Prologue:

Edmund took out a guard by cutting the branch making it fall on the guards head. He waited until some

of the other guards took him to the hospital.

After some of the guards left. He went inside to take out more guards, slicing through their flesh leaving

them almost lifeless on the floor.

Edmund located the room of the target. He opens the door with force, waking his victim up and

attempted to pick up his gun near the drawer but was stopped with the flying pair of scissors hitting his

gun off his hand. He draws closer to his victim knocking him out with a punch.

The victim awakens, finding himself sitting and tied up on a chair with some new year toys wrapped

around his hands and legs.

Edmund: Those are five star fireworks in your hands. And the parent of the baby rocket, probably the

mother. It will only explode if you dont talk.

Celeste: Ano??

Edmund: Sige, tatagalugin ko, papuputukin ko ang mga yan kung hindi ka magsasalita. Ikaw lang ang

possibleng magpapatay kay Mayor Jun.

Celeste: Hindi ko alam ang sinasabi mo!

Sinindihan ni Edmund ang paputok sa kamay nya.

Edmund: Okay, may he rest in peace, at ikaw naman. Happy new year.

Edmund: Atleast buhay ka, kulang nga lang ang daliri, meh pag-asa ka pa magpatakbo ng lungsod sa

susunod na election lalo nat wala ka ng matinding kalaban.

Umiiksi and mitcha.

Celeste: Dapat lang sya mamatay!masyado nya kaming iniipit. Kaya pinapatay ko siya sa pinakamagaling

kong gunner.

Edmund: Ang gunner? Nasan siya?

Celeste: Nasa Phone book ng cell phone ko. ??? ang pangalan.

Ginupit ni Edmund ang mitcha. Tinignan ang cellphone at hinanap ang pangalan na ??? at saka siya

Naglakad paalis at kinuha ang recorder sa gilid.

Celeste: Pakawalan mo naman ako dito.

Edmund: Rock n Roll

Hinagis ni Edmund and tatlong maliliit na gunting, at naputol ang mga lubid sa mga kamay at paa sa

kanan. Ngunit sumiklab ito sa pagtama sa upuan at nasindihan ang mga mitcha sabay pumutok.

At the party...

It was a party hosted by James John for college friends and classmates. It turns out to be a party to

honour and/or discriminate success in 5 years of their post graduation. Almost everyone in his circle of

friends is there except for one...

Conversation while standing. (Bryan, Kenneth, Carlo, Lovely, Derrick De Rosas, Claudia, Trish and

Rachelle)

Bryan is just a simple call center agent and a motorbike enthusiast. Kenneth has his own business selling

e-cig. Theyre both close friends of James John.

Carlo and Trish are both Team Managers in different BPO centers. While Lovely and Rachelle both

practiced as an R.N. in California and went home with a lot of money and settled down to work as a

Subject Matter Expert and a Trainer in the same BPO center(different from where Bryan, Kenneth, Carlo

and Trish work).

Meanwhile Derrick de Rosas is a basketball superstar in MBA (playing for the Pasig Blue DVD Pirates).

And lastly, Claudia is an international lingerie model.

There are many more guest in the party, but they were the once who are circled to start a conversation,

while James John is busy attending to other guests in the party.

Claudia: Nice to see you guys.

Lovely: Ang sexy mo na girl!

Rachelle: Oo nga girl anu minomodel mo?

Claudia: Undergarments hihi.

Bryan: Sample show naman dyan!

Kenneth: Onga sample naman dyan kahit pix lang.

Claudia: Pay up!hehe joke lang Huwag naman dito. Kayo ha!

Carlo: Ui unga pala, parang kulang pala kayo.

Kenneth: Si Edmund wala pa pero for sure pupunta yun.

Derrick: Naggugupit pa din bay un? Naalala ko nung college siya nagkalbo sakin eh.

Bryan: Dati pero baka hanggang ngayon. Tagal ko na din hindi nakakapunta sa Anna Barbera eh

Derrick: Anu na balita dun?

Carlo: Balita ko pulis nay un eh, pumapatol sa mga low-life holdapers ng ...Jeep?

Blanked faced guy riding in a jeepney with a friend.

