Objective

Our objective is to create a branded beeswax product line and edu-cational back-story for the students at Skills For Tomorrow High School. By creating products such as lip-balm, candles, ornaments, and furniture wax, the students are learning about product develop-ment through a hands-on project based experience as well as under-standing the bees and how they play an important role in the brand-

ing of these products.

The Name

SWARM was chosen as the name and main idea behind branding of these products. In relation to bees, swarm means a body of honeybees that emigrate from a hive and fly off together in great numbers to form

a new colony. The idea behind SWARM is that the students are learning to be self-sufficient as well as working together that

will be beneficial in the future for themselves and their community.

MISSION STATEMENT

We are students from Skills For Tomorrow High School and we are learning a lesson from the bees. Entrepreneurship.Honey Bees live in an extremely communal world. they are self-reliant producing

everything they need for survival.

We are using beeswax from local beekeepers to create and run a business in our community.

Some day, when we venture from the hive, we will apply the skills we’re learning from this experience and take the world by Swarm.
