Specifications: • Posts are white oak, all other timbers are white pine with 1/4” chamfer throughout.

• Principle timber joints secured with white oak pegs.

• Posts are 4”x4”; Header is 5”x6”; Girt (lower horizontal) is 2”x6”.

• Header has band sawn curve with 5/4” pine roof and metal roofing.

• Signboard is 3/4” tongue-in-groove eastern white cedar. It comes unpainted (see below for modifications). There are 12 square feet of potential signage space on the mini if both sides are used. 6 Square feet on the

font is lockable display space, 6 square feet on the back serves as additional (unlocked) signboard area.

• Hinged, top-swinging Plexiglas® door framed in cherry. Door has pin with hole to receive padlock (padlock not provided).

• Posts to be buried 4’ below grade, backfilled with crushed stone or sand; concrete footings not required.

Options:• Painted signboard - $50 - Paint is by Arborcoat® in Mission Brown or Imperial Gray

• Location routed into the header board (14 letters max) These letters can be filled with paint or left natural - $200

• Double-sided: A unit with larger framing and locking doors on both sides - $450

• Locust posts: Upgrade for added rot-resistance - $400

• Brochure Box - $275 ($300 stained)