The blanked-face guy told his friend to give most of his money to the beggar. After the beggar left, a

group of civilized guys entered the jeepney.

Few blocks after, one of the guys declared a holdup, pointing their deadly weapons on each of the

passenger they sat beside with. The blanked face guy was lucky enough to be off of the position and the

holdupers did not mind him. After getting all the goods, they left and The blanked face guy let the flee.

And got down the jeepney.

The goons were walking altogether with nobody elses around. Suddenly, a guy with a blanked face,

bumped each one of them, secretly slicing their pockets. And then he grabbed the last person while the

other four notices that what they took from the jeepney fell from their pockets including their weapons.

As they faced 180 degrees, they saw one of their own was held captive by the blanked face guy and

threatened to kill him with a pair of scissors.

One is about to pick up his gun from the floor but was stopped when he got hit by a cute pair of scissors

on his hand.

He started striking them with his scissors when the group showed their sharp weapons. He hit his

captive first in the gutt and striked the rest swiftly with a deadly precision. Surprisingly, he managed to

keep them all alive but almost lifeless. He took back the goods they took and surrendered it in the

nearest police station.

Back at the party on their conversation about Edmund...

Bryan: Oh nagtext na siya. Nasa c.r. lang daw sa malapit sa kusina mag-isa.

(There was a strange guy near Bryan eves dropped on their conversation and fled when after hearing

the text message from Bryan.)

Near the wash room, the strange guy took out his gun with a silencer and silently entered the publiccomfort room. His gun was immediately taken out by a cute pair of scissors. It was a blanked face guy.

He invited him to fight with a combat weapon. The strange guy pulled out hit army knife.

They fought...Somebody knocks on the door asking if somebody to unlock the door, The blanked face

guy sensed some urgency he saw the opening and managed to take advantage out from it, one slice and

a kick locking the strange guy up inside one of the cubicle. The guy is still knocking at the door and

attempted to open the door and it was unlocked! As he entered, there was no one there but a flushing

sound.

Going back to the conversation...

Kenneth: Ang tagal naman niya.

Carlo: Baka nagdeposito sa Banco de Inodoro.

Bryan, Kenneth, Carlo and Derrick Laughed.

James John checked the time with blanked face.

Lauren appeared on the scene. Lauren was Edmunds ex gf back in college.

As she walked by, an old friend named JYE asked for the whereabouts of Edmund, and why shes not

with him.

Lauren: Ang tagal na nun friend. May anak na nga ako eh.

JYE: Tsk3, (pabulong) pathetic, it was an unconditional love after all, I see.

Lauren: Huh? Maya na nga lang...

Jye just watches her leave.

Flashed Back...

It was a time where Edmund and Lauren were still together.

Edmund was a scholar back then and JYE was too but was a year ahead of Edmund. Jyes younger

brother was Ram. Ram and Edmund were batch mates. Ram was a bully back then bec. of the influence

of his family. No one dares to fight back.

Edmund is taking up psychology, he met his gf Lauren through one of her subjects, Lauren is a an

irregular student. She was impressed by Edmunds brilliant mind. Aside from topping his class

consistently, he is good in reading peoples mind through gesture, choice of words, the way they speak

and actions. Jye is too.

Jye thinks that Edmund might be a little better since he is a working student. Edmund has an obsession

with scissors. His passion is really not to cut hair of other people and make money out of it but he finds

using a pair of scissors on a different perspective. He thinks of adding an art of using it. In his younger

years, he was a huge fan of Kung fu films, and he imitates every single one of them. Then he thought of

applying Martial Arts with the use of scissors. So by the time he stood up in college he was an expert of

handling his scissors on both hands.

3 months before his graduation. Her girlfriend Lauren was excited about the fact that her bf Edmund is

receiving invitations to work for some prestigious company prior to his graduation. She discussed her

excitement to Edmund, but he has different plans. He broke Laurens excitement by telling her that hewanted to build his own barbershop and he will name it RoboCut. Now Edmund is excited while Lauren

is building an outrage.

Edmund: Etho ang gusto ko eh, marami dyan gustong maging boss pero ako, eto ung napili ko.

Lauren: Hindi ka pa ba nagsawa? So anu, habang buhay ka ng barber? Ako yung nanghihinayang sa mga

offer eh, H.R. Head tatanggihan mo?!

