SPA ETIQUETTE PRE-ARRIVAL

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation we encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to experience our lounge, steam room and sauna. Please be prompt in your arrival, as late arrivals will be subject to a reduction in treatment time. Your treatment will finish on time so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Spa treatments and facilities are available for guest 16 years and older. Children ages 12-15 are welcome to enjoy massages, facials, and body treatment, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children ages 11 and under are welcome to enjoy treatments in the salon accompanied by an adult.

SPA ACCESS

On the day of your spa service(s), we invite you to enjoy our amenities and facilities, which include robe, slippers, sauna, steam, relaxation room, spa snacks and refreshments. There is a $25 fee for hotel guests not receiving a scheduled treatment.

SPA CONSIDERATIONS

So that the tranquility of the spa experience may be preserved, we respectfully ask that you leave cell phones turned off. Please make your gender request when scheduling your treatment.

If you are a guest of the Resort, please leave all your valuables in your room safe. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items. The Spa Hilton Marco Island cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items.

If you are scheduled for a body treatment or facial, please refrain from shaving at least one hour prior to your treatment.

For your comfort, we ask that your shower prior to any body and waxing services.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

It is customary to enjoy most body treatments without clothing, but you may wear an undergarment if you prefer. As a friendly reminder, you will be draped discreetly to protect your privacy at all times. We will never compromise your modesty.

CHARGES & GRATUITIES

We accept all major credit cards. If you are a guest of the Resort, you may also charge spa services to your resort bill. For your convenience, payment is made prior to all services. A 21% service charge is automatically applied to each spa service you receive. Gratuities will be dispersed to the spa staff who served you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion. All prices and services are subject to change.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Give the gift of health and wellness with an elegantly wrapped Gift Certificate to The Spa. CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, we strictly adhere to The Spa cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please advise us four hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellation of packages, personal training classes, exercise class or private parties require 24-hour notice. A credit card is required at the time you book your spa treatments.
