Frotn the nine period of August 20* to September25,2001,1attended DC-10 aircraftinitial flight training. This training was fioided by the Federal Aviation Administrationand occurred during my normal scope of duties as an FAA Aviation Safely Inspector.
This training was conducted through Pun Am International FHgJrt Academy, (PAIFA).PAIFA is located in the Northwest Airlines Training ferility in Eagan, Minnesota.
