AMSOIL Flows in the ColdNon-synthetic oils thicken rapidly asthe temperature drops. In coldweather, this causes difficult startingas the engine fights to turn overagainst the semi-solid lubricant. Evenif the engine starts, the cold, thick oilwill not circulate immediately, whichmeans some parts of the engine canrun for up to five minutes without anylubrication at all.

Most hydraulic/transmis-sion failures are causedby contamination or break-down of the hydraulic fluid.Excess heat is a majorenemy of hydraulic/trans-mission fluids. Wallace Dunn, Richfield, KSI started using AMSOIL in the spring of 1983. UsingAMSOIL SAE 30 Diesel Oil and the AMSOIL By-PassOil Filter, we run 900 hours between oil changes on the160 HP Case and 700 hours in our 120 HP Deutz Allisair-cooled. I use the AMSOIL 20W-50 Synthetic Oil inmy Massey 510 combine on a two-year oil changeschedule. I am very pleased I was introduced toAMSOIL Products.

Harold Isaac, Hooker, OKI use AMSOIL Synthetic Engine Oil, Synthetic Multi-Purpose Hydraulic Fluid and the AMSOIL 80W-90 Synthetic Gear Lube in my two Deere tractors, my 855Steiger and my N6 Allis combine. I also use theAMSOIL By-Pass Oil Filters and change oil once a year.Our farm uses nothing but AMSOIL and we are happywith the results.
