Welcome to Egypt Power Group
In 1988, Egypt Power Group was founded by four brothers and established in Cairo. Egypt Power Group operates in the field of diesel engines providing a wide and varied range of products and applications. The group first started with the automotive sector but nowadays the business scope is larger to include the following activities: power packs, gensets, pump sets, welding sets, air compressors, light towers, semi-trailers, sheet metal work, OEM applications and wastewater treatment projects.
With the deepest expertise that we have in these fields, we design, develop, manufacture and sell different types of products providing full solutions to the customers and offering them the best and highest qualities.

Company Overview:
Working in the automotive field for more than a decade, we are the sole agent for MAXXFORCE MWM INTERNATIONAL (a Navistar company) diesel engines in Egypt, the Middle East and Africa. As part of the American Navistar International- which is one of the largest manufacturers of diesel engines worldwide, Egypt Power has a great pleasure from being part of it.
We use those engines in the repowering business offering the best power packs solutions and also in the assembling of generating sets with different ranges. We are also one of EATON distributors in Egypt and we use their transmissions in many applications.
Recently, Egypt Power has established a joint venture with the Brazilian company RANDON. Being a partner with the largest leading company RANDON in Brazil, pioneered in the segments of trailers and semi-trailers, Egypt Power Group takes advantage of every market opportunity to meet all market demands.
With this new expansion, we play the role of manufacturing and distribution of RANDON semi trailers and we hope to keep up with the industrialization process and development of road transportation in our country.
We have factories, warehouses and service centers, located in Egypt. We provide you with an excellent after sales services, technical consultancy services and spare parts facilities. Egypt Power is proud to be an ISO 9001: 2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company.
Our group also engages in contracting projects for Water and Wastewater treatment, besides other applications such as water desalination plants, the supply and installation of mechanical and electrical equipments of pump stations, in addition to the manufacture of all steel and metal structure work related to all water constructions and electric switch gears.
We are now one of the largest and most successful companies in Egypt that operates in this field and serves the environment.
Egypt Power Group has expanded further its business across Africa (Ethiopia, Zimbabwe and Ghana) and we are proud to take advantage of every expansion of our business in the near future.

1-EGYPT POWER automotive:
A) Power Packs
One of the major activities of Egypt Power is automotive Re-powering. We provide your vehicle with the best MAXXFORCE MWM engines needed for the repowering process. Our qualified planners and engineers study case by case and apply the necessary changes to the engines before changing the engines and gearboxes of all trucks, buses and mini buses. And with our deep expertise and best reputation in the repowering field, we make sure your vehicle will be always performing everywhere at highest levels. - Repowering starts from 95 to 240 HP using MAXXFORCE MWM Engines and Eaton gearboxes - All conversion kits are designed and manufactured by our sheet metal work department.
B) MAXXFORCE engines
MAXXFORCE MWM diesel engines are best known for their powerful and high levels of performance, durability and efficiency proven anytime and everywhere. We sell MAXXFORCE diesel engines serving many segments (vehicular, agricultural, power generation, industrial, marine and auxiliary). With the launch of the new MAXXFORCE product lines, we ensure the excellent performance, durability and outstanding power for your vehicle.

C) Eaton
Eaton transmissionsWe are proud to supply EATON Gearboxes and we also use them in the repowering business and other different applications. Not only our task stops here, but we make sure that we provide you with all the services you need, after sales services and warranty.
D) OEM
Our OEM applications include many projects and co-engineering for projects development. Many of EAMCO’s vehicles and allweilerfarid water pumps are powered by our MAXXFORCE engines. Other OEM applications are also available starting from 95 HP up to 240 HP. We provide all our customers with the best solutions and engineering support.
2- EGYPOWER equipment:
A) Generating sets
Our EGYPOWER generating sets are also powered by MAXXFORCE MWM diesel engines and are assembled in Egypt. We offer them at ratings available from 25 kVA up to 200 kVA.
Engines:All our EGYPOWER gensets are driven by MAXXFORCE MWM diesel engines.

Alternators:We supply and install your generator with MECC ALTE alternators with different ranges meeting your requirements.
Control Panels:We design and produce different types of panels with different modules and operational devices according to customer requirements and any additional requests can be customized based on your needs.
Soundproof canopies:Our soundproof canopies are designed and manufactured locally in our factories. All soundproof canopies are available with high production standards meeting customers’ requirements for soundproofing and genset protection. Soundproof canopies are specially designed in a way that perfectly fit the size of the genset and lower the sound of the unit to 75 dB at a 7m distance.
Genset Trailer:We manufacture genset trailers for regular mobile and field needs, all designed based on your specifications at affordable price.
Marine Genset:Egypt Power manufactures electric marine generators with a capacity that ranges from 30 kVA to 85 kVA powered by MAXXFORCE MWM diesel engines and available at 3, 4 or 6 cylinders.
* Load Bank Testing:We have to test each generator by our load bank before the delivery of any product. This is to make sure that we provide you with the service needed for your power system. Our load bank develops any electrical load up to 450 kW.
B) Pump Sets
We can supply you with different types of pumps (water pump sets, fire fighting pumps….etc) as per your specifications, all diesel engine driven (MAXXFORCE MWM) and which are used in different applications such as: (Pure water for drinking, sanitary drainage, raw water for irrigation systems, oil, sewage agricultural and many other purposes…)

We offer welding sets, all powered by diesel engines: 500 Amp – DC.

3- EGYPT POWER machinery:
In our sheet metal work department, our technicians are specialized in fabrication, installation and maintenance of all sheet metal products.Sheet metal products include:Sheet metal brackets, Tube bending machines for exhaust and water and air pipes, Water and Fuel tanks, Fenders, Bumpers, Mufflers …etc.
4- EGYPT POWER semi-trailers:
We saw it a great opportunity to expand the business and start to produce semi-trailers in our factory. We are the first genuine producer of RANDON semi trailers in Egypt and we are proud to serve your vehicle with the load capacity and special features that you are looking for. Products:

Spare parts
We offer a full range of EGYPOWER, MAXXFORCE-MWM, RANDON and EATON spare parts, all available on hand for sale and at competitive prices. We also give you the warranty of any part you purchase. In addition, Egypt Power has a current fill rate of 95% which allows any customer to have their parts on hand and increases the efficiency of our business.
Warehouses:
Our computerized parts-inventory system makes it easier to record all stocks and purchases across all warehouses. We are always ready to meet your requirements for immediate purchases and delivery and our sales team will provide you with all the products and services that you need.
In addition to that, Egypt Power has five sites in Egypt (with a total area of more than 3000 m2 )

Workshops:
Our fully equipped workshops in Egypt are located in Cairo and Alexandria. The main activities performed there are manufacturing, assembling, maintenance and parts repairing.
Field Services
Our field teams and qualified engineers are available at your need at anytime to ensure your machine downtime will be taken care of. In addition to our fully equipped mobile workshops that help in maximizing the efficiency of the service we offer. Our field service team reaches any customer in Egypt and also comes to your field for installing and fixing up any trouble.
Training Center
Our advanced and fully equipped training centers help us to improve our services to you and help our clients to attend the training programs necessary
for them to better understand the internal processes of any product. Special (theoretical and practical) trainings are available for installation, repowering vehicles, basic and full service improvements and maintenance.
