I heard you like Powerpoint storytelling, so here‘s mine.

My name is Svetozar Pavić,But you can call me Sveta

I like many things, and I have some hobbies, like botanic, aquaristics, cooking, books, music, life-hacks,

home improvements, etc.

I was born 27 years ago in Gnjilane, Serbia,

and I live in Belgrade, with my beautiful and smart girlfriend, next

super veterinarian. And a cat.

I finished FASPER, University of Belgrade, major Audiology,

grad. Defektolog - Audiologist. 4 year/ 8 semester program, generation 2006.

I also finished Cambridge business course in 2011. with final work:

“Using social networks in modern business”.

In 2011. I started a company which primary business was selling discounts for businesses and services located in

Belgrade, Serbia.

Since I was a student with limited budget, I was forced to build up my guerilla marketing skills. Sales were primarily made trough my social media channels.

Website had * 41K likes on Facebook page, * over 4000 Twitter followers, * good MailChimp account, * decent SEO, * small Youtube account. * Google Adwords and Facebook promotions were used very carefully with 10-30$ monthly budget, mainly for best-for-buck auctions.

Unfortunately, Groupon bubble took place in Serbia too, and with more than 60 similar companies (at one point) in a small location,business started to look like a rat race. Despite some major changes, lack of budget forced me to close my firm in October 2013.

Company works with a mobile provider and sells their offers. Although company had 15-20 door-to-door salesmen and a telephone sales office, budget for internet marketing was 0$ (yup), so my job was to build website, make and maintain Facebook page, Twitter and Linkedin account, create graphic solutions...It took me 7 months to get out of there.

Since I gained skills and learned how to comunicate with masses on Social media, in February 2014. I got a position in new-founded "TELEDIREKT doo" as Social Media Manager.

Soon after, I started to occasionally work at atelier Sofija (atelje Sofija).

Atelier works with arts, producing it, framing, refreshing,

and doing other various service which includes glass. My main duty is

framing photos and arts, and i couldn't be happier with it.

Since I like doing social media and also see massive potential in it,

I started to photograph all kinds of art that were going trough the store

(using my smartphone). And with all that material, I created

Facebook and Twitter page, and made a new website.

Normally, next step was Google Adwords. After researching and some

testing, I concluded that 50$ monthly budget would be

best solution for this small business. With

that moves, 20 years old atelier bloomed again. Since then, I work all day 6 days a

week and barely keep up with the demand. Soon after it had to

hire more people. 32 ways to frame your art(one out of four campaigns)

It couldn't be better, until last week when I surfed some stuff about

framing, and stumbled upon Istok's blog about

fra.me

When I heard about FRAME, I felt in love. Seriously!

I love simplicity of it's concept and usefulness of it.

Most of all, I love the fact that I can explain it's purpose to everyone with a single sentence:

"You don't need to install office or other similar software to your computer anymore, you can use it online!“

It is true. Even my 65 years old aunt got it after this one. And all of them had very positive reaction.

I see vast potential in FRAME. I can imagine everyday Joe using it, because it is simple

and elegant. Life is easier with FRAME.

I see its glory in not so far future.

And I want to be a part of it.After checking your requirement for the position of Marketing Manager at FRAME, I couldn't be happier because I satisfy all of them.I want to give my energy and creativity to FRAME. I am very dedicated person in every thing that I like and do, and I approach to every material with inquisitive and analytical thoughts. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."

I really, really enjoy using Social Networks as a business tool, create

new material and talk to all the people I can get.

And I love to spend time at Analytics, searching for the right pattern, rework existing, watching behavior of client,

finding a ways to get new ones...

It is a pleasure when you can do things that you like and enjoy, and I would be honored and

extremely happy if I get the opportunityto work with you guys.

I have experience, knowledge, intellect and will that is necessary to enter your company,

and to participate in it's prosperity.

I am willing to move ASAP for this job, since I already planned to move to USA,

as soon as my girlfriend finishes with her studies (one year left out of six).
