About IIMMWe are the only professional body representing Materials and
Supply Chain Management in India for over three decades
that offers courses approved by the DEC. Govt. of India. IIMM
is affiliated to the International Federation of Purchasing and
Supply Management (IFPSM), headquartered in Hampshire,
UK. IIMM enjoys active professional linkages with CII institute
of Logistics and Assocham. IIMM has a strength of over
10,000 members in 50 branches and 19 chapters across India.
The member-body consists of executives from the Public &
Private Sector organizations. Armed Forces and Academia.
IIMM offers graduate and post-graduate courses in Materials
and Supply Chain Management such as GDMM, PDGMM.
Additionally, the Institute offers international courses such
as Certified Professional in Supply Management (ISM, USA)
and International Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Chain
Management in association with international Trade Centre
(Geneva). The IIMM also offer E-learning courses (Foundation
Courses, Advance Courses and Expert Certification Courses).
The World Bank in association with IIMM has also launched
‘Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP).
IIMM offers - Corporate in-house Training Programmes,
Management Development Programmes, Consultancy
Research Opportunities, Evening Seminars, Professional
Knowledge Sharing and Networking Events and also conducts
unique All India Quiz competition called Matquiz to nurture &
test domain knowledge on Materials Management & Supply
Chain Management. IIMM, Hyderabad recognizes industry
excellence in Supply Management through its Annual Awards.

To secure a wider recognition of and promote the importance of efficient
materials management in commercial and industrial undertakings
To safeguard and elevate the professional status of individuals
engaged in materials management faculty
To constantly impart advanced professional knowledge and thus improve
the skill of the person engaged in the materials management function
Propagate and promote among the members strict adherence to IIMM code and ethics.

To consider first the total interest of one's organization in all transactions
without impairing the dignity and responsibility of one's office
To buy without prejudice, seeking to obtain he maximum
ultimate value for each rupee of expenditure
