– $20.8m to redevelop the Zoo over 10 years ($15.6m from Council and $5.2m from Wellington Zoo Trust)

Challenges:• Switched power suppliers at a cost saving of $25k• Power consumption is on the rise due to new buildings• Carbon emission grew as a result of composting (+23 tonnes but
reduced need for trucks to dispose of rubbish and landfill)

framework to move forward.
