To collect respond of PSAS students attitudesand perceptions towards SPMP.

To visualize the suggestions and responds ofstudents in the graphs and pie chart.

Study the result and submit to the SPMPmanagement to make any possibleimprovement.

An online database to manage students 'data.

Students can access the SPMP to manage their data and registration.

SPMP is a new system that was launched last 2 year. Before that,

polytechnic has their own system.

Currently, all polytechnics in Malaysia are using the same system.

SPMP has a lot of issues and we can hear the complaint among ourfriends.

Students use SPMP to check their result and register for new semestermost of time. Most of the problems occurs here.

Even some lecturers are not prefer using SPMP system.

A set of questionnaires is distributed to 20 students randomly. It

contained 10 questions.

The scope of research is carry out on the students of semester 2-6only.

There are 9 objective questions and 1 question required respondents tofill their opinion.

Result will be analyzed in graph with the visual aids to show theirfrequency, mean and mode.

We found that SPMP helps majority of students in term of managing their dataand online service.

According to the voting result SPMP still played an important role and bringsbenefit between the students and polytechnic

Majority of student gives positive respond rather than negative.

There are some existing issues faced by small part of responder.

As the conclusion, SPMP played important role among the students.

Existing problem must be solved to increase the satisfaction of student towardSPMP services.

Management team of SPMP can be refer to these data to make theimprovement

I hope that SPMP system canintegrated with the Polytechnic

own network, so that we can just access with connect theWIFI without internet require.Because internet in hostel is
