The controller is designed towithstand a short drop to ahard surface and still operatenormally, even if the case ischipped or nicked.

Try the controller; itshould work.

Fluid on the controller:Fluid was spilled onto thecontroller or the controllerwas dropped into water.

The controller is notwaterproof, and water candamage the device.

Immediately remove thecontroller from the water,then dry the controller witha towel dampened withclean tap water.

Remove the batteries orbattery pack, then allowthe battery compartmentto air dry at roomtemperature for 24 hours.
