from ear to ear, he took a bow, waved at the audience and ran back out.

Kenneth is the first Nigerian to show his collection at Paris Fashion Week, which is by no means a small feat. It truly was a memorable evening to get ‘one of our own’ showcase on a platform as huge as this. What was more poignant was the caliber of models used. Most of them being big players in their own right and making waves in the international modeling industry. From Mayowa Nicholas who has modeled for many big brands including the Victoria Secrets show (the biggest there is in the fashion space), to Iman Hamaam the Dutch model who has being on the cover of American Vogue three times, and also Alton, (Karl Lagerfield’s golden boy) and Ghanaian-British model, Adwoa Aboah who was on the covers of Vogue for the second consecutive time. They were so many other faces, some from the ‘ARISE Family’ which made the shared moments backstage even more special!

DOES POV-ERTY HAVE A FACE?I stood at the entrance of the hotel

contemplating if I should venture into the city to explore or not. At the back of my mind was the warning the airport protocol officer had given on safety and not to carry a lot of cash

nor flash. It was still daylight and at least 2 hours before dusk and I was pretty certain I could handle myself provided I didn’t do anything stupid. The lure of seeing the belly of the capital city of Madagascar, having never been before was too much to ignore and so with a muted prayer under my breath, I stepped into the unknown.

The hotel was located in what must have been the original heart of the city, like many colonial African city centres, it was over crowded with small, tightly packed houses lining narrow roads and sidewalks covered with wares and filthy. The affluence of years past could be gleaned in the architecture of the churches and government buildings but the affluent had long since abandoned this neighborhood for more luscious dwellings somewhere, someplace I was yet to discover. Walking alone, I stood out as I knew I

would and could sense danger around certain corners but something kept them at bay as I wove my way through the small roads and steps that went up and down the hilly land. Nightfall was fast approaching and I had gone

further and longer than calculated, having missed my way. I needed to get back before the wicked come out to play.

The Almighty God scattered the people at Babel and from then till date man has migrated from one place to another whenever they could. The people I saw on the streets this day would have wished they too could move but were not likely to go anywhere anytime soon. Trapped in a viscous cycle of poverty, they had nowhere to go but try to make sense of their

today with no hope that tomorrow would be any better. I looked around for signs that anchored hope, an indication that any one of them who really tried, could find a rung up the wealth ladder but even the middle class, if they existed where nowhere to be found. Who were their mentors? I wondered as I searched the faces of the children I came across along the way and it was hard to phantom they would have any in the vicinity of their neighbourhood to point them to where a glimmer of hope could be anchored. The greatest danger to any people is when a generation’s view of tomorrow does not go beyond their today. Poverty indeed had a face and I encountered it in the eyes of the youth in Antananarivo.

May we find the heart to fight the wickedness called poverty today.

SHADESThere’s always at least one colour trend that

catches pretty much everyone off guard. Pink! Looking at the street style scene, fashion

trendsetters are pulling off their hot-pink outfits effortlessly from the unexpected colour pairings

to the fashion rule that will help you wear it flawlessly, to the way to style it for the office.

Pair it with an unexpected colourYou might not think of hot pink and blue as a go-to pairing, but this outfit is proof that it just works with other colours too.

Opt for a statement dressTake a styling note from ABI KD and try out this statement piece in the vibrant colour.

Wear a blazer If you want to wear a relaxed look, you can combine your peach blazer with a mini hot pink dress. This combination is absolutely charming on SAHARON OOJA giving her that girlish, cute, stunning look.

Offset the shade with Black staple If there’s one way to offset a loud shade like hot pink, it’s by pairing it with black. This adds an interesting pop to black staples and immediately brings balance to the look.

Double up on pink A head-to-toe pink look is certainly a great option. Take a cue from street style star IDIA AISIEN and toss on a three piece in pink to get on the fashion forward rada.

Wear a tonal lookA tonal look is reliably stylish. By sticking to one colour family, it pulls together the most adventurous shades..

We’ve entered a whole new decade of fashion. This year’s

sunglass trends are inspired by styles of the late ’90s. You don’t need a blazing sun to wear sunnies, but it’s

definitely an incentive. Since summer is just around the corner, it’s time to up your game with hottest sunglasses of the moment. Just be prepared for nice twists and touches that will make you stand

out, while still keeping it low key.

Tiny ’90s skinny sunglassesIf you want to exude confidence wherever you go, then small and skinny shades are just the thing for you. To keep the vintage ’90s vibe, look for clean, slightly upswept silhouettes and dark lenses such as QUAY LAST NIGHT SUNGLASSES with maximum UV protection for good measure.

