The company is formed on 01st December’ 2008 & mainly into the Civil infrastructure projects. Company

has their presence in government organizations as well as a strong presence in the private field.

Brief About the existing business

Banking on the earlier huge individual experiences in the construction field, the Synfra was

formed. After formation of the company, the company has secured various contracts from

Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. Parallel to the works with MIDC, company has

grown in the Private sectors works too & working for various prestigious organizations like

Venkateshwara Hatcheries, Uttara Bio-Sciences, Uttara Foods & feed Private Limited, Punj Lloyd

limited, Panchkroshi Shikshan Mandal, Suman Ramesh Tulsiani Charitable Trust, Vishwakarma

Institute of Engineering, etc.

The Company has various contracts with Irrigation Department & presently executing two Minor

Irrigation Dams at Washim & Ratnagiri Districts.

Since from inception there has been no looking back and company is making good progress in

terms of contract achievement, quality & turnover.

Synfra has a subsidiary company under the name Atharva Promoters & Builders & successfully

completed a Residential Scheme “Anupam Arcade” of 56,000 Sqft, opp to Katraj Snake Park,

Katraj. The scheme has already completed & possession of the flats is handed over.

During this period company has well groomed with efficient & dedicated staff & no. of

employees of the company has reached to 32 in management cadre amongst the various

departments like Business Development, Technical, Execution, Accounting & Finance, Store,

Human Resource etc.

1. Mr. Vishal Kadarkar

- He is an Engineering Graduate & also completed Masters in Business Administration from Pune

University.

- He has got sharp business acumen that has brought success to the group in unterrained ventures.

He has handled the business development activities along with the overall planning of Synfra and

is very much aware of nuances of business. He has single handed built up all the activities carried

out by the company.

- He has also got an experience in handling big size projects & contracts. He has played the

pivotal role in executing the first contract of ‘Operation & Maintenance of Mumbai Pune

Expressway’ of value Rs 52 Crore, in joint venture with Elsamex S.A., Spanish Company during his

tenure as Director – Operations at Shinde Developers Private Limited, Pune. He has also got

experience of various government departments & has very good contacts with the authorities.

- In regard with this project of O & M of Mumbai Pune Expressway, Mr. Vishal Kadarkar along with

Mr. S.S. Momin, Secretary – Public Works Department, Government of Maharashtra had published

a PAPER at Indian Road Congress at Guwahati in year 2005

- With the growth of business he has very appropriately developed a second line of business

managers to handle various activities of the company. The entire team is very dedicated and

trust worthy. He has experience of @ 15 years of experience of the construction industries.

2. Mr. Sandeep Shitole

- He is also an Engineering graduate. He has handled all of site activities of Synfra and has very

good connections with the Society.

- His ability to handle complex work and negotiate with people has been instrumental in the

success of the Synfra in the Construction Business. His detailed planning & scheduling of the small

construction activities and quality consciousness has reflected in the timely construction with high

quality standards & taken Synfra to a high reliability platform.

- He has experience of @ 19 years of experience of the construction industries.

- He is also engaged into trading activities of Building Construction material through his proprietary

firm Prathamesh Enterprises and of food products through Bhaaratiya Food Products

FEW OF OUR IMPORTANT CLIENTS & DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation.

1. Rajiv Gandhi Info Tech Park Hinjewadi Phase III (SEZ) – Construction of RCC duct for

power cables. – Rs. 8.82 Crore

The estimated cost of the project was Rs. 8.82 Crore with a time line of 1 year. MIDC has

entrusted us this contract on back to back basis. The work was to provide the

infrastructure of RCC cable duct for Hinjewadi Phase III area. The total length of the duct

network was approximately 9 kms. It also comprises the Ring Main Units Buildings at 7

different locations. This work being in Special Economic Zone, after detailed study of the

work as well as the benefits associated due to the SEZ status, we have started the project

& completed the same well within the time period given by MIDC. During this work our

organisation has groomed as expected.

2. Chakan Industrial Area – Construction of Fire Station Complex (A Type). – Rs. 3.51 Crore

During the execution of first contract with MIDC, MIDC has developed a confidence in

our organisation & awarded us this contract. The work has started 28th Oct’ 2009. The

work was to provide the infrastructure of Fire Station Complex for Chakan Industrial Area.

for class II & III employees, Gymnasium complex, etc. This work is also completed by us

well within the time.

3. Rajiv Gandhi Info Tech Park, Hinjewadi Phase III - Construction of Ultra Modern Fire Station

Complex. – Rs. 5.88 Crore

This was the third work we awarded from MIDC & also secured the same in tough

competition. The work is of Providing Fire Station Complex for Hinjewadi Phase III Industrial

Area. The scope is similar to the Chakan Fire Station except it is bigger in size & has an

area of 80,000 Sqft. This work is also completed by us well within the time.

