Hello, my name is Valerie and I’m going to tell you about my job. I have a small agency

offering exchanges between English families and Spanish families. From time to time, I

also work with French families, but it's pretty rare.

In fact, the adolescents are the ones that make the exchange. A Spanish family typically

receives an English teenager during the holidays. Then, the following holidays, it is the

turn of the Spanish teenager to go to the English family. It allows young people to practice

English and Spanish and in addition it creates links between families.

My work is quite complicated because I have to find compatible families. There are families

who have fairly specific criteria and it is sometimes difficult to fulfil their requirements. In

addition, there is a period where I have a lot of work; usually it's just before the summer

holidays.

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

- Peel and cut the potatoes into slices.

- Butter a baking dish and place the potatoes in the dish.

- Pour the boiled milk in the pan and add a pinch of salt and pepper.

- Cover with grated cheese and then proceed to grill for a few minutes.

- Our association aims to show off English culture to the world.

- We have several members who live in different countries and they organize local

events. We discuss what events are possible to do and which are not.

- Do you have many members?

- Yes, we have 5,000 permanent members worldwide. In addition, we also have people

people per year.

- How do you fund your association?

The members pay a membership fee of £30 per year. And we also receive private

- Good morning Nadia. So, I started in the world of TV when I was still studying. At first I