Bright White sunglassesIf you’re on the hunt for a sunglass trend that gives a little more oomph than basic black, but is just as classic and neutral, consider a bright white frame for 2020. Grab your favourite style tiny, aviator, oversize and make sure to choose a style in a clean white tone that really pops.

Mirror lens sunglassesReflective sunglasses have been trending for years, but 2020 brings with it a new twist on the favourite. Want to shine like the sun and see your reflection while talking to someone than opt for mirror lens? Try these, they are classy and stylish.

Retro Round sunglassesHave a bit of fun with your sunglasses and reach for a true retro style by way of a large round frame. We love everything from scalloped to clear to classic tortoise, and you’ll look more chic than ever as a modern-day flower child.

Stylish colour tinted sunglassesWhile super cool, these glasses are not quite sunnies. They don’t offer much protection from the sun if you’d be wearing them on the beach. FOR THE PERFECT SMOKY EYETwin sets are usually

one of the most popular trends because of their comfort and versatility.

Whether you’re heading to a weekend brunch or a cocktail party, they are a stylish upgrade to your trusted skinny jeans

or slacks. It’s actually quite simple to switch certain looks from day to night. And with Twin sets, you can

pull off same outfit for different events just by changing accessories. CHIC AMA has shown us how to effortlessly

do this.

1. Don’t try to make it perfect. It seems oxymoronic, given the whole point of this story, right? But it turns out, adopting a more effortless approach is — somewhat ironically — what will make a smoky eye look so good. It’s OK if you haven’t mastered your brush technique or can’t draw liner on completely straight. You don’t have to worry about everything being perfect. After all, everything is going to get smudgy and blended together in the end.

2. Use the right brush. It really does make all the difference. You want a soft brush that can apply and move product very lightly so that the layer of color isn’t too dense. A smoky eye should have that ethereal, floaty look. Heavy color application will make it look like soot, not smoke. Go with a small, flat brush with fluffy bristles to help diffuse and blend the product.

3. Go monochromatic. If you feel like using multiple colors, knock yourself out, but playing with just one makes for a fresh and modern take on the standard smoky eye (not to mention is much easier to do). Dust it all over your lids, then go back in and add an extra layer just on the outer corners. This creates that same swirly, smoky effect that you’d get if you were to use two or three different shades.

Finish with some smudgy black liner along your top lash line and you’re good to go. Yes, it’s that easy.

4. Choose the right liner.Speaking of liner, pencils tend to work best for creating the soft and smudgy lines a smoky eye calls for. You could try twist-up pencils specifically; they’re slightly softer than their traditional counterparts, and the tip is always the same size, so you’ll get the same result every time.

5. Think beyond black and gray.To the point of color, don’t be afraid to mix it up. While yes, a traditional smoky eye uses blacks and grays, there are no rules. Whether you’re going monochrome or using multiple shades, step out of that boring old box. Anything goes these days. Use whatever colours make you feel great when you put them on.

6. Add a touch of shimmer.Smoky eyes don’t necessarily have the most eye-opening effects, so if you’re concerned about your eyes appearing smaller or recessed, try this trick: Dab a tiny dot of champagne-hued shimmer (shadow or highlighter works) directly above each iris. Every time you blink, that shimmer will reflect light ever so slightly and create a subtle brightening effect.

Haaaaaaa...... people are going through something sha.

It feels as if a pain wind just decided to blow through and is not sparing anyone. What exactly is going on?

You turn to the right, people are bleeding pain, you turn to the left people are sweating desolation, you stay put in the middle trying to make sense of the insanity, people stare on empty....

What is wrong with this picture when we need to be seizing each day to savour and live through.

Why are people cradling despondency? Is it the breakdown in the fabric of societal values that is the cause or what are we missing here...Many got religion but forgot God in the process, they puff the talk but alas everything else got lost in transit, they decided to toy with the Maker forgetting that a Creator can run roughshod over his created if he chooses to.

Many got moral outrage forgetting that no one is spick and span on the morality train but for grace that we are not consumed. They are the ones who keep tabs on who is sleeping with who (minding other people’s business is their favourite pastime) forgetting by default to remove the boulder in their own eyes before wrestling the speck in the eye of another.

Many have developed a complex so superior you wonder where they have their brains hid, because it can’t be working surely if any feel herself/himself better than the other, I have seen money befriend and applause heightened only to see both head for the door at the drop of a hat, how does anyone befriend fame and fortune, not realising that they can never be loyal friends, but ignore the human beings that mean so much to the Potter?

