Philippine Awards Fellowship Group Comment - Mindanao Development Corridors

- Connectivity through resilient and efficient intermodal transport and logistics support systems

- Connected and globally competitive

Logistics ‘v’ Supply Chain – (operational ‘v’ strategic)

- Individual organisations / regions will be able to work on the logistics processes and systems and their internal supply lines, however

- Optimising the broader Supply Chain is a ‘whole-of-project’ responsibility and will not happen unless led, also

- Sophistication in the supply chain cannot exceed the organisational / regional logistics capabilities, and

- Logistics methods are generally easily copied from others but Supply Chain structures generally need to be developed - your considerations are unique
