SARAVANAMPATTI:

Saravanampatti is situated in the northern end of Coimbatore just beyond Ganapathy. The unique location advantage being it has a direct access road to Airport and Avinashi road and also an excellent link to Mettupalayam road. In addition Saravanampatti itself is an important point on the Sathy main road leading to Bangalore.

The three roads highlighted above are 3 of the 5 important arteries of Coimbatore.

Apart from location, Saravanampattti, in the last one and half decade, has metamorphosed from a nondescript location with a few collages to become the IT hub of Coimbatore.

Swathika Shelters is spread across roughly 30 acres and comprises of individual house and villas at the center coupled with parks, shopping facility and related social projects. This shall be surrounded by apartment blocks.

The first of the block is “PRABBHAATHAM” -The name in Sanskrit means fresh orange beginning.

This is a 48 unit residential apartment block offering 8 variants of apartments ranging from 771 sft to 1600 sft.

This block is strategically located to ensure that the first movers are not affected by the construction activities that are expected to happen in the site. The location gives direct access from the entrance to swathika shelters. The proposed shopping space and related activities are also positioned to meet the needs of the residents who move in to the apartment.

Drinking water facility: The corporation drinking water supply is captured and stored in separate overhead tanks and then piped to individual residences at pre fixed timings based on the supply pattern.

Raw water facility: Bore well provision is provided within the flat complex and overhead tanks are provided at various points in the terrace and the supply is distributed from there.

Sewage Systems: Common septic tank is provided and positioned strategically to ensure minimum hindrance to the cleaning process as and when needed.

Power connections: The conventional three phase EB power supply is provided.

Security systems: External lighting is provided in abundance and scientifically placed to deter outsiders and these lights are provided with generator back up.

Greenery: Wherever possible green pockets have been created at the floor level with provision for watering and sunlight availability to ensure that the plants stay rich and add value to the ambience.

Aesthetics: The external aesthetics of the building is par excellence, true to its name a soft orange external façade with an easy to maintain surface is provided.

Gymnasium and Common area: 350 sq feet each is provided for both the gymnasium and the common area, Glass façade is provided to provide an abundance of natural lighting, view and to add to the external aesthetics.
