PRE-SCHOOL TEACHER NEEDED Little Saints Pre-school is seeking a Preschool Teacher to work with 2.5-5 year olds. Required to have 12 ECS/ECE Units and experience teaching 2.5-5 year olds. You will also need to be fingerprinted or be willing to be fingerprinted, and have updated MMR & Whopping Cough shot records. Knowledge of pre-school curriculum and outdoor curriculum is preferred, and be creative, engaging, caring and commit-ted. Monte Carlo—Huge success!
If you haven’t heard, this years’ Monte Carlo Night proved to be another huge success. The event profited an estimated $11,265 —over $2,384 more than last year. The winner of the $2,000 raffle prize went to Rodrigo Valdez. To see a list of all the big winners and sponsors for the event, you can pick up a flyer in all of the vestibule of the church when you leave. The parish would like to thank all the volunteers and sponsors who made this years’ Monte Carlo Night an evening to remember!

40 Days for Life
Please join us for the largest 40 Days for Life campaign ever in 375 cities, from September 27-Nov 5. This is a peaceful, prayerful vigil locally in Santa Maria across the street from Planned Parenthood at 415 East Chapel St. It has been noted that when people are seen praying, there are approximately 40% no show or cancella-tions for abortions. The Catholic Daughters are praying the rosary after the 8 am Mass every Monday. On the first Monday of each month we pray the Patriotic Rosary. We pray for every state and office and for the conversion of our country. The rosary is prayed
all other Mondays after Mass for world peace. Patriotic Rosary Booklets will be available for 50 cents each.

H.O.P.E Store
St. Vincent de Paul is excited to announce our 3rd annual H.O.P.E Store (Helping Others Pro-vide Enough). This annual event assists Lompoc families in need by providing the blessing of being able to provide Christmas presents for their children! The Longest Road
A screening of The Longest Road-the true story of Iraqi refugees and the American Veterans who have returned to help them, will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 1-3 pm at the Church of the Nazarene (500 E North Ave.) and a reception to follow at the Veteran’s Memorial Building. The cost is $35 per person.

Si no lo has escuchado, la Noche de Monte Carlo de este año de-mostró ser otro gran éxito. El evento tuvo un beneficio estimado de $ 11,265, más de $2,384 más que el año pasado. El ganador de la rifa de $2,000 fue para Rodrigo Valdez. Maestra Pre-escolar
La escuela pre-escolar de la Purisima está buscando un/a maestro/a para trabajar con niños 2.5-5 años de edad. Requiere tener 12 ECS/ECE unidades y la experiencia en la enseñanza con niños de 2.5-5 años. También necesitará tomar huellas digitales o estar dispuestos a tomar huellas digitales, actualizar la MMR y archivos de vacunas para la tos ferina. Conocimiento del currículo pre-escolar y currículo afuera de clase es el preferido, y ser creativo, interesante, cuidado y compromiso.
