This  week  we  focused  on  leadership  and  community  development  by  honing  our communication  and  problem  solving  skills.   These  type  of  activities  help  youth  to  reflect  on their  own  gifts,  talents  and  areas  of  growth  so they  can  ultimately  grow  to  be  strong  Catholic leaders in the future. 

AS A REMINDER,  ALL YOUTH ARE WELCOME TO BE TRUE BELIEVERS!    High School (grades 9‐12) meet on Thursdays, 

 Middle School (grades 6‐8) meet on Fridays;  ALL TAKE PLACE FROM 6 ‐8PM IN THE GYM 

BIBLE STUDY  CLASSES IN ENGLISH! Fr  John  Replogle,  Sj  who  assists  us  with  mass  each Sunday  has  offered  to  begin Bible  Study  classes  in  English!    Initially,  we  will  offer the classes for a 6 week periods  and  evaluate.  Fr.  Replogle  will  be  focusing on  the  upcoming  Sunday  gospels for study and prayer. THE  NEXT  CLASS  WILL  BE 

MONDAY,  MAY  23  AT 11:30 A.M.  IN HEAFEY HALL.  We are grateful to Fr Replogle for his generosity and time.

Estoy  muy  feliz  porque  estaremos  comenzando CLASES  DE  ESTUDIO  BÍBLICO,  una  vez  más,  en español.  El  P.  Adriano  comenzará con las clases en 

español  el  Miércoles  25  de  Mayo  a  las 7:30pm en la capilla. para  dirigir  el momento  de debate  y  oración.  Para aquellos que puedan, espero que aprovechen esta oportu‐nidad. Traiga sus biblias! 

FR.  JOHN  GILDEA:  Father  Gildea  will  celebrate  a mass  of  thanksgiving  to  almighty  God  for  his  50 years of priesthood on Sunday, May 29th at the 10 a.m. mass.  Please mark your calendars and plan on  attending  this  important  mass.    The mass  will  be  bi‐lingual  (English  and  Spanish).    Following  the mass  we  will  have  a  reception  in  the  school  gym where you will have the opportunity to personally greet and thank Fr Gildea for his years of service to God and His Church.

Our Lady of the Clouds Our  annual  mass  in  honor  of  Our  Lady  of  the  Clouds,  “Patroness  of  Ecuador and Immigrants, will take place on Sunday, May 29th with  a mass  at  3p.m.  in  the church followed by a reception  in the school gym.  All are welcome to attend.  

 

Virgen de las Nubes Nuestra Misa  anual  en  honor  de  la  Virgen  de  las  Nubes,  Patrona  de  Ecuador y los inmigrantes, se llevará a cabo el domingo 29 de mayo con una  Misa  a  las  3  pm  en  la  iglesia  seguida  de  una  recepción  en  el  gimnasio de la escuela. Todos son bienvenidos a asistir.
