OBJECTIVETalent-Assistance (T-Assist) aims to strengthen and deepen media-related
capabilities of the local workforce.

COURSE PROVIDER COURSE
a. Registered business entity in Singapore
b. Sound financial health to justify business continuity
c. Adequate manpower to support T-Assist
administration functions (Organisation chart depicting staff responsible for T-Assist functions to be submitted)
d. SOP to show established systems and capabilities to support the fulfilment of roles and responsibilities as T-Assist Provider
a. Duration: Minimum 14 hrs (excl. breaks). Course can be delivered full-time/part-time. Duration must be indicated clearly in course outline.
b. Trainers: Must have at least 2 years of industry/teaching experience. All trainers’ CVs must be submitted to IMDA.
c. Mapped to at least one TSC PL 3 and above
d. Track record: At least 1 course run in the past 12 months (new courses will be assessed on a case-by-case basis)
e. Marketing plan
f. Must demonstrate that learning outcomes will be measured
g. Any support under other funding schemes must be declared upfront

• Course Providers are expected to create trainee enrolment record in ICMS within window:
30 calendar days before course start date and up to 5 calendar days from the course start date
• CP needs to advise on the eligibility criteria for trainees, and enroll trainees into correct “Profession”:
Singaporean Citizens aged 40 year-old and above: Birth year at course start date
SME-sponsored: Form T1
Media Freelancer: Invoice/Receipt of at least 1 project in the past 6 mths from application date
