The “Quattrociocchi Americo” Organic Agricultural Companyhas its roots far back in time.

The history of this family business began in the mid-nineteenth century, in the heart of ancient Ciociariain Alatri, halfway between Romeand Naples.

It is also from the territory, in fact, as well as from the family passion handed down over the centuries,that the genuineness and the exclusivity of these productions derive, which have led to achievingin the last ten years results and awards among the most importantin Italy and in the world.

However, the real turning pointcame when Americo Quattrociocchi took over the management of the entire family business, bringing it,in less than 15 years, to the expansion in all the national territory first,and then in Europe and in the world.

Thus, today, the Quattrociocchi Americo brand is known in about 50 foreign countries where its products are appreciated, which are no longer just extra virgin olive oil and its derivatives but also flavored oils, preserves, vegetables in oil, sauces and jams, also the result of research and the rediscovery of traditional local recipes.

Flamigni was born in 1930 in Forlì as an artisan pastry and since that time not much has changed. Today as then, Flamigni continues to carefully choose the best raw materials he uses in the preparation of his desserts: excellent ingredients to make genuine recipes with an inimitable taste and that offer those who choose them the opportunity to experience a truly sensorial experience only.

Over three generations, Flamigni has cultivated two great professional passions: nougat and panettone. Thanks to this small green nut that our passion and dedication became a job. Our pistachios grow on the steep, rocky lava flows of Etna, almost like a challenge of nature; a symbolism that becomes an allegory of the Sicilian people’s constant commitment to the pursuit of goodness and beauty.

A challenge that has been repeated for centuries, since the first settlers who gradually instilled the concepts of perfection and refinement in our way of working.

The ingredients in our recipes, for example, derive from the Arab invasion in Sicily that bought not only their culture but also their way of cooking; these delicacies over time have emerged into our culture and transformed into a masterpiece of taste, which is imitated throughout the world. This is why we have dedicated this introduction to the Pistachio from Bronte, so that we

don’t forget that we love the pistachiobecause we are from Bronte.

We live in Bronte and we can not hide being in love pistachio. Here we collect and select to create products of the highest quality.

The secret of a good product is certainly the use of excellent raw materials. We dedicate to them an obsessive attention, both for their choice and for their processing.

The mother yeast. This is the secret of a good cake. It is a painstaking work with attention to the finest details. The Panettone needs hours and hours of rising to have such a soft and fragrant product that is unique.

Our products are Sicilian and Sicilian pastry chefs are our teachers and they collaborate every day to design exclusive and refined products.

The chocolate shop Zàini Milanoat n.5 Via De Cristoforisis a creation of the Luigi Zàini spa,a confectionery company foundedin Milan in 1913, which today produces and exports its chocolate products to 70 countries world-wide. While Luigi Zàini products are distributed via large-scale retail, Zàini Milano brand products aresold to exclusive clients. Workers have become craftsmen again,as they were when their profession began, preparing each bar by hand, filling pralines, glass jars and tins of dragée, wrapping bars, making up wooden and gold coated boxes, filling boxes and baskets for special occasions, as they used to do at the beginning of the century.

The chocolate bars of the “Founders” line have a rich assortment of flavours and wrappers.Zàini Milano offers traditional chocolates, such as “cremini”and “gianduiotti”, as well as praline chocolates which are dark or milk chocolate shells filled with cream, fruit or liqueur.

Zàini Milano special chocolates are real masterpieces of chocolate miniatures, as if producedby craftsmen. They come indifferent shapes and are sealedin little packages that remindone of a jewel box.
