SWOT ANALYSIS

Phở Biên Hòa
Why we love us some phởFirst of all, what on earth IS pho? Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodle in clear beef broth with slim cuts of beef. There are also various vegetables that go in the soup as well, everything from onions to sprouts, etc! It’s very fulfilling and comforting food.
So, if you are looking for a Vietnamese pho restaurant in Salt Lake, the area you’ll most likely be searching is in Taylorsville at 4146 S. and 1785 W. where multiple pho restaurants are located. Pho Bien Hoa has been in business for just over two years, and is a 20 minute drive away from the majority of the competition. This can be a strength because they will become more favorable for locals and have less competition in that area. It can also be a weakness for the fact that those who love to eat that food and haven’t heard of them will be drawn to commute to where all the rest of the pho restaurants are located. That being said, they are small, but very reputable for anyone who has been there and becoming a more and more favored restaurant every day.Business hours: Mon-Sat 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM Sun 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (801) 969-2515

elegant and romantic furniture and decorations

The Phởrsaken WeaknessesRestaurant and billboard of name are blocked by trees,
which makes it a bit difficult to spot while driving past.
If you’re not looking for it, you will spot the sign at
the last possible second.
Website is not very strong outside of the customer
review section; doesn’t have a lot of rich history about owners
or operators, and doesn’t specify how it came about at all.

Not busy or big enough (yet!) to deliver.

Let’s work together.RECOMMENDATIONS!
Since they are still relatively new, they do not deliver. We asked one of their employees, Lam, if that was in their future. He
responded with, “Yes, we would like to deliver in the future!” That may be a goal for them in the next 6 months.
They have a website connected to Yelp.com where you can comment on your experience. Even though this is great, they should
also create a more personal and professional website to give customers a better understanding of who they are and what they
serve as their current website solely focuses on the more technical aspect of things, just like the menu, business hours and what
is inside pho.
One more recommendation is to find a way to maneuver the trees that interfere with the signs and their company to reach driving
by cars. Possibly a big sign you can stake into the ground that is around 3 ft. high, 10-15 ft. long that can also help advertise
sales or discounts on the menu. In
addition, they can advertise elsewhere or at least provide their business cards to the businesses nearby in the same plaza.
Perhaps they
can provide discounts if those businesses’ customers come in and advise it was the other place that brought them there.
THANK YOU!A few fans of Pho Bien Hoa...
“Customer service here is extremely friendly and prompt. The new owner is a really friendly middle-aged Vietnamese lady. She always come to survey our experience and asked for suggestions and feedback. She also goes out of her way to cater to our needs.”
“I can already think of a couple people who love this type of food and would love a place like this, so I will be back for more! If you're from out of town or are passing through the area, don't make the same mistake I made and actually check it out!”
“Quality... Taste... Service... Presentation... Ambience... Atmosphere and Overall Experience!!! Simply PERFECT! My inaugural Vietnamese dining was a GRAND SLAM! I plan on going again next week! Can't wait!!!”
“We're from the SF Bay Area so we know good Vietnamese, and this is good Vietnamese. The vermicelli bowls are awesome. If we lived in SLC we would dine here often.”
“The Pho is excellent, it's aroma therapy in a bowl.”
