GIRLS’ BASKETBALL ALL-STAR & CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES

Sunday March 6, 2016

Noble & Greenough School

Dedham, MA March 6, 2016 Welcome to NEPSAC Super Sunday! The New England Preparatory School Girls’ Basketball Coaches Association (NEPSGBCA) is delighted that you could join us for our 5 Championship games and 4 All-Star games. NEPSGBCA would like to begin by expressing its deepest thanks and appreciation to the staff at The Noble & Greenough School for hosting today’s event. Time and again, NEPSAC has been able to count on “Nobles” for its organization, attention to detail and commitment to our association. Our sincere thanks go to Athletic Director/Head Coach Alex Gallagher, and the entire Nobles athletic staff for doing such a spectacular job of hosting our special day.

Basketball is a game about communities and families both on and off the court. Parents, classmates, and friends are here to support their daughters, sisters, cousins, buddies, and classmates. Whatever the results today, I hope that you will have long lasting memories of today as well as the season and careers. As President of the Board for these last 6 seasons (Every year added never ceases to amaze!), I can speak for other members that we have been honored to take on the task that finds us saying goodbye to the 2015-16 season today, and that we have thoroughly enjoyed all the responsibilities and people we have worked with this season. Many New England/Northeast college coaches were invited and are here today with an eye on players who might join their basketball programs and university communities. We express great thanks to the input and thoughts of the many college coaches throughout the Northeast who have attended; our Super Sunday event has grown year after year. I want to thank them for taking the time out of their busy schedules to be present with us today, and I hope they continue to find this day helpful in the recruitment of quality student-athletes and the valuable experience we and the players gain from our interaction at a day like this. Super Sunday is also a very important community day for NEPSGBCA, NEPSAC’s girls’ basketball coaches association. In addition to our annual spring meeting, Super Sunday is the “family reunion” for our coaches. It is a fun time to see one another, swap stories, review the past campaign, share snow tales from the winter we have been experiencing, and look ahead to next year. Thank you to all Tournament & All-Star Committee members for making today’s player and team selections possible and to all the coaches who have joined us today. Most of you, despite not reaching the goal of playing today, are here with us to meet, cheer, & celebrate the season. Your commitment to girls’ basketball never ceases to amaze me; I thank you for today and for this season. Above all, today we celebrate the great players and teams from throughout NEPSAC. Today we will have players become teammates or square off against one another for the first/last (or “can’t remember”) time in both All-Star and Championship games. In both sets of games, teams and players will renew great basketball rivalries and interactions. Lastly, teams will be looking to culminate their season with a title, and players with that last great hoop memory from a season or a career! Whatever the case may be, remember that NEPSAC basketball is a lifelong bond that you share. Please take the time to get to know one another deeper today as one never knows where you might cross paths again on or off the court. Also, please be sure to thank your coaches, teammates, family, and friends who played an integral role in guiding you to today’s NEPSAC Super Sunday. As I complete this season as president, I want to take a moment to thank you for this opportunity to serve you. I have been given the privilege to meet and work with such great people over these past seasons. The honor of calling them my colleagues and friends is something I am very lucky to be able to say, and is something I say with the utmost pride and positive reflection. NEPSAC has meant so much to me at my various “coaching stops” and to be a small part of the growth of its Girls' Basketball Program is something I am blessed to be able to say. I am pleased to have been able to give back to NEPSAC on behalf of my schools and my time involved with coaching and administering girls’ basketball. Lastly, I must offer very special thanks to the members of the NEPSGBCA Executive Board who have partnered with me all season long to run the association and who I am know blessed to call close friends as well as colleagues thanks to my time with NEPSGBCA: Vice-President Matthew Ward, Treasurer Tara Brisson of The Tilton School, Tournament Co- Chairs Emily Roller Cushing Academy and Dave MacNutt of Wooster Academy, Statistics Co-Chairs Jen Doughty of Greens Farms Academy and John Monagan of The Ethel Walker School, and Board Members Emeritus Bob Pipe of The Rivers School and Lindsay White of The Dana Hall School. All of you helped take the “work” from this position and replace it with “FUN” the past season(s) and for that I am eternally grateful! Thanks for joining us. We hope to see you back with us at the 2017 NEPSAC Super Sunday in March 2017! Sincerely, Charlie Kelly NEPSGBCA President

Class A East All-Stars #5 Emma Kelley Height: 5’8 Position: PG Graduation Year: 2017 School: Andover 2015/16 Stats: 18 ppg, 9 rbg Coach Comments: She is a critical member of the Phillips Academy team, with the ability to shoot from 3 point land as well the mid-range jumper. She led the team in both points and rebounding. Coach: Lani Silversides Coach Email: [email protected] #1 Annie Barrett Height: 5’5 Position: PG Graduation Year: 2016 School: BB&N 2015/16 Stats: 9.3 ppg 3.4 rpg 4.5 apg (Thru 13 games) Coach Comments: Annie is a four year varsity player from BB&N. Annie is a true point guard who sees the court extremely well and has the ability to break down opponents defenses. One word that I use to describe Annie is fearless. she's not afraid to sacrifice her body by diving on the floor for a loose ball or going in for a rebound against taller bigger players. In most cases Annie will come away with the ball. Her ability to control the tempo of the game and her decision making will be missed next year. Annie will be attending New York University in the fall to continue her education and basketball career. Coach: Rich Thornton Coach Email: [email protected] #11 Peace Kabari Height: 5’7 Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Exeter 2015/16 Stats: 16 ppg, 5 reb, 4 spg Coach Comments: A four year starter for Phillips Exeter Academy, Peace Kabari is a tenacious, explosive, and versatile player who

