Class Summary
A pre and post-test will be given to participants to measure their increase in knowledge.
Instructors are experts in their field.
Class are taught in a group learning atmosphere with peer learning, intense discussion and hands-on projects.
Each session will also include a luncheon speaker from a major regional employer who serves in a supervisor role. They will share their experience and advice in supervising others.
Required Readings: One Minute Manager and 5 Dysfunctions of a Team
Attendance is mandatory and a requirement to graduation from this course. Participants have the option to make up a missed class at the alternative location or the next time the program is offered.
A program to give current or potential supervisors the tools and knowledge to succeed in
managing employees!
Classes are held at University Wisconsin Marathon County and University of Wisconsin
Marshfield Wood County.
