    Day 1 TALLIN (Estonia)

    Pick up at Tallin Lennart Meri Airport and transfer to the hotel

    Our professional personnel will greet the guests at given times and escort them to minibuses or sedans

    for their transfer to the hotel.

    Photo Hunt city tour

    The objective of a photo hunt is for teams to find the places on a photograph and to make as creative a photo as possible

    in the same location. The team members must also be on the photo. Every photograph includes exact instructions on

    how the team members must appear on the photo.

    The team will be given a legend, photographs on paper and a digital

    camera (Canon). During the allotted time, the team must find as

    many locations as possible if possible, all and photograph them

    according to the instructions.

    The active orienteering-hunting portion of the photo hunt is

    followed by a viewing of the photos, which may be organized

    immediately after the hunt or later, as part of a dinner, party or

    other program.

    Groups of 15-100 are especially appropriate for 'hunting'. The optimal number for one team is 5-8 people.

    Tallinn is a picturesque old city, where whole districts date back to the Middle Ages. You will visit the Old Town with its

    quaint narrow streets and beautiful merchants' houses exemplifying the best of Gothic architecture. The tour includes

    Toompea Castle, the 13th century Dome church, the 19th century Russian orthodox Cathedral of Alexander Nevskij, the

    15th century town Hall square, the Old Guild built to celebrate Tallinn's membership in the Hanseatic League, and St.

    Dinner with folk show in the Old Town.

    This folk dance group gives a show bursting with energy and

    attracts the attention of every party guest. The show features

    various traditional Estonian and modern folk dances and different

    folk costumes. At the end of the dance program, the performers

    teach some dance steps to the party guests as well.

    Day 2 TALLIN LAHEMAA National Park TARTU [Approx. 250 Km]

    After breakfast the guests will board their coach for travel to Tartu, via Lahemaa National park.

    Laahema National Park is located about 60 km from Tallinn and covers 480 square km of typical North Estonia

    sea coast landscape.

    Lahemaa National Park is famous for its beautiful nature, peninsulas that reach far into the sea, fishing villages

    and manor houses. During tour you will also visit the fishing village of Altja and its old inn, Vosu resort, one of

    the best-

    Palmse and Sagadi manor houses in the heart of Lahemaa provide an excellent opportunity to see the way of life

    of ancient lords and ladies of the manor.

    winter sports area in Latvia because of its bob -sleigh track and the down-hill skiing routes. By coach you will

    travel down into the river valley, enjoy the landscape and finally walk to the sandstone grottoes on the ancient

    river bank.

    Day 4 RIGA RUNDALE Palace VILNIUS (Lithuania) [Approx. 390 Km]

    Nowhere in Europe does Jugendstil (German art nouveau) define

    the city space as wonderfully as it does here in Riga. In fact World

    War II devastated many of Europe's art nouveau style treasures,

    but in Riga 40 percent of the downtown buildings are of this

    style. An architectural historian will highlight details of the finest

    city facades.

    There is also a sprawling medieval old city, a labyrinth of

    cobblestone roads and merchant houses.

    In the city tour you will see Dome Cathedral, St. Peter's Church, Cat's House, Great and Small Guild Houses,

    House of Blackheads, Riga's Castle, Freedom Monument and Opera building, Mentzendorf's House - the

    unique example of mediaeval Riga's architecture with well preserved frescoes .

    Rundale Palace Rundale Palace, the most magnificent masterpiece of baroque

    architecture in the Baltic States, lies at a distance of 70 km from

    Riga. It was built in the first part of the 18th century by the Italian

    architect F. B. Rastrelli, the baroque genius from Italy who

    Day 5 VILNIUS TRAKAI Castle

    Vilnius City Tour You will start a tour at the Cathedral Square - the place full of myths and legends. Further you will visit

    Vilnius University - the oldest university in the Eastern Europe - founded in 1579, the Town Hall of Vilnius,

    built in the end of 18th century, beautiful ensemble of Orthodox monastery, St. Theresa church and Gates

    of Dawn, with the holy image of the Virgin Mary. The city tour of Vilnius will be followed by St. Anne's

    church, representing the peak of Gothic architecture in Lithuania and St. Peter and Paul's church - the

    example of Lithuanian baroque.

    Hot Air Ballooning in the city Vilnius one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, part of UNESCO heritage, is just one of a few capitals

    it from above ! We will organise a

    hot air balloon fiesta excursion for the entire group. Group flights are always charming because everybody

    in a balloon may enjoy the views of city and surrounding as well as other balloons flying nearby.

    If you are looking for adventurous and funny team building activities in Lithuania, you should try hot air

    balloon competitions. Each competition can be changed or developed according to your needs.

    During this Vilnius hot air balloon competition you may try different tasks, such as the fastest hot air balloon

    launch, the most exact flight to the target, the highest flight, the furthest flight, the softest landing, the

    shortest way back, etc.

    There can be 3 to 8 passengers in every balloon/team that will have to compete with other teams in order to

    beat them and win a special prize. Upon request hot air balloon competition activity for corporate groups

    can be combined with other competitive land activities like real gun shooting, paintball, play pigeon

    shooting, carting or others. A nice picnic or BBQ can be organized too.

    Lunch in the city center

    Trakai Castle Excursion to Trakai, the picturesque Trakai nationals park territory with pine forests and lakes, and the

    ancient Lithuanian capital - the residence of Grand Dukes of the country. Visit to the 15th century insular

    castle.

    Here still residse a small national minority of Karaites, which is confessing

    Judaism and probably originates from one of the most ancient Turkish tribes. It

    is believed they were brought from the Crimea by the Grand Lithuanian Duke

    Vytautas in the 14th century.