Edmund: Hindi mo ako naiintindihan, sa lugar na pagtatayuan ko ng barbershop, ako lang ang nagiisang

barbero dun para hindi na sila dumayo pa para lang magpagupit.

Lauren: Eh panu kung nagkaroon ka ng kumpetensya?Haiz bahala ka nga.

Edmund: Nakita mo ba yung plato na pinagkanan natin knina? Hinugasan ko yun, dahil walang gagawa

kung hindi ko gagawin.

Lauren: So anu nanunumbat ka?

Edmund: Hindi yun ang ibig kong sabihin.

Lauren walked out...

JYE pictured that Laurens bf after Edmund was actually orchestrated by Edmund himself because...

Jyes little brother Ram crossed path with Edmund, and Edmund humiliated him by playing his scissors

through Rams fingers. It was Rams fault anyway why that incident happened. The word grudge was

invented. Ram will never forget that incident but he doesnt know how to. He then thought of hurting

his love one (Lauren) which will hurt Edmund more compared to hurting Edmund himself. A week

before graduation, Edmund faked his smile when he saw Lauren together with her new bf across the

street, right about turning from a different direction, he some 5 guys who are about to do something

bad. Edmund was able to read their movements and rushed his way to help.

The new BF Ferdi and Lauren were forced to walked into a dead end. Edmund planned his attack

carefully. Edmund has some hesitation while pulling out a pair of scissors on both hands.

He attacked them one by one, it was his first combat. His strikes were not deadly and he got caught up

by exhaustion. He managed to immobilized at least 3 out of 5 of them but the 3rd one was actually with a

little help from Ferdi. Ferdi ran away we he was almost hit by a gun. But Edmund sacrificed himself by

positioning himself in front of Ferdi with his scissors on his chest in a form of defense.

The bullet hit his scissors held by his right hand destroying the scissor and injuring his fingers. He

gathered all of his strength and concentrately threw the scissor held by his left hand to bad guy with the

gun. The other bad guy took advantage of the situation, he threw punches at him while he is on the

floor. But Edmund still managed to poke him in the eye and luckily, some help arrived.

Jye was puzzled when he have heard about the incident, especially when someone named Ferdi, waspart of the incident.

Jye: So he gave her to Ferdi...And disappeared from the shadows and came back to hunt us.

Jye remembers the time that his father was apprehended by the police when they found him helpless

and disabled along with his group, and it was all because of the guy who uses scissors.

He spanked Ram in the face because of his arrogance that led to the fall of their family and for having a

friend/classmate spitting out most of the information about their family just because she was proud to

be part of a big group.

Ram: Mashado ata tayung pinepersonal ni Edmund.

Jye: Mali ka, hindi ito personal para kay Edmund, malaki lang tlga ang patong sa Ulo ng grupo ni Papa.

Ram: Panu mo nalaman?

Jye: Alam ko lang, dahil kung hindi nya gagawin, walang gagawa.

Ram: Huh!?

Jye: Wala yun, parang narinig ko lang kung saan yun.

Back at the party...

Ram walked in closer to talk to Jye.

Ram: Hindi ko na nakikita si Fugu. At hindi ko pa din nakikita si Edmund.

Jye: Hmmmm....

Scene sa balcony.

Nagtawag ng attention si James John mula sa baba para magpasalamat. Bumaba ang mga tao habang

meh isang papunta sa balcony at nakatakip ng sombrero at nakayuko. Naglabas sya ng gunting atginamit ang reflection para magbigay senyales sa isang mamang hapon na nakatayu. Nagkaintindihan

sila at pumunta sa meh terrace upang maglaban.

Carlo: Ang tagal ni Edmund pre nasan naba un?

Bryan: Hintay lang pre, lalabas din yun

Kenneth: Baka binarbero na tayu nun ah! Kakalbuhin ko yun!

Back at the fight scene in the balcony...

The blanked face guy was Edmund!

Fuji, slowly pulling out his weapon, it was shorter than a sword and he has it on both hands.

Edmund: Mutual Understanding...

The Fight has begun.

It was a close encounter, and for Edmund to change fighting post allowing him to lock the opponents

weapon using his scissors handle and gave him a headbutt causing his opponent to drop his weapons

immediately concluding the fight.

