Instructors are experts in their field. Class are taught in a group learning atmosphere with peer learning, intense discussion and hands-on projects. Each session will also include a luncheon speaker from a major regional employer who serves in a supervisor role. They will share their experience and advice in supervising others. Required Readings: One Minute Manager and 5 Dysfunctions of a Team Attendance is mandatory and a requirement to graduation from this course. Participants have the option to make up a missed class at the alternative location or the next time the program is offered. A program to give current or potential supervisors the tools and knowledge to succeed in managing employees! Class Summary

A pre and post-test will be given to participants to measure their increase in knowledge.

Instructors are experts in their field.

Class are taught in a group learning atmosphere with peer learning, intense discussion and hands-on projects.

Each session will also include a luncheon speaker from a major regional employer who serves in a supervisor role. They will share their experience and advice in supervising others.

Required Readings: One Minute Manager and 5 Dysfunctions of a Team