can dominate a game offensively and defensively. Peace can hit the 3, play the post, and is almost unstoppable on drives to the basket. On defense, she can guard every position on the floor, and she is especially adept as an on the ball defender. Next year, it will take many players to replace what she contributes. Coach: Ron Kim Coach Email: [email protected] #12 Caroline Soucy Height: 5’8 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Marianapolis Prep 2015/16 Stats: 9 ppg, 5 rpg, 3 apg, 3 spg Coach Comments: Caroline was a true leader for the Knights this season, once again running the point and being a dominant defensive and offensive force. Caroline’s unselfish play granted her more than 5 assists in 5 different game this year including 9 assists verse Friendship Colligate Academy. Caroline also scored double figures in 9 games this year including posting 16 point games verse both Taft and BB&N. Caroline continues to be a deadly 3 point shooter as she shot over 30% from 3 for the third year in a row. Against Taft on 12/19, in the second game of the day Caroline had 16 points, 3 assists, 5 rebounds and 7 steals in a game where tired legs came into play. The Knight’s Senior Co-Captain will be attending the University of New Hampshire next year as part of their basketball team. Coach: Lauren Moore Coach Email: [email protected] #23 Jordan Frye Height: 5’9 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Marianapolis Prep 2015/16 Stats: 10 ppg, 5 rpg Coach Comments: Jordan Frye has been the emotional heart and soul of our team this year. She brings a lot of energy and passion to the game. Jordan is a great scorer with her ability to get to the rim, hit the 3 and pull up in the paint. She scored 14 point or better in 6 contests for the Knights this year including two double-doubles verse Nobles and Northfield Mount Hermon. Against NHM on 12/19 Jordan had 16 points, 7 rebounds and 6 steals while 4 starters were on the bench in fouls. She also increased her points per game, and rebounds per game from last year. Jordan is only a junior and we are excited to have her experience back on the court next year. Coach: Lauren Moore Coach Email: [email protected] #21 Maya Davis Height: 6’0 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Milton 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Maya is a talented post player who has the ability to take over a game. She averaged 14.5ppg and recorded 4 double-doubles before being injured. Around the rim she is can effectively use both sides of the rim as well as extend her range beyond the arc. Maya is a wonderful leader who takes her talents to Middlebury College next year. Coach: Sherry Levin Coach Email: [email protected] #3 Vivian Lee Height: 5’7 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Milton 2015/16 Stats: 10.4 ppg, 4 apg Coach Comments: Vivian is a true leader on the court. Her unselfish play, determination, and vision make her teammates better. She often draws the opponent’s best offensive player on defense. Vivian's high basketball IQ sets the team up offensively as well as triggers the transition game. In a 3 game span this season she averaged 22 ppg. Vivian's leadership will be certainly missed as she heads off to Boston University upon graduation. Coach: Sherry Levin Coach Email: [email protected] #11 Becca Ripley Height: 6’0 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2015 School: New Hampton 2015/16 Stats: 15.5 ppg, 10.5 rbg Coach Comments: Becca is a three year starter that has led the team in points and rebounds in all three seasons. She has 21 double doubles this year. Ripley is a verbal commit to University of Miami. Coach: Freddy Petkus Coach Email: [email protected] #15 Caitlin Dorsey Height: 5’10 Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: New Hampton 2015/16 Stats: 12 ppg, 6 rbg Coach Comments: Cailin is a first year to the Huskies with an offensive role to fill. She posted 19 double digit games, with a season high of 8 3’s against Holderness. While her offense has been a threat, Cailin has also stepped up as a defensive asset taking on specific marks during big games. Coach: Freddy Petkus Coach Email: [email protected] #10 Katie Benzan Height: Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Nobles 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Coach: Alex Gallagher Coach Email: [email protected] #34 Amaya Finklea Height: Position: Center Graduation Year: 2017 School: Nobles 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments:

Coach: Alex Gallagher Coach Email: [email protected] #33 Amy Duggan Height: Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Nobles 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Coach: Alex Gallagher Coach Email: [email protected] #50 Julia Thissell Height: Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: Rivers 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Coach: Bob Pipe Coach Email: #20 Tess Sussman Height: Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2018 School: Rivers 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Coach: Bob Pipe Coach Email: #45 Emiliana Geronimo Height: 6’1 Position: Forward/Center Graduation Year: 2017 School: St. Paul’s 2015/16 Stats: 9 ppg, 8 rbg, 2bpg Coach Comments: Emiliana is a powerful post player who can take over a game. She has started all three of her seasons with us, and serves as one of our two captains this season. She goes hard to the basket and is getting better and better with multiple post moves. Quite often, the only way defenders can stop her is by fouling and she has been converting from the line quite effectively. She is a rebounding force and has been blocking more and more shots every game. We are very excited about what she will accomplish in her upcoming senior year. Coach: Rick Pacelli Coach Email: [email protected] #12 Araion Bradshaw Height: 5’8 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Tabor 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Araion Bradshaw Is a lightning quick floor general. She identifies mismatches at the offensive end of the floor and creates opportunities to exploit them. She has the range to stretch defenses and the quickness to get to the rim at will. This athleticism makes her a tenacious defender on the ball very dangerous off of the ball as well. Coach: Will Becker Coach Email: [email protected] #10 Molly Bent Height: 5’9 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Tabor 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Molly Bent has a complete perimeter game. Ability to shoot from the arc, pull up or finish at the rim make her very hard to guard and her brilliant passing creates frequent opportunities for her teammates. She also generates steals and deflections so frequently that opposing teams struggle to run their offense. Athletic, skilled and creative are words that describe her game. Coach: Will Becker Coach Email: [email protected] #44 Shannon Ryan Height: 6’5 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: Tabor 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Shannon Ryan has the height at 6' 5" to defend the rim and control the boards frequently starting the teams break. However, she has the athleticism to run the floor and finish on the break and the touch to hit the mid-range jumper as well. She has a complete game and the size and mobility to match it. Coach: Will Becker Coach Email: [email protected] #31 Stephanie Lyons Height: 5’7 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2018 School: Thayer 2015/16 Stats: 10.3 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 2.2 apg Coach Comments: Stephanie is a two year starter on the basketball team. For the second year in a row, she has led her team in points. Stephanie is a great outside shooter who has really improved her defense this year. Even as a sophomore, she was one of the emotional leaders on the team, as her teammates looked to her to lead by example in both practices and games. Stephanie has made a major impact on our program and will continue to lead us for the next two years. Coach: Billy O’Dwyer Coach Email: [email protected] #22 Lexi Hackett Height: 5’10 Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Worcester 2015/16 Stats: 15.2 ppg, 7 rpg, 3.2 apg, 3.5spg Coach Comments: Lexi Hackett is a 3 time NEPSAC all star. On 2/24/16 she became WA's All Time leading scorer for girls basketball breaking the previous record of 1,351 points set by Erica Sobel in 1998. She is a 5'11 long wing player for us, that has done it all over the her 4 year career. She scores in a variety of ways, be it getting to the rim, shooting from the outside, and cleaning the offensive glass. Aside from her skills on the court, she is a tremendous leader serving as a captain for the past two seasons. Lexi will

continue her basketball career next winter at the collegiate level, as she will compete for Suffolk University. Coach: Dan Nagle Coach Email: [email protected] #3 Abby O’Keefe Height: Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Worcester 2015/16 Stats: 14.8 ppg, 3.8 apg, 2.3 spg Coach Comments: Abby O'Keefe came to us all the way from St. Louis, Missouri this season for her senior year. She is a feisty, hard nosed point guard who not only is one of our best scorers, but also our strongest defensive player. Her work ethic is off the charts, and is one of the most fierce competitors you will find in this or any league. She is a skilled marksman from 3 point range, and is capable of breaking players down and getting to the rim. She also did a wonderful job this season pushing the pace from the point guard position, helping our team average 66 points per game. She will continue her basketball career next year at Brown University. Coach: Dan Nagle Coach Email: [email protected]

