He developed some of the leading practices such as Strategic Sourcing 7x7 model, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and recently developed e-Sourcing tools for some of the leading companies in SA. He also facilitated and managed one of the most effective State- Owned Entity (SOE) training intervention called Strategic Sourcing Bootcamps which were an intense learning experience for Supply Chain Management professionals that was designed to challenge SOE’s most talented staff, under extreme conditions, ensuring that they are equipped with the most up to date tools and techniques to generate the best deals for State Owned.
