2. Budget/Finance/ContractsSession two will give school leaders information about how to manage their current budget and how the Corona 19 Pandemic will impact state and local budgets. The session will also explore collective bargaining agreements during this unprecedented

3. Online Staff Professional DevelopmentIn this session, school leaders will review programs that exist for on-line professional development and what programs are available for their staffs. School leaders will also learn about an online Human Centered Design Program and as well as other Professional Development Programs are available to school leaders. 4. Devices/Connectivity/Parent SupportSession four will examine ways to access technology for students and staff as well as examining strategies for connectivity and supporting parents in using technology with their children. Register: https://aiu3.zoom.us/meeting/register/

School leaders will discuss legal implications as well as training and support programs that may be available for staff members during this unprecedented time. Social, Health, and Family ServicesSchool leaders have a responsibility to look beyond regular classroom instruction and examine what social services are available to help children who live in poverty, who are homeless, experience trauma, and who are part of the child welfare system. 9. Communication+StorytellingEvery picture tells a story and in this session school leaders will learn basic strategies on how to best tell the stories of their school districts.