Class A West All-Stars #23 Gabrielle Brooks Height: 5’11 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Choate 2015/16 Stats: 14.3 ppg, 10 rpg Coach Comments: Brooks is a stretch 4". Great frame. Gets to the rim on the rip with ease. Her 3 point range makes her very hard to guard. Brooks is a student of the game who loves to compete. She's a great teammate and true leader. Coach: Aliya Cox Coach Email: [email protected] #11 Jocelyn Polansky Height: 5’9 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2019 School: Choate 2015/16 Stats: 8 ppg, 3 apg, 2 spg Coach Comments: Athletic and wiry guard. Good court vision, who can thread the needle in transition and in the half court. Good 3 point shooter and step-back jumper. Finishes well around the basket with or without contact. Coach: Aliya Cox Coach Email: [email protected] #20 Nicole Hiller Height: 5’11 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Choate 2015/16 Stats: 9 ppg, 4 rpg, 3 spg Coach Comments: Deep range 3 point shooter. Shoots well off of screens and in transition. Very hard to shoot over on the defensive end. Added bonus, Nicole is a good shot blocker defending the drive. Coach: Aliya Cox Coach Email: [email protected] #1 Megan Graves Height: Position: PG Graduation Year: 2018 School: Deerfield 2015/16 Stats: 9.5 ppg, 2.1 rpg, 1.7 apg, 2.4 spg Coach Comments: Megan took over the starting point guard position as a sophomore. Although young, Megan’s skill and grit allowed her to lead the Big Green offense. She used her speed and her ability to both penetrate from the lane and shoot from the outside in order to keep other defenses on their heels. Megan emerged as a leader of the Deerfield team as only a sophomore. Coach: Caroline Stedman Coach Email: [email protected] #14 Felicia Renelus Height: Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Deerfield 2015/16 Stats: 8.3 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 2.4 spg Coach Comments: Felicia’s natural athleticism allowed her to be a force both on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. She typically defended the top player on the opposing team, using her length to disrupt the offense while grabbing rebounds and getting numerous steals. She also proved to be a threat from down-town on the offensive side of the ball. Serving as a captain during her junior year, Felicia helped to lead the Big Green both on and off the court. Coach: Caroline Stedman Coach Email: [email protected] #4 Kaitlyn Davis Height: 5’10 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2019 School: Greenwich Academy 2015/16 Stats: 17.1 ppg, 12.3 rpg, 5.3 apg, 1.75 blk/g, 3.4 stl/g Coach Comments: Kaitlyn is an incredibly versatile player that affects the game in a variety of ways. Our team’s leading scorer in each of her first two seasons, she is often the focal point of other team’s defensive game plans, yet she still finds a way to score and change the game. With her length she has the ability to block shots, get steals and rebound at a prolific rate. We are very excited to have Kaitlyn with us for another three seasons. Coach: Katie Shepard Coach Email: [email protected]

#10 Brooke Powers Height: 5’8 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Greenwich Academy 2015/16 Stats: 11 ppg, 3.4 rpg, 1.4 stl/g Coach Comments: Brooke has been a pivotal part of the Greenwich Academy basketball program for all of her career. Her biggest strength is shooting, and she has increased her range this past season. Her game now includes driving in for layups, as well as pull up jumpers and improved ball handling skills. We rely on Brooke for not only her offensive output but her defensive awareness and rebounding. We are certainly glad to have Brooke returning next season. Coach: Katie Shepard Coach Email: [email protected] #22 Megan Lewis Height: 5’4 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Hotchkisss 2015/16 Stats: 11.5 ppg, 6.7 rbg, 2.9 spg Coach Comments: Meghan was a very high impact Post-Graduate player this year. She brought athleticism, a high basketball IQ, and, most of all, toughness to our team. She helped teach these qualities to our younger players, and she set the highest bar for dedication day in and day out. Meghan made our whole team better, and she will continue to bring that court sense and intelligence next year to Babson College. Coach: Doug Kneeland Coach Email: [email protected] #23 Maya Coaxum Height: 5’6 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Hotchkiss 2015/16 Stats: 6 ppg, 8.1 rpg, 1.9 spg Coach Comments: Maya was a three-year senior and sole captain for us this year. She filled this role admirably, and she kept the team positive and ready to work every day. She demonstrated both a mental and physical toughness which her younger teammates strive to emulate every day. Maya knows basketball well, and her understanding of the game allows her to be an outstanding rebounder, particularly for her height. Her toughness on the court and warmth off the court will be missed. Coach: Doug Kneeland Coach Email: [email protected] #24 Sarah Gallo Height: Position: Graduation Year: School: Kent 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Coach: Jayde Bennett Coach Email: #14 Lilly Steigelman Height: Position: Graduation Year: School: Kent 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Coach: Jayde Bennett Coach Email: #2 Sam Roy Height: 5’5 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Loomis-Chaffee 2015/16 Stats: 12 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 4 apg, 2.2 spg Coach Comments: All around floor leader. Tight handle, great range can get into the paint at will. Relentless worker, great communicator, 3 year captain, 3 year NEPSAC All Star. Headed to Bowdoin. Coach: Adrian Stewart Coach Email: [email protected] #14 McKenzie Helms Height: Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2019 School: Loomis-Chaffee 2015/16 Stats: 13.5 ppg, 4 rbg, 2.4 apg, 2.5 spg Coach Comments: Deadly scorer. Has all the tools. Can shoot from deep and can get to the basket and finish. Tough defender who anticipates well. Coach: Adrian Stewart Coach Email: [email protected] #1 Vanessa Udoji Height: 5’11 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Northfield Mount Hermon 2015/16 Stats: 19.7 ppg, 1.7 spg, 1.3 apg Coach Comments: Vanessa is a four year starter for the girls' basketball program at NMH. For four years, she has stretched defenses with her long range sharp shooting, as well as turned heads with her explosive moves to the basket. This year, Vanessa eclipsed the all time leading scoring record and has scored 1,499 points thus far. Vanessa will continue her career at Quinnipiac University, but she will always be a Hogger at heart. Coach: Grace Rehnquist Coach Email: [email protected] #4 Sam Dallier Height: 5’10 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016

School: Northfield Mount Hermon 2015/16 Stats: 10.6 ppg, 6.8 rpb, 1.1 bpg Coach Comments: Sam has made her presence felt on the court in her senior season. Blossoming from a role player to a contributing starter over her two years at NMH, Sam has surprised opponents with her ability to go back to the basket as well as strike from distance. Her defensive prowess and rebounding abilities make her 5'10 frame seem much bigger and she is able to lock down bigger post players. The Hoggers will certainly miss Sam's leadership and character next year. Coach: Grace Rehnquist Coach Email: [email protected] #22 Grace Passannante Height: 6’1 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: Sacred Heart 2015/16 Stats: 9.4 ppg, 8.3 rbg 3 bpg Coach Comments: A true all-around hustle player who did a great job leading a young team this year. Coach: Jessica Spicer Coach Email: [email protected] #3 Kristen Davis Height: 5’7 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Sacred Heart 2015/16 Stats: 7.5 ppg, 3.8 rbg, 2.6 spg Coach Comments: She was our defensive specialist who we could always depend on to shut down the opponents leading scorer. Coach: Jessica Spicer Coach Email: [email protected] #2 Jaliessa Rodriguez Height: 5’4 Position: PG Graduation Year: 2017 School: Taft 2015/16 Stats: 170 points 42 rebounds 53 assists Coach Comments: Three-year starter with speed, quickness, a great handle, and the ability to finish with either hand. Is also a deep threat who will pull the trigger from 3 if given room. Coach: Jon Willison / Johanna Valdez Coach Email: [email protected] / [email protected] #24 Kayla Robinson Height: 5’8 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2019 School: Taft 2015/16 Stats: 237 points 167 rebounds 23 assists Coach Comments: An energetic and unusually poised freshman with first rate ball hunger, work ethic and passion to improve. Led the team in rebounds and finishes nicely in close. Still young, but has great promise. She looks to finish, but has great court awareness for her teammates. Class B East All-Stars #1 Alexia Ames Height: 5’3 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Brooks 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Coach: Alex Skinner Coach Email: [email protected] #23 Sinclair Imondo Height: 6’5 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: Dana Hall 2015/16 Stats: 11.8 ppg, 11 rpg, 3 bpg Coach Comments: Sinclair has been a 4 year starter, as our 6'5" Center, and has really developed into a solid post player. She is a strong back-to-the-basket post, with great hands, who can go right and left. She has scored 15+ points in 7 games, and can convert from the free throw line (FT's 76%). Sinclair can hit the 15 foot shot and can handle the ball. She is a great teammate and has become a much more vocal leader on the court. Coach: Lindsay White Coach Email: [email protected] #13 Autumn Ceppi Height: 6’0 Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2017 School: Dana Hall 2015/16 Stats: 17.8 ppg, 10 rpg, 4.8 apg, 4 spg, 2 bpg Coach Comments: Autumn has been a starter since her Freshman year, and is an incredibly dynamic and versatile player, playing the 1 through 4 position. She has averaged 17.8 points per game this season, which includes 8 games scoring 20+ points, 3 games scoring 30+ points (including a career high 35 points). She scores off the dribble, in the post, from the FT line (58/71 or 82%), and has made 35- 3’s this season. She is our assist leader, with just under 5 per game, and also averages 10 rebounds per game. Her length makes