Arrogance and pride are worn on like skin, gone are the days when humility and simplicity endears, a little achievement and people masturbate in public, what is wrong with us?

On a good day what you’ll find is a market place gathering of whose inanity is bigger because surely sense does not boast where the average cannot eat.

What about this season is making us lose everything that makes us human, we walk on undaunted as many tug at our collective conscience begging for crumbs, we shrug them off as their smell is putrid we claim.

People, seriously we need to stop this right now, and right here!!!!!! we are fast losing the plot, from the yachts to the private jets to the sprawling mansions, to the designer rave and the pepper them gang chant. People are dying, no money, no food, no shelter, no medicals and we continue to tease them with our affluence, resetting their values increasing the stench.

And then when their curses reach many, we wonder whom we offended, stop......how about the neighbour you just walked past indifferent, there is an adage that says that kindness finds her mate. We may think we don’t need anyone, but it’s not always in the material people, one day some day you will need a Good Samaritan or your child might, what then, when karma decides to enslave you.

We need a reset, seriously, on the things that matter, the things that endure, surely we are aware of seedtime and harvest. Na wetin you plant you go reap oooo.

Colours of Life

In her book It’s my turn, Ruth Bell Graham, wife of evangelist Billy Graham, tells of how in the turn of the 20th century, an oil company needed someone to manage their new office in China. They were looking for a man who was under thirty, possessed a university degree, was a proven leader and had a fluent working knowledge of Chinese.

After a rigorous search, someone said he had a friend who was the ideal candidate; the fellow was already living in China, and in the city where the company was going to establish its office. Besides meeting all the requirements for the job, this man had the full confidence of the people in that community, having lived and worked amongst them for a few years. They found out that this candidate was earning 600 US Dollars a year. The Chairman of the oil company wondered why such a bright young man would be paid so little. Upon further enquiry they discovered that he was employed by a Christian mission board.

The company was prepared to hire him at any cost. The Chairman sent someone to China with instructions to offer the young man 10,000 US Dollars per annum. If he refused, he was to be offered 12,000 or even 15,000. He turned down all the offers.

When the agent asked the young man what he wanted to earn, he responded to the effect that the problem was not with the salary, but with the job. He agreed that the salary was wonderful but he felt the job was too little. God had called him to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, he explained, he felt he would be a fool to leave such an assignment to sell oil. In this book, the young man is described as a GIANT.

Similarly, in the book Ruth Bell Graham, Celebrating an extraordinary life, by Stephen Griffith, Billy Graham’s daughter, Anne Graham Lotz, tells of how a group of people once approached her father to run for president of the United States of America. They were prepared to fund his candidacy. Her mother, Ruth Graham, said to her husband “When God calls you to be an evangelist, you don’t stoop to be president”. For not allowing himself be deviated from his God given assignment, Billy Graham joined the league of GIANTS.

Has God called you to be a custodian of his sacred word and you have stooped to sell oil or to become a political leader or to pursue some other occupation? As a woman, has God called you to the important

job of a home maker and you have stooped to take a high-flying job? There is nothing wrong with pursuing a high-profile job. Neither is it wrong for a committed Christian to run for political office. The important thing is to ensure you are in the will of God; that is where you will find peace and fulfilment.

Are you a Giant or a Grasshopper? Joshua and Caleb were giants.

In the book of Numbers chapter thirteen Israel was journeying towards Canaan. Moses sent twelve spies ahead to survey the promise land. All the spies reported the facts on ground; the land was rich and

fertile, just as God had said. But when it came to how the evidence affected God’s promise to them, they differed. Ten of the spies said the Canaanites were powerful, their cities were very large and well fortified. They even reported seeing Giants there. They said they felt like Grasshoppers and were convinced that they appeared like Grasshopers to the Canaanites. But Joshua and Caleb had another report; “WE WILL CONQUER THEM EASILY.”

While the ten spies believed what they saw, Joshua and Caleb believed God’s promise – that Canaan, the promise land was thiers for the taking. God commended Joshua and Caleb for following Him wholeheartedly. At the end of the day, only two

of them made it to the promise land. Those who saw themselves as grasshoppers doubted God’s word and they perished in the wilderness like grasshoppers.