Somebody must have heard something strange and went up stairs to check, Edmund sensed it and

grabbed his injured opponent and went over the balcony with his grappling scissor and pierced it to thegutt of his enemy, and they both kept themselves hanging to avoid being seen.

Edmund looked up to see a guest wondering if he saw something or someone on the balcony.

Alodia: What was it?

Guest: I thought i saw something, but theres no one there.

Alodia: Okay. You better go down now, because the party is about to start.

The Alodia saw a thin wire and looked down and saw Edmund and smiled.

Edmund actually recognizes her voice when she was asking the guy.

Edmund smiles back at her.....

The Gardener...

In the hospital... Edmund suffers from serious injuries that almost cost his life. As he open his eyes, he

saw his ex-gf Lauren being at his attention and as he wakes up, they had a conversation.

Lauren: Bakit mo pa kami tinulungan?

Edmund: (smiled) Like I told you before, kung hindi ko gagawin, walang gagawa.

SMS alert. Lauren read it.

Lauren: O siya, magpahinga ka muna, ako ay hinahanap na ni Ferdi.

Akward moment....

Edmund: okay. Salamat din sa pagdadala saki dito sa hospital.

Lauren: hindi ako nagdala sayu dito.

Lauren left...Edmund was about to ask her a question who...

Edmund closed his eyes again. A few minutes later...

Knock knock knock...

Edmund: Looks like she wont leave without a goodbye kiss. Come in!!!

Tom: Sorry to disappoint you. By the way, my name is Tom and my friend Mr.Lee. And we got to get you

out of here.

A group of men running in the hall ways of the hospital.

Edmund: Whoah, a foreign visit. Why, whats going on?

Tom: Stop askng too many questions, I will answer them all later.

Edmund: Good thing I aint got no parents to worry about me, so I guessed I gotta go with the flow.

They got Edmund on a wheel-chair. And escaped the hospital.

Inside the van...

Edmund: Who are we running away from?

Tom: Hospital bill

Edmund: Huh? What?

Tom: Im kiddin of course, but got to think of it, who will pay it anyway?

Mr.Lee: Those peoples you fought yesterday knows you, and is planning to get job done by ensuring

your death.

Edmund: Somebody wants me dead? Im flattered.

Tom, Mr. Lee and Edmund all laughed together.

They took Edmund to Toms place for full recovery.

After 1 week...Edmund has been practicing martial arts again.

Mr.Lee: You seem lot stronger now.

Edmund: Yeah, what did you give me?

Tom: (Came out of nowhere) Vitamins!

Edmund:....

Tom: We studied your moves, Mr. Lee said the you seem to copy it from a kung fu film. And that your

attacks are to weak to knockout a strong opponent. Thats why you were not able to put all five of them

to the ground!

Tom: Mr. Lee right here will be teaching you on how you can improve your blows. And make each strikes

deadly.

Mr. Lee Strikes the wall marking his fist on it with tremendous vibration.

Edmund was surprised on what he witnessed.

Edmund: So when do we start?

Mr.Lee: Now, if you like to.

Tom: Alright, I gotta leave you guys alone.

Mr. Lee: You copy Bruce Lee,Jackie Chan, Jet Li or Samsung?

Edmund: Sammo Hung!

Mr.Lee: You notice they are quick, fleshible, and very very strong?

Edmund:?

Mr.Lee: Because they train themself very very hard every months. So youre going to do a lot of physicalactivity to make you strong and be very very happy.

Edmund: Hahahaha!

Mr.Lee: Why laughing, go start now.

Edmund: Sorry!

Physical enhancement:

1,000 Push ups (both hands, left hand and right hand), HandStand push ups, Lifting Rocks, Climbing the

stairs while on a squat position. Etc.

Throwing knives with precision. Adding more art in fighting with scissors.

Edmund: Why scissors?

Edmund: Nothin, My heart just have a very soft spot for scissors. And like the characters I looked up to

as my role model, such as Batman and Batuosai and many more... They all have one thing in common

which is unique entity and character, they may be theatrical but they choice of weapon are realistic. And

mine are scissors!