her a huge presence defensively. She is a true competitor, a leader on the court and a great teammate who makes those around her better. Coach: Lindsay White Coach Email: [email protected] #23 Courtney Cashman Height: 6’2 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Governors 2015/16 Stats: 22.5 ppg, 12.7 rpg, 2.3 spg Coach Comments: Courtney is a four year starter, three time team MVP and three time New England All Star. This is the second consecutive season in which she has averaged a double-double. She topped 30 points twice, including a career high 37 vs. St. Mark's. She has also pulled down 20 rebounds twice this season. She is an accomplished defender and has battled with some of the best players in NE. Courtney will finish her career with 1470+ points, good for second all time at the Governor's Academy. A great all around athlete, she will play softball next year at UMass-Lowell Coach: Erin O’Connell Coach Email: [email protected] #30 Katie Settelmeyer Height: 6’0 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2017 School: Governors 2015/16 Stats: 8.6 ppg, 7.5 rpg Coach Comments: Kate is making her first appearance at the New England All-Star game. She was also named to the Kingswood-Oxford All Tournament team earlier in the season as she helped lead Govs to the championship. Kate is a very good low post defender and rebounder for the Governors and also has a deft shooting touch around the rim. She scored a career high 17 points v. Brooks and pulled down 16 rebounds against Holderness. Kate is a three sport varsity athlete who will graduate with 12 letters in volleyball, basketball and lacrosse. Coach: Erin O’Connell Coach Email: [email protected] #1 Alyna Baharozian Height: 5’7 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2018 School: Groton 2015/16 Stats: 13 ppg, 4.5 apg, 4.8 rpg, 3.6 spg Coach Comments: Groton sophomore Alyna Baharozian was recently selected as a 1st team all-ISL member after receiving honorable mention as a freshman. Alyna has more than doubled her ppg each year since making varsity as an 8th grader. Alyna is a great defender and rebounder for her position and wants the ball in clutch situations as she has made a number of buzzer beating shots. She is a great leader and is well respected by her team as evidenced by the team voting her as a captain as a sophomore and next year as a junior. The sky’s the limit for this young, talented, and hard-working player. Coach: Joe Crail Coach Email: [email protected] #31 Gabby Reuter Height: 6’0 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Lawrence 2015/16 Stats: 11.9 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 2.1 bpg Coach Comments: (Three Time All-Star) A mobile forward whose speed and quickness make her an effective scorer. She has solid moves to the basket and can hit the midrange jumper. Gabby is a consistent rebounder who can start the break and finish at the other end in transition. She also can be counted on to get the job done for her team on the defensive end. She plays tough post defense as well as outside on the perimeter and has excellent timing to make the big block. Gabby also leads with her positive and encouragement to her teammates. We will miss her greatly next year as she makes her way to the NE 10 Conference as a Stonehill Skyhawk. Coach: Donna Mastrangelo Coach Email: [email protected] #15 Emily Pratt Height: 5’8 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Lawrence 2015/16 Stats: 9.4 ppg, 2.3 spg, 5.0 apg Coach Comments: (Four Time All-Star) A talented guard who sees the floor well, knows how to attack from the perimeter, and is a threat from the three-point range. Emily possesses strong fundamentals on the defensive end as well. She is effective defending both on and away from the ball. She anticipates well, which can lead to multiple steals per game, and can be counted on to do her part when rebounding. Emily is a court leader and exemplifies the definition of a complete player. Emily will leave us a very rich legacy as she continues her basketball aspirations at the college level. Coach: Donna Mastrangelo Coach Email: [email protected] #22 Erin Antosh Height: 6’2 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2017 School: Lawrence 2015/16 Stats: 14.0 ppg, 8.0 rpg, 1.5 bpg Coach Comments: (Two Time All-Star) A center who has the ability to do it all offensively. She can shoot the three, post up, and

use her size to attack the basket. Erin can take advantage of her length on the defensive end as well to create steals and blocks. She is a powerful rebounder with a big presence. This talented player has tremendous potential to dominate on both ends of the floor. Erin is also an extremely humble, coachable player and already has multiple division 1 scholarship offers to play at the next level. Coach: Donna Mastrangelo Coach Email: [email protected] #32 Arianna Odom Height: 5’11 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Middlesex 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Ari is a three year starter and Captain. She is the heart and soul of our basketball program and we ask her to do so many things and she does them well. She runs the point, is our wing shooter when we needed and she can play low in the post when needed. She also has to guard our opponents best player which she does well. She has gotten better every year she has been here and we are looking forward to a big senior year from her. Coach: Mark Kelly Coach Email: [email protected] #4 Kerri Zerfoss Height: 5’9 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Pingree 2015/16 Stats: 12.5 ppg, 7.8 rpg, 1.4 bpg Coach Comments: Kerri is a four year varsity player and starter for the last three seasons. She has led her team in assists and scoring in that time and is the engine that makes her team go. Defensively, she led the team in blocks for the past two seasons despite her stature and is the driving force behind the team's success. Coach: Josh McPherson Coach Email: [email protected] # Ayana Sommers Height: 6’0 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: Portsmouth Abbey 2015/16 Stats: 13.5 ppg, 12.1 rpg, 4 bpg Coach Comments: Ayanna is a two-time captain and a four year starter for the Abbey. She has improved tremendously over the past four years and has become the center of our offense. Her ability to post up, convert on the offensive end, and make free throws all improved. She finished her career with 906 points and had games this season where she scored 36, 25, and 23 points. She was also a great defensive presence, blocking many shots and forcing turnovers. She will be missed by her teammates both on and off the court next year! Coach: Elizabeth Benestad Coach Email: [email protected] #4 Logan Amaral Height: Position: PG Graduation Year: 2017 School: St. George’s 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Logan is a repeat junior coming off an ACL tear last season. She is the floor general of our team, often playing all 32 minutes and handling the ball for most of them. A crafty player, Logan has the ability to score in the paint against posts, and can get streaky from the 3. Defensively she does not quit, averaging 3 steals a game, often from capitalizing on offensive mistakes. Coach: Molly Dullea Coach Email: [email protected] # Michaela Sullivan Height: Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2018 School: St. George’s 2015/16 Stats: 13.3 ppg Coach Comments: Michaela is a versatile player that can be impactful both offensively and defensively at the guard and post spot. She knows how to post up hard and finish against bigger players, while also having the ability to step out and knock down shots from the 3. Averaging 13.3 ppg for us this year, she often did clean-up work on the offensive boards, along with knocking down big shots when it counted. Coach: Molly Dullea Coach Email: [email protected] #34 Madison Falzon Height: 6’3 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: St. Mark’s 2015/16 Stats: 15.8 ppg, 9.5 rbg Coach Comments: Madison is a four-year letter winner and senior captain. Her second year selected as a NEPSAC Class B All-Star, Madison led the St. Mark’s Lions in scoring and rebounding again in her senior year. She averaged 16.3 points per game and 9.5 rebounds per game. Falzon is a very strong post presence, but has the ability to shoot from the perimeter. We will miss Madison’s talent and leadership next year. Coach: Lauren Sischo Coach Email: [email protected] #20 Teagan Ladner Height: 5’6 Position: PG Graduation Year: 2017 School: St. Mark’s 2015/16 Stats: 9.1 ppg Coach Comments: Teagan is a three-time letter winner and played nearly every minute of every game this season. She is a versatile and hard-working point guard who raises the level of play for the rest of her teammates. She is a play-maker and demonstrates excellent composure driving to the basket and shooting from anywhere on the court. She sets the tempo on offense and defense and

