Supplemental Digital Content 4 – Figure 2. These figures shows the results of CMV IgM tests performed in cord or (at 6 weeks) plasma/serum samples and of the CMV DNA-PCR tests performed on frozen peripheral blood cells in HIV-infected (Figure A) and HIV-uninfected (Figure B) infants. Frozen samples had been used for other studies and were not available for every child at every time point.