Tom: Sorry to butt in but I know that you have a passion for scissors so thats why I made you these...

shipped here.

Edmund: Their all mine? Thanks!

Tom: Nope, you have to do something for me.

Tom: In two days will leave and I will introduce you to your first client.

Edmund was preparing for his first assignment alone in the training room when he noticed a girl inside a

room full of costumes.

Edmund: Whos that girl!? I never noticed that room before.

Edmund went inside to feed his curiosity. He opened the room and the girl saw him and smiled.

Edmund: So you made all these?

Girl: Yep! Youre about to leave this place dont you?

Edmund: Yes, I loved those modified scissors so much and Tom is giving me an assignment to earn it.

Girl: Oh! It must be for one of his friend who got assassinated two days ago. You sure you can kill

someone for a price?

Edmund: Kill? Assassinated? Well, that kinda surprised me, but I have enough reason to do it! I guessed!

Girl: You sure? Just for a box of modified scissors?

Edmund: Of course not just that, I wanted to put a purpose in my life and Ive been longing to look for

the right reason, and after all what happened, I pretty sure that this is the answer to all my questions!

Girl: Oh ok, thats deep. By the way, my name is Alodia.

Edmund: Im Edmund.

Alodia: Well if you are going to be a hero, you gotta have your customer. Believe me, I have one just

right for you!

Edmund: Thanks... but Im Good!

Alodia: I insist! Look at this spandex, with a superhero underwear. And a barbers cloak!

Edmund: I like the barbers cloak but I refused to wear the gay-ish spandex outfit.

Alodia: Alright then, take this with you! Catch!

Alodia threw him a weird device. Edmund catches it.

Edmund: What is this?

Alodia: A gift!

Edmund: What does that red button do?

Alodia: (smiling) Press it to find out.

Edmund: You got me curious there..

Edmund pressed the red button, and to his surprised, a pink mist hit his face.

Edmund: MMMMmmmmmm!

Alodia: Ooooooppsss! SWEETDREAMS!

Edmund fell asleep...

After few hours...Edmund woke up to find out that he is already wearing the spandex and the cloak.

Tom: Seriously???

Edmund: Alodia!

Tom: Oh! My daughter! I apologize if she had you wear that! She is so obsessed in cost.playing and she

won herself a number of awards, I guessed her obsession had pay off!

Edmund was looking at her awards, it says Alodia Cruz..best costume.

Edmund: (In his mind) Alodia Cruz?so that makes him Tom...ah forget it.

Tom: You ready?

Edmund: Let me take off the spandex and we go...

At the funeral

Mayor Jun was assassinated a month ago, and his political rival Celeste is suspected about the murder.

Audrey: Siya lang naman makakapagpapatay sa kapatid ko, wala ng iba. Alam ko tlga siya!

Edmund: Ganun ba? Gusto mong bawian natin?

Audrey: Wag na, bahala na Diyos sa knya, umamin na lang siya na siya meh sala!

Angelo: Hindi aamin yun tita. Sige bawian mo, magbabayad ako maturuan lang siya ng leksyon!

Audrey: Huwag na, gagaya lang tayo sa knila!

Edmund: (Pabulong) ang korny naman ng tita mo...

Angelo: Onga eh!

Audrey: Anu yun?

Edmund: Ah eh wala po!

Angelo: mag-usap muna po kami sandal.

Hinawakan ang kamay ni Angelo

Juanita: Anung gagwin mo? Baka balikan lang tayu ng pamilya nya at wala na itong katapusan.

Angelo: MA!

Tom: Dont worry my friend, were gonna make sure that justice will be served.

Angelo, Edmund and Tom went out of the funeral to talk privately.

Tom: We are only going to do it for the right price!

Angelo: Just get the job done my friend and you can name your price!

Angelo: So whos gonna do it? Him?

Edmund: Ye..

Tom: No. A professional will be.

Angelo: Okay, heres your downpayment.

Check was handed over to Tom with P500,000 pay to the order of cash.

Tom: Alright. Give us 3 days!

Parted ways...Inside the van.

Edmund: Theres another one who is going to do it?

Tom: No, you will! I just protected you identity, and you gotta learn to be discrete as possible.

3 days after...

Tom: Go ahead and bring home the bacon!