has an outstanding attitude on and off the court. Currently a junior, Teagan was an ISL Honorable Mention All-Star and has already set high expectations for her senior year. Coach: Lauren Sischo Coach Email: [email protected] #33 Giulia Orlando Height: 5’7 Position: PG Graduation Year: 2016 School: Tilton 2015/16 Stats: 11.3 ppg, 4.7 apg, 3 rbg Coach Comments: Giulia has started every game at the point guard position during her four years at Tilton. She is a proven winner, securing four League Championships and two NEPSAC Championships in her first three years. One of the best ball handlers I’ve ever seen, Giulia leads our team in total assists per game, as well as assist to turn-over ratio. Her toughness and leadership on and off the court are integral part of our team’s success and will be the reason she is a tremendous asset to the back court at Merrimack College next season. Coach: Tara Brisson Coach Email: [email protected] #21 Gabby Hunter Height: 5’11 Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Tilton 2015/16 Stats: 11.3 PPG, 4.7 apg, 3 rbg Coach Comments: Gabby is a rebounding machine. Emulating the likes of Charles Barkley, she leads our team in total rebounds, offensive rebounds and rebounds per game. Gabby is extremely athletic and is beginning to find her identity as a scorer. Gabby will continue her dominance on the boards at Dartmouth College next season. Coach: Tara Brisson Coach Email: [email protected] #22 Olivia Orlando Height: 5’10 Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2017 School: Tilton 2015/16 Stats: 12.5 PPG, 8.7 RPG, 4.5 APG, 3 SPG Coach Comments: Olivia has been named a NEPSAC all-star for the third time in as many years. She is an undersized yet incredibly strong combo player whose skill level offensively and defensively is higher than most her age. Olivia is our team’s leading scorer, as well as the team leader is steals, blocks and FG percentage. Her high basketball IQ gives her the ability to completely take over a game. Olivia will only continue to grow as she enters her last season in the NEPSAC. Coach: Tara Brisson Coach Email: [email protected] #22 Alina Brennan Height: 5’11 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2018 School: Winsor 2015/16 Stats: 16.3 ppg, 8 rpg Coach Comments: Alina is an incredibly versatile player with a very high basketball IQ. Her year-round commitment to developing her skills paid huge dividends as she led her team in scoring for the second year in a row. Starting in all 21 games this season, Alina averaged 16.3 ppg (343 total points) and 8 rebounds per game. She had six games over 20 points and a career high 31 points against league opponent, Newton Country Day School. Her intensity, attitude, and effort are a model for the rest of her teammates. Coach: Josh Constant Coach Email: [email protected]

Class B West All-Stars #22 Samone DeFreese Height: 6’1 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Berkshire 2015/16 Stats: 12 ppg, 5 rpg Coach Comments: Samone is a four year starter and now four year all star. She has played this season coming off of a serious knee injury, but has still managed to be dominant on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court. She is a dynamic, and her outside shooting has improved significantly this season. She has played all five positions at times this season. She will be missed next year when she heads off to the University of Delaware to play basketball. Coach: Michael McCabe Coach Email: [email protected] #23 Autumn Truesdale Height: 6’0 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2017 School: Berkshire 2015/16 Stats: 11.7 ppg, 10.9 rpg, 3.2 apg, 2.0 spg Coach Comments: Autumn is a two year starter, and this is her second all star selection. Her scoring output has increased from last season to this season, and she has done this while being double and triple teamed. She can score with her back to the basket or faced up. While her offensive game has improved, it's Autumn's work playing defense and rebounding which has been most impressive this season. She is often tasked with guarding opponents' best forwards and wings, and she does so with poise and confidence. Coach: Michael McCabe Coach Email: [email protected] #25 Olivia Greene Height: 5’6 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Cushing 2015/16 Stats: 9.4 ppg, 4.7 rpg Coach Comments: Led team in scoring and minutes played this year; team leader in free throws attempted (43 more than next highest player), free throws made and free-throw percentage; top-three in every major statistical category; single game highs of 20 points and 9 rebounds; tough and gritty defender; always drew opponent’s top defender; excellent leader and captain; carried our team this

Hannah is an outstanding shooter with unlimited range. Hannah has the unique ability to play all five positions. Unfortunately, we were down players this year but Hannah's sheer will and perseverance is what helped take us to the end of the season. Coach: Warren Bunkley Coach Email: [email protected] #15 Evie Perez Height: 5’9 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Miss Porter’s 2015/16 Stats: 9.5 ppg, 6.8 rpg Coach Comments: Evie is a three year Varsity starter, who has averaged 250 points each season. She is a deadly shooter from the outside and this year has worked on contributing in other areas like rebounding. She is a great team player and I look forward to watching her compete at the next level one day. Bailey had another terrific season. Coach: Wayne Patterson Coach Email: [email protected] #5 Casey Kaplan Height: 5’8 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Suffield 2015/16 Stats: 10 ppg, 6 apg, 5 rpg, 3 spg Coach Comments: Casey is a strong all-around player who is naturally a shooting guard who has to play point guard for us. She is a hard nose player who can shoot the three, has a good handle, plus she is a good rebounder for a guard. Coach: Wayne Patterson Coach Email: [email protected] #24 Ang Vechhiarelli Height: 5’11 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: Suffield 2015/16 Stats: 11 ppg, 9 rpg, 3 spgSteals per game Coach Comments: Ang capped off a great career with a very solid senior season. You will not find a player who competes as hard as Ang. She is a terrific rebounder and defender who can score in the paint as well as a soft 15 foot jump shot. Coach: Wayne Patterson Coach Email: [email protected] #13 Emma Merlin Height: 5’6 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Westminster 2015/16 Stats: 8.7 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 2.9 spg Coach Comments: Emma is four-year member of the varsity a three-year starter, a two-time captain, and last year she won our leadership/spirit award. Emma is a fast and aggressive athlete who has literally played all five positions this year, but mostly had to play out of position as a n undersized power forward. Emma's toughness and athleticism enabled her to compete with much taller players, and her commitment in practice helped her develop her shooting and footwork so much that she became our second-leading scorer. We will miss her grit and leadership as she heads off to Wake Forest next year. Coach: Bryan Tawney Coach Email: [email protected] #20 Oumuo Kanoute Height: 5’0 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Westminster 2015/16 Stats: 9.8 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 2.8 spg Coach Comments: Oumou is a three-year member of the varsity who has worked her way up from role player to sixth man to full-time starter and now to all-star. She is a tireless worker on the track and court and in the classroom, and her tenacious defense was the cornerstone of most of the defensive success we had this year. Oumou attacks the basket with courage on offense and routinely gets knocked to the floor and sent to the free throw line, but she keeps coming back for more, and we're so glad to have her as a building block for next year's team. Class C East All-Stars #11 Maddie Mullen Height: 5’8 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2018 School: Beaver Country Day School 2015/16 Stats: 25.8 ppg Coach Comments: Maddie is a starter on the Varsity basketball team. She changes games through her ability to play the 1 position or the 2 position. She has a very high skills set along with a high I.Q. of the game. She lead our team in points, assist, and rebounds. Her offensive game has improved each year at Beaver going from averaging 12ppg in last season to averaging 25.8 ppg this season, and has become the focal point of opponent’s defensive plans. Maddie is only a sophomore, so we expect to see great things from her in the future. Coach: Vincent Johnson Coach Email: [email protected] #44 Amanda Altman Height: 6’0 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2019 School: Beaver Country Day School 2015/16 Stats: 5.7 ppg Coach Comments: Amanda is a first year starter as a freshman for the Beaver basketball team. Amanda is a unique player with a high skill set. She has the ability to play inside-out scoring from the post as well as the ability to spread the floor with her 3pt shooting. Her overall game has tremendous upside with her being so young and we look forward to seeing her growth for the next couple of years. Coach: Vincent Johnson Coach Email: [email protected] #10 Adara Groman Height: 5’6 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2019 School: Berwick 2015/16 Stats: 19.5 ppg, 3.5 spg, 4.4 rpg Coach Comments: Adara has been a starter for the past two years and this year as a freshman, she has sparked our offense. Her ability to penetrate and deliver along with her outside shot have made it difficult for opponents. She has shown savviness on the defensive side of the court to create turnovers. We look forward to having her for the next three years. Coach: Jim Smucker Coach Email: [email protected] #24 Kolby McKenzie Height: 5’7 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Brewster 2015/16 Stats: 7.8 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 1.6 apg Coach Comments: Kolby is a starter and senior captain on the basketball team. Coming back after two years with ACL injuries, she has been a pivotal factor in our success this season. As a point guard/guard, she is our second leading rebounder, which speaks to her work ethic on the court. She has had multiple games where she has gotten hot from the arc, including a few games where she has knocked down a 3-pointer in the last minute of close games. We will miss her attitude, work ethic, and talents next year as she heads