Are you a Giant or a Grasshopper?A Giant lives by faith and not by sight. He or she

follows the leading of the Word and the Spirit of God above natural evidence. A Giant counts the cost of following God’s call for their life and is ready to stay the course thorugh thick and thin; whether it takes them to the ministry or the market place. Does the Giant face obstacles? Does the Giant get discouraged? Does the Giant sometimes want to give up? Ofcourse, but the Giant keeps life in perspective. He or she weighs time against eternity and chooses to loose the whole world to gain his or her soul. So, the Giant turns their back on this world, takes up their cross and follows Jesus.

What has God promised you? What does God require of you? Would you believe Him, would you obey Him and join the league of Giants or would you stoop to become a Grasshopper?

THISDAY Style Vol. 22, No. 9061 Sunday, March 1, 2020

This woman is unconventional and confident. She likes to rebel against traditional fashion establishment and wears

outfits that make her stand out instead of simply fitting in. For her, nothing really has to match perfectly

because she is the kind of individual who is open minded enough to wear anything that strikes her.

As a result, any style can work with this woman as long as it is fused with her own, and the final product looks both edgy and

interesting. Her personal mantra is ‘I am my own person and I can be who I want to be’ and she uses her fashion style to communicate this

message to the world. This woman wouldn’t think twice about putting on what most individuals would never be caught dead wearing. She can be spotted wearing high end

designer pieces with chains and combat boots.

TO CREATE THIS LOOK:

• Simply follow the beat of your own drum and opt to wear clothes that not only define you but are also quite edgy, interesting and make you stand out. You have to ensure that the clothes look dramatic and smashing as your fashion style aims for you not to be just another face in the crowd but to be ‘the-most-memorable-face-in-the-crowd.• Be unique when you go for shopping and pick outfits that other people will never choose to wear. A rebel type might for instance wear a black tank top that can be matched to any bottom, silver studs, combat boots and fishnet stockings. Whatever you put together remember there is a fine line between fashion and ridiculousness’• While pairing outfits and deciding what to buy, use a rock star as your inspiration since rock stars understand how to create and consistently maintain this look as its part of their persona. • As for hair and make-up, be dramatic but beautiful. Smoky eye shadow, lots of eye liner, and mascara would make your eyes pop and stand out. Your hair should be different from the norm but settle on one that compliments your facial structure and if you opt to change your hair color settle for one that compliments your skin tone.

THE REBEL TYPE

THE SPORTY CHIC

This woman is about preppy casual. Comfort and simplicity are her manta. She is athletic, energetic and wholesome. The boys adore her and consider her a

member of their gang, because she knows her sports. She is a team player and tends to be fiercely loyal to those she loves. She is fun and loves adventures;

she is definitely not the type of girl who would back down to a dare because she is very competitive. Simplicity is the key to this woman’s style, and she

has no problem at all living a life free from the typical fashion restrictions.  In fact, for the sporty personality type, the less the fuss the better for her. So, stilettos, anything witAh lace and bows, cute girlish dresses and tons of make-up, are the

ultimate deal breaker for this woman. Instead she tends to prefer little or no make-up, low heels or flat, comfortable jeans or jump suits, and simple jewelry or no jewellery at all.

HOW TO CREATE THIS LOOK:• Build a wardrobe with easy to wear casual clothing styles. I suggest

investing in Cargo pants, jump suits, sportswear, knit sweaters and khaki pants and t-shirts. It is quite fundamental to note that in as much as comfort and simplicity are

the key factors to consider while putting together this look; your clothes should also not spell out dull and boring. Remember you are a fun loving and adventurous

girl. So, your fashion personality needs to compliment that. Ensure that you go for fitted styles with a sexy flare every time you shop. In other words, your boyfriend

should not be able to fit into your football jersey.• White or black Cotton tank tops, sexy neutral colored camisoles,

and fitting spaghetti strap tops are a definite must have for you. They are not only easy to pair with jeans or fitting khaki pants, but they also look great when worn with a well-cut blazer when you need to add that

professional edge.• Easy care hair that looks good but is not a headache to maintain,

should be your hairdo. And if you favor head gears, make sure you go for hats and caps that flatter your facial features and bone structure. Head

gear is an accessory, and just like with any other accessories it can make or break your style. So instead of just purchasing the first baseball cap

you come across, take time to find and invest in one that looks absolutely hot on you.

• Even though you are not huge on make-up, make sure you take excellent care of your skin by applying sunscreen, cleansing toning and moisturizing it as often as required. Have your eyebrows done at least once every two weeks since they frame your face and enhance your facial features. As for make up, you don’t really need much if it makes you uncomfortable but always ensure you have at least a tube of lip-gloss, and eye pencil in your

bag at all times.
