The controller is designed towithstand a short drop to ahard surface and still operatenormally, even if the case ischipped or nicked.

The controller is notwaterproof, and water candamage the device.

Immediately remove thecontroller from the water,then dry the controller witha towel dampened withclean tap water.

Remove the batteries orbattery pack, then allowthe battery compartmentto air dry at roomtemperature for 24 hours.