off to play basketball at Union College in Schenectady, NY. Coach: Kara McDuffie Coach Email: [email protected] #12 Eva Koplow Height: 5’10 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: Concord 2015/16 Stats: 6 ppg, 10 rpg, 51% fg Coach Comments: Eva is a three-year varsity player who has played her best basketball during the final stretch of her career at CA. She has seen her role expand with each game, and she has consistently been the team’s best offensive threat and a defensive stalwart. Often tasked with covering the opponent’s best post player, Eva has logged major minutes while leading the team in rebounding at 10 per game, including 4 offensive rebounds per game. She has shot 51% from the floor and has worked exceptionally hard to “do the dirty work” needed as our last line of defense. Over the course of the season she has established herself as a key cog in our team’s improvement. She also has set the tone for future post players by being a great teammate and someone who is willing to do what is asked for the good of the team. Coach: Dan Hunt Coach Email: [email protected] #32 Skylar Robinson Height: 5’10 Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Holderness 2015/16 Stats: 10.5 ppg, 6.2 rpg Coach Comments: Skylar has been a 3 year starter and 2 year captain for the Bulls. She is a strong player who understands the game of basketball at a high level. She has excellent vision on the court. Her size and physicality make her ideal for playing inside the paint which is apparent in her strong play on the defensive end and on the boards. However, what makes Skylar such a threat is her shot. She is a lights out shooter from 3-point range. Her leadership and diversity of skills will be missed greatly by her team next year. Coach: Jini Rae Sparkman Coach Email: [email protected] #3 Donnetta Johnson Height: 6’0 Position: PG Graduation Year: 2018 School: Holderness 2015/16 Stats: 14.4 ppg, 9 rpg, 4 apg, 3 spg Coach Comments: Netta is athletically gifted with a high basketball IQ that makes her almost unstoppable. She is a left-handed point guard whose ability for strong play in the paint makes her a threat anywhere on the court. She is a ball-handler that is able to see plays develop and subsequently make strong and smart passes long before defenses or her teammates recognize the opportunity. Netta can drop a 3 pointer under heavy pressure with a hand in her face or drive the lane and devastate a defense with her Euro step. She is an offensive anomaly whose potential is limitless as she continues to mature. She cares immensely about the game of basketball and her team. Coach: Jini Rae Sparkman Coach Email: [email protected] #14 Taylor Soule Height: 5’11 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2018 School: Kimball Union 2015/16 Stats: 16.8ppg, 13.2rpg, 3.7spg Coach Comments: Taylor is a gifted athlete: Long & lean, quick, good hands and an incredible leaper. She has recorded a double/double (points and rebounds) in all but 4 games this season. Only a sophomore, Taylor already has D1 offers. She has just scratched the surface of her potential and no doubt has a very bright future ahead of her. A talented basketball player and even better person. Coach: Eileen Williams Coach Email: [email protected] #10 Ella Bankert Height: 5’5 Position: PG Graduation Year: 2017 School: Kimball Union 2015/16 Stats: 10.72ppg, 3.2spg, 2.9apg Coach Comments: A fierce competitor, Ella leads by example. She has incredible foot speed and a strong handle. New to KUA, Ella has made an immediate impact helping to lead the Wildcats to a 19-4 record in what supposed to be a rebuilding year. Only a junior, Ella has committed to UVM to play soccer for the Catamounts. Coach: Eileen Williams Coach Email: [email protected] #11 Shae Roys Height: 5’9 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Lexington Christian 2015/16 Stats: 19.5 ppg Coach Comments: Shae is an incredible athlete with a very high basketball IQ who has the ability to score by driving, pulling up, and knocking down threes. Shae can both create her own shots and move without the ball to get herself open. Shae is great teammate both in games and practice. She always has a positive attitude and never gives up. Shae led her team to an undefeated season in league and did so by averaging 19.5 points a game. Coach: Steve Schmidt Coach Email: [email protected]

