Terms of Service
• The AMC (Annual Maintenance and support) will cover the System Installation,
configuration, training, orientation, online support and minor enhancements to the
software
• Ciarpro team should be given access to the system(s) through internet in order to make
the necessary changes during the AMC support
• If any further Installation setup, Training for any additional site or branch applicable in

future, the same will be changed based on the location and facility
• Ciarpro team will provide free technical support for one year from the date of installation.
Customer can opt for the extended support for the software services by renewing the
AMC plan. The cost of AMC will be Rs.400 / month
• The Customer will give a lead-time of minimum 2-3 business days for response from the
date of change request
• Any new requirements or feature customization, enhancement or modules or application
from Client will be discussed and the effort will be estimated, cost and timeline will be
discussed, agreed mutually by both Ciarpro and Client team before start of the
development work
• A single point of contact would be required from client side for the software requirement
related discussions and query resolutions for enhancements / support
• PMS is a browser based application that comes with 2 versions (Online and offline). If the
client wants the online version to be deployed in the web server (Linux / Apache that
support PHP scripting) provided by the client, then there will be some additional efforts /
cost involved, creating database and testing in the web server
Add-on feature / support:
• Ciarpro will provide SMS Registration services through the service provider (Mobile
Gateway) and configure the SMS module. Depending on the volume & number of SMS
usage, the Client should buy additional SMS credits if required. The cost of SMS
registration, API integration will be as per the tariff given by the SMS service provider Ciarpro Technologies
