    Chapter 1: Abilities

    Assign your ability scores so that you have a total ability bonus of +8. Further, no ability scoreshould be above 18, and no ability score should be below 6. Finally, you should have even

    ability scores and odd ability scores.

    For instance, an ability score of 18 has an ability bonus of +!, so if your character were to havetwo ability scores of 18, that would result in a total ability bonus of +8. "he re#aining four abilityscores should be 1$ or 11... %i&e so... 'trength 11 (+$), *eterity 18 (+!), Constitution 1$