#23 Jamese Word Height: 5’5 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Lexington Christian 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Jamese is tough as nails on the ball defender who led her team to an incredible season and third seed in NEPSAC class C. Offensively she distributes the ball, knocks down jumpers and goes hard to the rim. She never stops working. Coach: Steve Schmidt Coach Email: [email protected] #4 Cassandra Duda Height: 6’3 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2017 School: Lincoln 2015/16 Stats: 12.1 ppg Coach Comments: Cassandra is often the centerpiece of this team. On defense, you can regularly hear her strongly communicating to her teammates, getting them in the right position and encouraging them. On offense, her teammates will often look her way to see if she has good position down low to score (which she often does). She knows how to use her big frame on both sides of court which has given us a huge advantage in many of our games this season. She has deep knowledge of the game that she shares with the team to make us better. Natural leadership, great spirit, and a love for the game and her teammates--that's what makes Cassandra an all-star. Coach: Jamal Shipman Coach Email: [email protected] #1 Natalie Landau Height: 5’6 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Lincoln 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Natalie's athletic ability is truly something to behold. She has a quickness that demands respect in the open court and while driving to the hoop. There's also a tenacity and a fearlessness that intensifies during competitive games. She has the ability to put this team on her back and compete at a very high level. She, almost single-handedly, got us back into games that seemed lost in the first half. We are delighted to have her for one more season. It's scary to think that she will only get bigger, better, and stronger. Coach: Jamal Shipman Coach Email: [email protected] #14 Sochia Reardon Height: 5’6 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Newton Country Day 2015/16 Stats: 13.0 ppg, 6.1 rpg, 5.5 spg Coach Comments: A leader for the NCDS Falcons, Sochia took her game to a new level for her Junior campaign. After averaging 8.5 ppg the past two seasons, Sochia led the Falcons this year with 13 ppg, and was the team's top scorer in 20 games. Sochia's season-high 32 points came in an OT victory against Pingree in January. In her 3-year career, Sochia has totaled 630 points. Coach: Evan Adair Coach Email: [email protected] #22 Angie Ngalakulondi Height: 6’2 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2019 School: Proctor 2015/16 Stats: 10.4 ppg, 6.8 rpg 2.3bpg Coach Comments: Angelique is just a freshman! She is a diamond in the rough, we can't wait to see what her next three years have in store for her. It took Angie some time to adjust to private school life, but since she did in mid-January it has been astonishing to watch her develop. She is a pivotal person in our line up. She brings a big presences to the floor. She has soft hands around the hoop and generally finishes very well. She has a long way to go but she is going to be one to watch in the future! Coach: Liz McNamara Coach Email: [email protected] #32 Amber Wilson Height: 6’0 Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Proctor 2015/16 Stats: 13 ppg, 8.7 rpg Coach Comments:.For the 4th season in a row, Amber will be representing Proctor Academy in the All-star game. Quite an impressive feat, but easy to see why when you see her athleticism, the ease with which she plays basketball. Once again Amber leads our team in Rebounds, her jumping ability is quite astounding. Amber has the ability to play both on the inside, the 3 point line, and she has the ability to handle the basketball. Amber will be dearly missed from our basketball team- we wish her the best of luck! Coach: Liz McNamara Coach Email: [email protected] #5 Amanda Torres Height: 5’6 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Proctor 2015/16 Stats: 18.7 ppg, 3.6 apg, 5 spg Coach Comments: Amanda transferred to Proctor as a sophomore and has been our starting point guard since then. Our offense runs through Amanda's hands. She once again leads our team in points, assists and steals. Her speed and her quick hands defensively make her very tough to catch in transition. As one coach put it "she is something special." What Amanda lacks in height she makes up for in heart, desire and determination. Coach: Liz McNamara Coach Email: [email protected] #34 Casey Evans Height: 5’11 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: St. Andrews 2015/16 Stats: 10.6 ppg, 9.4 rpg

Coach Comments: Casey has all the skills when it comes to post play both offensively and defensively. She is a fierce rebounder and strong finisher in the paint. She runs the floor and is an accomplished team defender. Casey has very solid range from 15 feet in and makes very good decisions with the ball. Her work ethic and determination are hard to match at the high school level. Coach: Andrew Schriber Coach Email: [email protected] #15 Janai Crooms Height: 5’9 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2018 School: St. Andrews 2015/16 Stats: 12.5 ppg, 10.3 rpg, 5.3 apg Coach Comments: Janai is an incredible talent for just being a sophomore. She has terrific court vision and can finish in the paint or find the open teammate anywhere on the court. She is an exceptionally strong rebounder and can she shoot it from beyond the arc consistently well. Janai’s ball handling skills are also off the charts which makes her a very dangerous threat in transition or out of offensive sets. Coach: Andrew Schriber Coach Email: [email protected] #12 Anna Metcalf Height: Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2018 School: Wheeler 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Despite being just a sophomore, Anna Metcalf was named captain of the Wheeler Warriors and proved that she deserved it. Metcalf was the leading scorer this season, averaging more than 17 point per game. In six games this season Metcalf notched more than 20 points with her season high being 30 points in a SENE game against Williams. Her talent and tenacity, did not stop at scoring. Metcalf was the Warriors leader in steals and helped her team to the SENE Semifinals for the second year in a row. Metcalf’s knowledge and ability allowed her to be flexible in positioning. Most games Metcalf was positioned at shooting guard, but often would take charge at point or would ask to be moved into the post. Metcalf may only have two years of Varsity experience under her belt, but she plays like a four year veteran. Coach: Stephanie Bissett Coach Email: [email protected]

She relies heavily on her terrific outside shooting, but also can be a physical presence in the paint. She is a versatile offensive player, as she can handle the ball and is a smart passer. She shoots a high percentage from the free throw line, and her outside range is very impressive. Coach: John Monagan Coach Email: [email protected] #12 Aurora Naughton Height: 5’6 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2016 School: Ethel Walker 2015/16 Stats: 9.4 ppg, 1.6 spg Coach Comments: Aurora finished her third year at Ethel Walker and her third year on the Varsity basketball team this year. Very few players have improved the way that Aurora did over her time at Walker's. With a tireless work ethic that extended into the offseason, Aurora vastly improved her game, moving from a player that relied on a sporadic outside shot to one that could get to the basket, be physical, and also could beat defenders with a jump shot. Her ball-handling improved tremendously over the years, and her dedication to the game will be missed as she moves on to college next year. Coach: John Monagan Coach Email: [email protected]

#15 Lexi Kimball Height: 5’10 Position: Guard/Forward Graduation Year: 2017 School: Greens Farms Academy 2015/16 Stats: 26.2 ppg, 6.1 spg, 5.0 rpb, Coach Comments: Lexi Kimball is a junior captain for the Dragons and their “go to” player. She is multi-faceted on the offensive end with her ability to score from behind the arc, weave in and out of defense for a lay-up or dish to the open teammate. Defensively, she has the ability to read her opponent and pick off passes, leading to many easy buckets. Her team looks for her to take over in big spots and she is known as a “pure scorer” by the opposing coaches. Lexi scored her 1000th point this season and also holds the records for points in a game and three pointers in a game. Coach: Jennifer Doughty Harris Coach Email: [email protected] #41 Naomi van Nes Height: 6’5 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: Hamden Hall 2015/16 Stats: 15pts, 14reb , 3 blocks per game Coach Comments: Naomi excelled on both ends of the floor due to her size and strength. Defensively she discouraged most dribble penetration with her size and shot blocking ability, and as the season went on became a dominate rebounder. Offensively, she frequently demanded a double or triple team yet maintained solid numbers. She will be competing as a Tarheel next season at UNC. Coach: Megan Rooney Coach Email: [email protected] #34 Rachel Menze Height: 6’3 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Hamden Hall 2015/16 Stats: 14pts, 11 rebs per game Coach Comments: Rachel was a consistent and dominant force inside but was able to step out and hit an outside jump shot or penetrate from the free throw line. She has an uncanny ability to step up in big games and was our go to player down the stretch. Rachel will attend Springfield College to play basketball and study athletic training. Coach: Megan Rooney Coach Email: [email protected] # Natalie Wind Height: 5’5 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2015 School: King 2015/16 Stats: 24 ppg, 2.8 rpg, 0.8 bpg Coach Comments: Natalie is the only senior and captain on the 2015/2016 basketball team. She is a four-year varsity starter and a member of the 1,000 point club. Natalie is a versatile player with a well-known ability to shoot and sink three pointers. Her dedication to her team is clear and her knowledge of the game is remarkable. Natalie’s skill causes game changing defensive strategies for her opponents. Her offensive and defensive game have only improved since her freshman year and we are confident that she will continue to do great things next year while playing at the college level. We will miss her tremendously! Coach: John Bagley Coach Email: [email protected] #21 Sarah Dietrich Height: 5’8 Position: Center Graduation Year: 2016 School: Millbrook School 2015/16 Stats: 10.8 ppg, 7.8 rpg Coach Comments: Sarah is a consistent, hard working, player and captain. If she gets the ball under the basket she is a force. She finds just the right angle to finish. Leading her team is rebounding on both ends, Sarah makes an impact just about anywhere on the court. Coach: Michele Moylan Coach Email: [email protected] #2 Grace Guachione Height: 5’7 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Miss Hall’s 2015/16 Stats: 22.4 ppg, 8.5 rpg, 7.2 apg 4.3 spg Coach Comments: Grace is a 3 year starter for Miss Hall’s and the first 1000 point scorer in school history. She is a confident guard with a great outside touch. When she gets rolling she has the ability to take a game over and truly dominate. Grace also has the a knack for jumping in passing lanes and turning aggressive defense into easy offense. She is a great young basketball player and we can’t wait to see what next year holds. Coach: Brad Horth Coach Email: [email protected] #10 Sarah Wilson Height: 5’10 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2016 School: Miss Halls 2015/16 Stats: 11.4 ppg 10.2 rpg 3.1 apg 2.3 spg Coach Comments: Sarah played a huge role in our success this year. She was a real jack of all trades player who filled a stat she in just about every game she played. She is not afraid to get inside and mix it up with the bigs but also has the ability to stretch out and knock down a triple. We will miss Sarah’s leadership and tenacity next year. Coach: Brad Horth Coach Email: [email protected] #14 Kelsie Jacobs Height: 5’10 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Stoneleigh Burnham 2015/16 Stats: 20.4 ppg Coach Comments: In Kelsie's first year at Stoneleigh and in only her sixth year of playing basketball, she was all but unstoppable this

