Measure & Monitor Water, waste, and electricity

– Monitor against baselines

Challenges:• Switched power suppliers at a cost saving of $25k• Power consumption is on the rise due to new buildings• Carbon emission grew as a result of composting (+23 tonnes but

reduced need for trucks to dispose of rubbish and landfill)