4. Kagal Hatkangle Industrial Area - Construction of Fire Station Complex (A Type) – Rs. 3.88

Crore

We had already secured this work & received a work order on 7th October’ 10. Due to

the plot finalization issue of MIDC this work has not late i.e. in the month of June’ 2011.

The work is way ahead the schedule & till date completed @ 75 % of work.

Venkateshwara Hatcheries Limited.

1. Construction of Human Vaccine Plant – Rs. 7.8 Cr.

This work was awarded to us as a Turn Key Project with all aspects of Design, Construction

& completion. The work was almost completed on site & showcased a great command

on the all aspect of the Construction. The project was appreciated by Managing

Director Shri Venkateshwar Rao & since from then, their majority of the construction

requirements are catered from us.

2. Up gradation of approach road to Uttara Bio-sciences Building at Village Ketkawle,

District Pune. – Rs. 68.89 Lakhs

We have earlier constructed a Human Vaccine Plant Building for Uttara Bio- sciences of

an estimated cost of Rs. 7.8 Crore. The approach road to this building was not in good

condition & hence Mr. Venkatesh Rao Managing Director of Uttara Group has asked us

to complete the same. We have completed the same work in very short span of 2 ½

months. This work was including the widening of small bridges, culverts on the existing

road.

3. Construction of Mahadwar for Ranjangaon Mahaganapati Trust. – Rs. 125.00 Lakhs

This work is as per the master plan of the Maha Ganapati trust, Ranjangaon. This work is

sponsored by Uttara Devi Trust & we were appointed as the Contractor as well as

consultants for the Trust. This work is comprises a typical arch section design & Coursed

Decorative Stone Masonry work. Although small in quantum, but being a very prestigious

to work for Maha Ganapati, Ranjangaon, the company has undertaken this work &

giving its 100 % to make it a remarkable one.

Panchkroshi Shikshan Mandal – Suryodaya College of Engineering & Polytechnic, Satara.

1. Construction of College building for Suryodaya College of Engineering & Polytechnic at

Village Mahagaon, District Satara.- Rs. 6.65 Crore.

Suryodaya College of Engineering & Polytechnic Satara has shown a confidence in us &

has awarded the work to us. At the time of the work order in the month of March’ 09, it

was a herculean Task to complete the 1st phase & make it ready for the college

operations by July’ 09. We have taken up this challenge & completed the work well

within time. Presently 1st phase is been completed & the second is in progress. Total Built

up area of the college is @ 1,20,000 Sqft.

1. Construction of College building E Block for SRTCT’s Kamshet Engineering Campas,

Kamshet District Pune.- Rs. 12.63 Crore.

Suman Ramesh Tulsiani is a reputed charitable trust from Nariman Point, Mumbai & along

with Vishwakarma Institute of Engineering, they has started the Development of

Engineering college Residential campus for @ 3,500 students. They have entrusted a work

of main building to Synfra & put a task to complete the same within 9 months span. The

work is already commenced on site & till date the progress of Synfra is ahead of the

approved scheduled program.

Punj Lloyd Limited.

1. Trenching for Spread B for Dabhol Banglore Gas Pipeline for GAIL (Total 96 Kms) - Rs. 5.92

Crore.

The work was awarded to us along with many contractors in the total stretch of 916 kms,

till date Spread B i.e. From Amba Ghat Section to Maharashtra – Karnataka Border is well

ahead of any other spread in total Length. Our Laisoning skills & local contacts have also

helped Punj Lloyd Limited in early execution of Spread B.

Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation, Pune.

1. Construction of warehouses for Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation at Lonand,

Satara.- Rs. 3.26 Crore.

This work was awarded to us by Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation. The work is

already commenced on site & we have completed @ 65 % of work till date.

1. Construction of Plant Building for Fukoku India Limited, Chakan, Pune.

Fukoku India Limited is a group company of Fukoku Group Limited, Japan & setting up a

manufacturing plant for Automobile Rubber Components in Chakan, Pune. The part

work of the plant is entrusted to us through their Consultants Astute Engineering Private

Limited.

1. Construction of Minor Irrigation Tank at Tide, Tal Mandangadh, District Ratnagiri. - Rs.

32.19 Crore.

The work has already started & till date we have completed the activities like cut-of-

trench, Tail Channel, Waste Weir & partly embankment. We have completed the work of

2. Construction of Minor Irrigation Tank at Sudi, Tal Malegaon, District Washim. - Rs. 3.94

Crore.

The work has started & completed in a record time of 11 months although there were lot

of problems in land acquisition. The company has played an Instrumental role to

complete the project & actual benefits were passed on to the farmers.

3. Construction of Cut-Cover & cannel for Godazari Right Branch canal, Goshikurd Project,

Chandrapur. - Rs. 18.21 Crore.

This work was executed by us with our close associate M/S. K.S. Reddy & Company & the

work is already been completed on site. This work comprised the Concrete Tunnel for 525

m & the excavation of the cannel having a Bed Width of 14m, Top Width of 31m &

average Depth of 13m.