year; she put pressure on every opposing defense with her ability to handle the ball, get to the basket at will, hit the gaps with her pull ups, and knock down threes. Kelsie is a magnet to the ball on defense and led our team in steals with her ability to anticipate and jump passing lanes and pick pocket ball handlers. Kelsie is an extremely unselfish player and always keeps her teammates involved with her ability to draw multiple defenders and drop off passes for easy baskets. Kelsie is a fun player to watch and her potential is unlimited. Coach: Michelle Lafond Coach Email: [email protected] #14 Maya Klein Height: 5’7 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2018 School: St. Luke’s 2015/16 Stats: Coach Comments: Maya is making her second appearance as an all-star. She has grown into much more than just a shooter with an improved mid-range game and ability to get to the rim. Her quick hands and great instincts make her an excellent defender both on and off the ball. Coach: Joe Heinzmann Coach Email: [email protected] #22 Sydney Lowery Height: 5’9 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: St. Luke’s 2015/16 Stats: 20.7 ppg, 11 rpg, 76% FT's Coach Comments: This is Sydney's fourth all-star selection. A team leader in games and practices, she paces St. Luke's in both scoring and rebounding. She is a tenacious defensive player and leads the team in steals and deflections. When defense shift their focus to Sydney, she finds her teammates both in transition and in the half-court set. Coach: Joe Heinzmann Coach Email: [email protected] #10 McKenna Frank Height: 5’8 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2018 School: St. Luke’s 2015/16 Stats: 9 ppg, 4 apg Coach Comments: In her first year at St. Luke's McKenna has been an productive and efficient point guard. She takes care of the ball and sacrifices her potent offensive game to distribute to her teammates. She has three point range and has knocked down some very big shots when needed. An excellent penetrator, McKenna can get to the rim or find an open teammate with equal effectiveness. Coach: Joe Heinzmann Coach Email: [email protected] #21 Gabbie Dunn Height: 5’8 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2018 School: Westover 2015/16 Stats: 24.4 ppg, 7.7 rpg, 2.1 bpg 3.8 spg 2.4 apg Coach Comments: Gabbie is a gifted scorer who has amassed close to 1,000 points already in her career. 2 weather related cancellations cost her the opportunity to get there in this, her sophomore season. She is Westover's all time leader in career scoring and 3 pointers made, holds individual game records for points and 3 point field goals as well. She takes pride in being just as determined defensively, leading the team in blocks, steals and rebounds. She truly is a complete player. Gabbie was voted as an outstanding player in the KSA Holiday Classic in Orlando earlier this year. Coach: Marty Pelosi Coach Email: [email protected] #3 Zulie Dunn Height: 5’6 Position: PG Graduation Year: 2016 School: Westover School 2015/16 Stats: 6.3 ppg, 3.4 rpg, 3.5 spg 2.1 apg Coach Comments: Zulie captained Westover Varsity for 2 seasons. She led by example with effort, attitude and dedication and we were a much different team without her on the floor. Her aggressive defense and help mentality along with a great basketball IQ will make her hard to replace. Her off the court endeavors academically, from a humanitarian point of view and in the community, are just as impressive. Coach: Marty Pelosi Coach Email: [email protected] #4 Meera Miller Height: 5’10 Position: Forward Graduation Year: 2017 School: Wilbraham & Monson 2015/16 Stats: 13.3 ppg, 11.5 rpg, 3.6 bpg Coach Comments: Meera is entering her 2nd all-star game in as many years as a Titan. Meera enjoyed a stellar junior season for WMA, which saw her lead her team in points, rebounds, blocks and minutes. Although with much room for improvement, she also saw both her 3FG% and FG% raise as well. As a captain, Meera has learned how to lead by example, adding a needed onus and responsibility to her performance. She now understands that she has to play hard all the time, for her teammates, and the several division 1 schools that are recruiting her. She is a pleasure to coach, and wants badly to always play well. She has been very instrumental in the rebirth of the WMA girls' basketball program. I cannot wait for her senior year! Coach: Durelle Brown Coach Email: [email protected] #5 Annika Bruce Height: 5’6 Position: Guard Graduation Year: 2017 School: Wilbraham & Monson 2015/16 Stats: 10.5 ppg, 5 rpg, 4 apg, 4.5 spg Coach Comments: Annika is the heart and soul of the WMA girls' hoops program. She is a passionate, spirited leader. And by the way, she plays HARD! A very talented guard, Annika was our point guard last season. Due to graduation, we (as a coaching staff) decided to move her off the ball to take advantage of her strong shooting stroke. It was a great idea to say the least. Annika connected on 35 3FGM in 20 games, at 34% clip, and was a zone buster most of the year for us. She is a coach's daughter, so she understands the game inside and out. Her work ethic is amazing, and as the other captain, it is easy for me to have the luxury to say, please work as hard as "AB" works. I can coach her hard, and I know what I will get from her every game. INTENSITY, PASSION, and a WILL TO

WIN that not many catch match. Luckily I have her coming back as well. Coach: Durelle Brown Coach Email: [email protected]

She is a very driven and motivated basketball player. On the floor, her athleticism is what stands out. She plays much bigger than her 5'6 stature would indicate. She has great

wingspan and is incredibly quick. She is a relentless rebounder and a tremendous defender. She is a great straight-line ball handler and can get to the rim through contact. She is tough to guard because she is constantly attacking North-South. Off the court, Favor is currently ranked #2 in her class and excels in the classroom. Libby immediately impacts games with her ability to score from anywhere on the court and in particular from three point range. Libby is one of the Gann Girl’s most clutch players, using her calm and collected attitude to help her team close out games. Her court vision and aggressive first step has brought her great success. Maeve is a well-rounded player with a committed, mature, and very coachable attitude. She frequently blows by defenders with her hesitation move, and is strong at driving baseline for the reverse layup or dish. Maeve is developing her mid-range jumper, which will make her even more of a threat in the point position in upcoming years.
