“AMBLY ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED” was
established in the year 2008 with the induction of new
Professional Directors had completed a decades of
experience in industrial piping, LSTK jobs, erection &
commissioning of Heavy equipments and various other jobs
for reputed clients consisting of Government as well as
private sector organization.
We are situated at the Eastern Coastal Belt of India at the
Bay of Bengal in Chennai (Tamilnadu). Our Head Office is
only 8 KMS from Chennai Airport, 10 KMS from Chennai
Central, and 12 KMS from Chennai Port.. Our MD’s Motto
is to serve the People & Nation, in return it will serve the
Employees & the Employer.

POWER PLANT:
Power Plant piping works and Equipment erection.
Piping design, Layout preparation, Supply, erection and commissioning as per
consultants requirement. Cooling water circuit, CNG piping, Air piping,
Refrigeration systems, Unit Piping for Nuclear, Cement, Tire Manf., including
selection of pipes, sizes, as per API norms, fabrication as per ASME/API-5L
specification
SHIP BUILDING:
We are a Recognized Contractor for Submarine / Ship
Building, Repairs, Hull Out Fitting works. In L&T India.
Fabrication & Erection of Hull fabrication, Hull Out-fitting, Equipment
erection and Piping, End Forming [Aluminum, Titanium, CuNi].
NUCLEAR POWER PLANT:
Pipe welding works in all Alloy Steels
STRUCTURAL WORKS :
Welding and erection of structural works for Cement &

Welding Transformers, rectifiers, TIG, MIG, Co2, Semiautomatic
Submerged Arc welding Machines, welding Booms and Manipulators.
Cutting sets, Core drilling machines and other special tools.
QUALITY:
With the above facilities of edge preparation, profile gas cutting &
automatic welding coupled with experienced & qualified welders "AEPL"
can achieve Ultrasonic & radiographic weld quality. You will find the
quality of our fabricated products up to the international standards.
CAPACITY:
We are in a position to supply 400 tons of structures per month which
is the present spare capacity which can be improved to meet your specific
demands and targets.

Industrial Piping
AEPL specializes in the design, layout preparation, selection of
materials and other accessories, fabrication and installation of piping
systems.
Systems we are experienced with include the following. High-
pressure Compressed Natural gas [CNG] lines, Compressed air lines,
Refrigeration system pipeline, steam and condensate (up to 1100 degrees F,
and 1600 psi). Gases, high purity, chemical, and petroleum .Fuels, water
pulp and Chlorine and Ammonia, various piping systems in Ships and
Submarines.
We have vast experience with a variety of alloys, including carbon
steel, stainless steel, chrome-molly, titanium, copper, and specialty lined.
We follow ASME,API, GHOST and other standards as per requirement at
customer sites.

AEPL is involved in Hull fabrication, Equipment erection,
