HISTORY:  Artistic Milliners deals with the production of Denim and its garments. It

established in 1949 and become vertically integrated set up with the aim of

providing high-end customers with premium quality of denim fabrics and

garments. It is operating on an area of 165,922 sq m and employing

around 7,650 people. Artistic Milliner has managing its supply chain

efficiently and they are fulfilling their customers’ needs with package deals

such as product development at source, design support, shorter lead times,

and on-time deliveries and warehousing facilities.

SPINNING: 

Spinning division was established in2002, with a daily capacity of

110,000 pounds.

It is equipped with state of the art machinery from Germany and

Switzerland.

The emphasis is to specialize in producing high quality yarn to assure

the production of premium denim fabrics.

Products range includes ring spun, open end, core spun Lycra and multi

count and multi twist yarns.

DENIM: 

In the denim department they develop high quality denim

 yarn and they die it with different colors.

In the department there are four different process unit

• Dyeing

• Weaving

• Finishing

• Laboratory

The testing lab is state of the art laboratory, capable of both physical

and chemical testing.

Cutting:

The computerized systems guarantee an exact garment lay and

consistent quality. Each cut-out piece is allocated a barcode and a

description, and is then passed on to the sewing department.

Stitching:

The stitching department is equipped with latest computerized

machinery

 Wet & dry process: The laundry is equipped with the latest Tonello machines for the wet

process and Margherita machines for dry process effects.

 Water treatment plant: 

Effluent treatment plant installed to assure harmlessness to sea life.

Power generation:

5 MV prime and 2 MV standby capacities with exhaust heat recoverysystem which increases overall efficiency and saves the environment

from harmful gases.