Edmund is standing in front of Celestes house!

Going Back to the party...

Ram: Hindi ko na rin Makita si Fugu, mukhang tayong tatlo na lang natitira.

Jye: Hindi ako kasali sa laro mo, nandito lang ako para siguraduhin ang kaligtasan mo at baka pati ikaw

malumpo.

Ram: Hindi yan, pagnakita ko sya ditto papatayin ko siya sa harap ng madaming tao.

Jye: Hindi ka pa rin nagbabago.

People was surprised when someone got it at the head with a scroll-type tarpaulin, the girl got hit badly

with in the head badly with the wood on one of the end of the tarpaulin. She was outcold.

Edmund: Huwag ka ng makisali. Kaya pasensya kana.

Edmund was speaking from the second floor showing that he is responsible for cutting the tarpaulin

loose causing it to fall on her head.

Jye and Ram were both surprised, Ram ran into the situation and found out that it was his acquaintance.

Ram: AAAAAHHHH! Aiwa! Nasan KA!!!!!

Jye: He planned all this! It looked like more of a trap than of a game.

Jye: Wait a minute, What.....(Jye is shaking with fear) He used Noni to Drag us here!

The Gunner...

A text message saying that Please kill Edmund and a follow up picture of him sent via MMS.

Edmund gave threw the phone which appears to be Celestes and threw the 3 scissors to cut him losecausing it spark when the scissors collided with chair full of phosphate that made the fireworks explode

on both of his hands along with his right leg.

The Gunner vs Edmund

Edmund stands in the corner as bait. He saw the motorbike moved towards him and they were riding in

tandem.

Edmund: Hindi ko mapapangako yan!

Jye: Pakiusap!

Nakita ni Ram si Edmund at nagattempt maglabas ng katana. Pinigilan ito ni James John.

James John: Huwag dito pare.

Napatingin si Ram at meh hawak palang baril si James John.

James John: Hindi ako magdadalawang isip kahit sa harap pa ng mga bisita ko.

Nahimasmasan si Ram. Pagtingin muli ni Ram kay Jye ay nawawala n si Edmund!

James John: Nandun siya pare sa gameroom, walang tao dun kaya kayong 2 lang magtutuos.

Ram: Huwag mokong tawaging pare!

At umalis si Ram papuntang gameroom. Pagpasok niya, binuksan niya ang ilaw at nakita si Edmund sa

kabilang dulo.

Edmund: Mukhang maganda yang katana mo!Buti wala kang dalang baril, kasi kung meh baril ka, tapos

kana nung oras na pagpasok mo dito.

Napalunok si Ram.

Ram: (Galit na galit!) Laki ng utang mo saming pamilya. Pinagkakitaan mo kami at iniwang lumpo.

Ngayon, pagbabayaran to ng ulo mo!YAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

NAglabas ng gunting si Edmund at hinarang ng dalawang gunting niya ang katana. Hinigpitan ang grip atsabay pinutol sa tatlo ang matibay na katana!

Ram: (Gulat)Gggg.. ginupit mo ang espada ko!

Napaluhod si Ram at tila susuko na. Lumapit si Edmund sabay rinoundhouse sya sa mukha.

Nakatanggap ng text si Edmund at nagsasabing Bayad Na! Dumating sa eksena si Jye

Edmund: Isama mo na siya pauwe, magpataas muna kayo ng presyo at saka tayo magtutuos muli.

Inakay ni Jye si Ram palabas. At sinakay sa kotse sabay umalis.

Sa loob ng kotse. Ram: nakiusap kaba sa knya?

Jye: Oo, pero hindi yun ang dahilan kung bkit yan lang inabot mo.

Nagngingitngit sagalit si Jye habang sinasarado ang mga kamao niya.

Back at the party...

Kenneth: Wow! Ang gara ng kotse! Sino kaya nagdala nitong maserati?

Friend: Baka maserain yan!

Kenneth: Hahahaha nakakainggit.

Inside the party...

Edmund: pasensya na at nahuli ako.

Bryan: okay lang, better later than never!

Carlo: Oo nga,

James John: Excuse lang mga pare, usap lang kami.

James John:Hindi ko lubos akalain na wala palang mga patong sa ulo ang magkapatid.
