SUPPLEMENTARY RESULT NOTICE NO. 534

TGT (SANSKRIT) FEMALE, POST CODE-145/17IN DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION.

The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 04/2017 had advertised 140 [UR-51, OBC-69,SC-12, ST-08, including PH (OH-02, VH-02)] vacancies for the post of TGT (Sanskrit)Female, Post Code-145/17 in Directorate of Education with closing date as 31.01.2018.Tier-I examination in offline written examination mode was conducted on 19.08.2018.

2. On the basis of offline examination of Tier-1 held on 19.08.2018 and having beenfound provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support of educationalqualification, age etc in accordance with advertisement NO.04/2017 and RRs for the post ofTGT (Sanskrit) Female, Post Code-145/17 in Directorate of Education, a total of 92candidates (UR-49, OBC-23, SC-12, ST-08 including PH OH-02) candidates wereprovisionally nominated for the post of TGT (Sanskrit) Female, Post Code-145/17 videResult Notice No. 394 dated 28.03.2019 and 10 candidates (UR-03, OBC-07 including 02VH) were provisionally nominated vide Result Notice No. 472 dated 26.06.2019 bywithdrawing the candidature of 01 candidate under UR category. 39 candidates underOBC category were kept pending for verification of their OBC (Delhi) status. Thesecandidates are being nominated for thorough verification regarding their OBC (Delhi) statusat the level of the user department.

3. Accordingly, in continuation to Result Notice No. 394 dated 28.03.2019 & 472 dated26.06.2019, the candidates, as detailed below, are also provisionally selected on the basis ofoffline examination of Tier-1 held on 19.08.2018 and having been found provisionally eligibleas per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification, age etc in accordancewith advertisement NO.04/2017 and RRs for the post of TGT (Sanskrit) Female, PostCode-145/17 in Directorate of Education subject to verification of their OBC (Delhi) status atthe level of user department i.e. Directorate of Education. The detail of correspondencemade with Revenue Department is being sent through a separate letter.

The selection of the above candidates shall further be subject to genuineness of thedocuments on the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibilityconditions as prescribed in the RRs and terms and conditions of advertisement invitingapplications and subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to theirphotographs, signatures/handwriting etc. on the application form, admission certificate etc.The candidature of the above candidates are liable to be cancelled by the User Departmentalso, in case the candidates are found not to be fulfilling the terms & conditions of theadvertisement inviting applications for the said post code. The Competent Authority of theDepartment concerned shall issue the appointment letter to the candidates after beingsatisfied about their eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and after verification ofthe correctness of the information furnished in the application form and the documentsrelated to Educational Qualification, Age and other essential certificates.

5. The User department shall also check the eligibility of the reservation benefit. ifany. Further, if applicable, User Department shall verify the genuineness of the CasteCertificate furnished by the candidate prior to issuing offer of appointment to thecandidates. The Competent Authority of the User Department shall arrange to verifythe correctness of the information/documents as furnished in the application formsand e-dossier vis-a-vis the ori inal documents. The User de artmen . re uested to

ascertain the scrutiny/correctness of the same at their own level before issuing theoffer of appointment to the provisionally selected candidates. Further. the appointingauthority shall verify and satisfy itself about the authenticity of documents/certificatesand essential qualification for the post before finally appointing the candidate. TheUser department is also reguested to rectify/correct. in case any minor/clericalerror/deficiency noticed in the documents of the candidate at their own level.

6. The User department shall verify the genuineness of the Caste certificatefurnished by the candidates in the light of Notification No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT)dated 08/09/1993 issued by DOPT and other instructions/guidelines issued from timeto time by the Competent authorities prior to issuance of offer of appointment to thecandidate. It is further stated that prior to appointment. the user department mustsatisfy. itself. that the above candidates are fulfilling the necessary criteria asprescribed for entitlement of OBC(Delhi) certificate as specified in variousorders/Guidelines/Circulars including order dated 07/03/2017 issued by RevenueDeptt .• GNCTD after thorough verification of Caste Certificate.

7. The User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC certificates verified from theIssuing authority. Further, if applicable, User department shall verify the genuineness of theCaste certificate furnished by the candidate prior to issuing officer of appointment to thecandidates. in case of the OBC candidates, it may also be verified that the candidate doesnot belong to creamy layer of the schedule of Govt. of India. DOPT O.M. No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993, O.M. No.36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and14.10.2009 and 36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013.

8. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointmentletter to the candidates after being satisfied about their eligibility as laid down in therecruitment rules and after verification of the correctness of the information/documents asfurnished in the application for and e dossier vis-a-vis the original documents related toEducational Qualification, Age and other essential certificates as per Instructions issued byGovt. of India in this regard vide MHA OM No.2/29/54-RRs 19-11-54.

9. The User department shall ensure that the appointment made is in conformitywith DOPT guidelines and instructions of Govt. issued from time to time.

10. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does not confer anyright upon the candidate over the post unless the User department is satisfied after suchinquiry as may be considered necessary that -the candidate is SUitable in all respect forappointment to the post.

11. The marks obtained by the last provisionally nominated candidate are asfollows:

12. The recruitment process for the post of TGT (Sanskrit) Female, Post Code-14S/17stands closed in all respect.

13. A waiting panel has been prepared which will be valid for a period of one year fromthe date of declaration of result i.e. upto 27.03.2020 as per earlier Result Notice No. 394dated 28.03.2019.
