Ebbsfleet Garden City consists of a cluster of three sites:

Together they provide 85,000m2 of commercial space for their target sectors, including medical and healthcare, advanced manufacturing, digital technologies and creative industries.

Benefitting from substantial Government investment, the Garden City will provide up to 32,000 new jobs and up to 15,000 new homes by 2031 for a growing workforce keen to live, work and play in this highly-connected, vibrant and sustainable community.

As a NHS Healthy New Town, its aim is not only to be a centre of excellence in medical and healthcare research, training and practice, but also improve the health of the local people and build a community that promotes healthy lifestyle choices.

Ebbsfleet Garden City

Located in Medway, close to the M2 and M20 motorways, the remodelling of Rochester Airport will release 55 acres of commercial land, offering up to 100,000m2 of high quality commercial space. The airport vicinity already provides commercial space for large companies such as BAE Systems and the Innovation Park offers many opportunities for high value technology, engineering, manufacturing and knowledge-intensive businesses.

The Park will be a catalyst for innovation and business growth across Medway, complementing the existing Innovation Centre and new Innovation Studios. Kent Medical Campus provides an ideal environment for health, science and education businesses and related organisations to be part of a centre of excellence in medical science, and aspires to be an Academic, Health and Science Centre (ASHC) in Maidstone.

The site offers 98,000m2 of high quality commercial space in a 30-acre campus setting, complementing the recently-opened KIMS hospital and supported by the industry-led Biogateway Network.
