identify and implement local enterprise solution. The scope covered SD integrated with Finance. It was comprises of system studies, business and process analysis, design & mapping of process, implementation and training. A process also designed for integrating data to global database. A special challenge was to provide solution for country specific need of seed industry of Advance Booking system, integrated with finance, inventory management and sales. Another accomplishment related to plant inventory management, which comprises of raw seeds, processed seeds, storage and dispatch. The storage solution given on stacking, Batch numbers and expiry date. The solution was done based on local software, which also has sales planning and delivery management. Was also responsible for the entire data migration of legacy data to the new system; the tasks involved formulating data migration strategy, data cleansing, data migration procedure and program specifications, and data migration testing and cut over plan. A full detailed process chart was given to management for clear understanding of software systems link with their business process. Training was designed with documentation for very low skill staff.

analysis, selecting/designing the system and implementation. The client initially occupied in business of import of base oil and manufacturing Lubricants through sub contracting. Initial challenge was to study the business pattern for SD and its smoother and easier implementation for very low skilled users. At the same time the data was need to flow smoothly to back-end Finance system at HO and should compile all financial information and eventually link data to global system. The system design, GL and product coding was done in a manner that global integrity is maintained and local specific need was achieved with ease to understand by field staff. Further, on expansion a plant was setup, which had a need of Production planning and plant material management, which also included complex Indian logistic setups. The project was spread across to 43 contract-operated depots, 4 regional offices, 1 Head office and one manufacturing plant.

7] Responsible as Project Consultant with a British MNC (Tata – BP India) in India, this is in same line of Lubrication oil. This project also covered the areas of Sales distribution, Accounting / finance and smooth data integrity with Regional head quarter in Middle East. The core role includes business analysis, select solution and implement with training.

8] Responsible as Project Consultant with an Indian Import - Export (Essar World Trade) houses dealing in bulk and commodities. The project execution covered the business analysis & implementation of software mainly for business accounting and Sales in view of foreign trade and Indian import export policies.
