The standard diameter is 60 mm, but it can be provided any size of internal diameter.
SECTION 1: BLADE CUTTER OR SIMILAR
CONDITIONS: -‐ A cutting speed of 0.7-‐0.9 m/min is recommended for all diameters. When frequency converter is available, 2400-‐2600 rpm are recommended for 300 mm diameter blade, 2100-‐2300 rpm for 350 mm and 1800-‐2000 rpm for 400 mm. -‐ If there is no frequency converter it is necessary to adjust the speed depending on the type of machine or change the blade diameter to achieve optimal cutting quality. -‐For large diameter blades (larger than 400 mm), take precaution with their vibration. In this case, lock washers are recommended. -‐ High volumes of cooling water pointing in the direction of the blade are necessary. OBSERVATIONS -‐ This tool gives a very high quality cutting result. PRIOR TO STARTING WORK -‐The blade should be in good condition. The cutting table should be solid and robust. It must be perfectly leveled and flat (the quality can be improved by using a rubber or wood surface to buffer the blade vibrations). -‐Check that the bench surface where the slab is going to placed is in good condition (i.e. that it is not covered in cuts in any one area, which might lead to the material moving). -‐If a special machine is available, in which cutting can be carried out while immersed in water, do the work in these conditions, as it can increase the speed, quality as well as the performance of the blade in general.

OBSERVATIONS -‐ Inform the supplier of type of coupling and size.
CONDITIONS The manual machine should rotate at a minimum of 4000 r.p.m. The water flow must be high and properly directed towards the polishing area to keep the material cool and achieve a good quality result. Pay attention that the manual machine has a continuous supply of water so that the product is kept cool. WORK First, grind using a diamond disk. Move the polishing machine gently over the material without applying pressure. When polishing, rather than remaining in the same position on the edge, the machine should be kept in constant motion. OBSERVATIONS The abrasives must be in good condition. The table and the piece being worked on should be well secured to prevent any movement during polishing.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONDITIONS
PRIOR TO WORK - Grind first the surfaces to be glued with the diamond disk until fully flat. - Check that the glued surfaces are totally clean, dry and roughened before sticking. - Surface and adhesive should both be at room temperature. - For a deck seam, apply masking tape on each side of the seam, back about 1.5mm from the joint (build up 2 to 3 layers of tape). APPLICATION - Remove the claps from the cartridge and put the cartridge in the gun. Work the grip until material emerges from both openings. - Attach mixing tip to cartridge and dispense. - Discard the first 5-10 cm to ensure hardener is present in mixture. - Apply adhesive on the surface to be bonded. Clamp the surfaces together making sure to leave some adhesive in the joint. A gap of 1 mm or more will provide improved flexural and impact strength. Stick both pieces with the mixture and apply pressure for at least 30 minutes at 20-25°C for its polymerization. The adhesive is workable during the first 5-7 minutes. - The hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold. - For deck seam: after the product has cured (30 minutes) it can be scraped flush with a razor blade. - For mitre: after the product has cured (30 minutes), the seam can be polished to enhance the color and smooth the surface. SECTION 5: LAMINATE
RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONDITIONS
Prior to work -‐ Grind first the surfaces to be stuck with the diamond disk until fully flat. -‐Check that the surfaces are totally clean and dry before sticking. -‐ Surface and adhesive should both be at room temperature.. -‐ For a deck seam, apply masking tape on each side of the seam, back about 1.5mm from the joint (build up 2 to 3 layers of tape). Application -‐ Attach mixing tip to cartridge and dispense. -‐ Discard the first 5-‐10 ml to ensure Activator is present in mixture. Remember to purge with the cartridge pointing up. -‐ Apply a bead to the surfaces to be bonded. Clamp the surfaces together making sure to leave some adhesive in the joint. A gap of 1 mm or more will provide improved flexural and impact strength. Stick both pieces with the mixture and apply pressure for at least 30 minutes at 20-‐25°C for its polymerization. The adhesive is manageable during the first 10-‐15 minutes. -‐ For deck seam: after the bead has cured (30 minutes) it can be scraped flush with a razor blade. -‐ For mitre: after the bead has cured (30 minutes), the seam can be polished to enhance the color and smooth the surface.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONDITIONS
PRIOR TO WORK -‐ Grind first the surfaces to be glued with the diamond disk until fully flat. -‐ Check that the glued surfaces are totally clean, dry and roughened before sticking. -‐ Surface and adhesive should both be at room temperature. -‐ For a deck seam, apply masking tape on each side of the seam, back about 1.5mm from the joint (build up 2 to 3 layers of tape).
APLICACIÓN -‐ EPODEK is a two component epoxy adhesive supplied in self-‐dosable cartridge, which requires no special tool. It can be easily applied with universal silicone gun. -‐ Discard the first 5-‐10 cm to ensure hardener is present in mixture. -‐ Apply adhesive on the surface to be bonded. Clamp the surfaces together making sure to leave some adhesive in the joint. A gap of 1 mm or more will provide improved flexural and impact strength. Stick both pieces with the mixture and apply pressure for at least 30 minutes at 20-‐25°C for its polymerization. -‐ The hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold. If you have infrared lamp oriented to the joint with EPODEK, it will significantly accelerates the drying time. -‐ For deck seam: after the product has cured (60 minutes) it can be scraped flush with a razor blade. -‐ For mitre: after the product has cured (60 minutes), the seam can be polished to enhance the color and smooth the surface.
