To qualify, please present a voided check at check out.
Silent Auction—Bid Boards Tables
The five Silent Tables will be available for viewing and bidding at 5:00 p.m. When you wish to bid on an item, simply print your Name and Bidder Number (legibly please) the Item# and the Amount you wish to bid on a bid tag. Hand your bid tag to an attendant who will record and post your bid on the Bid Board. Each time you bid, the bid must increase by at least $1.00 more than the last posted amount. The highest bidder at the time the Bid Board closes purchases that item.
Just prior to the close of each Bid Board, the announcer will announce the closing countdown. During the final four minutes before the Bid Board closes, all bids will be placed in a fish net for blind bidding.
When the countdown ends, no further bidding will be accepted for items on that Bid Board. Upon the closing of the board, the highest bid will win and be posted on the Bid Board. In case of a tie, there will be a “bid off.” Tags filled out improperly or illegibly will be void.
Cash out opens at 7:00 p.m. you may go directly to pay for your items once table 3 closes. If you prefer, you may wait until the end of the evening. Items are to be picked up at the re-demption center only after they have been paid for.
*** Redemption Center*** After each table is closed all items will be brought to the
Redemption Center, next to the bar.
You must cash out before collecting your items.

BIG BIN and Mini Theme Basket Project Again this year, Wings approached many of the
county’s businesses, organizations and churches and asked if their employees would help with our auction
by filling large and small theme bins/baskets. The business, organization or churches picked the theme
of their choice and the response was again remarkable.
