UAQ e-Government has set itself an ambitious target to consolidate all UAQ services into one integrated platform which will be
the main gate for all UAQ citizens
TACME made the UAQ e-Government initiative a reality by automating all the existing processes and delivering the needed
smart solution
This project is considered one of the most collaborative solutions implemented in the UAE; it has one integrated system giving
access to all UAQ government services to any user through multiple channels: web portal, mobile applications and kiosk
machines
UAQ e-Government built the first consolidated services catalogue in the UAE consisting of a central platform that unifies all
government entities which are linked through a seamless integration that maintains consistency and usability
TACME has built a unified user profile for each citizen/customer/user that allows using all UAQ governmental services without
the need to log-in several times, hence saving time and effort and enhancing the user’s experience

The main challenge with ABRPBF was serving senior people with limited or no experience in using digital channels.
TACME’s user experience and design team successfully delivered a very simple yet professional user experience
which achieved the main targets
ABRPBF planned to transform their business form manual to electronic and smart one. TACME as one of the
business transformation leader in UAE proposed a comprehensive strategy in which ABRPBF various services
shall be automated and presented through different channels based on a phased approach
Advanced fraud detection mechanisms are created in order to assure that pensions are paid to the rightful owner(s)
In addition to that, TACME presented an omni-channel concept where all service channels (Mobile, Web, Kiosk &
Service centers) are interconnected

Bouquet of Mobile application were developed to serve different sectors as follows:
Government (G2G) – exposing dashboards that highlight the financial figures and expenses of the governmental
entities across different years

TACME automated Abu Dhabi Police services in order to maintain a smart Environment within the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi.
One centralized backend system for all channels which simplify management and administration activities
TACME created a very trendy design which reflects the vision of Abu Dhabi Police to always cope with new
innovations and trends.
TACME exposed Abu Dhabi Police System over multiple channels: Website – Mobile Apps – Kiosk – Smart Watch.
Abu Dhabi Police was one of the few entities that exposed some of their services over the Smart Watches to keep
users notified of all updates and unexpected events that occur.

The accuracy of this app is up to 20 cm as it is integrated with the Military GIS system and Dubai Municipality Addressing
System.
Makani is location map application which is replacing the famous Google Map app a in Dubai as it is used by all Dubai Citizens.
TACME enabled the Predictive text functionality within this app in order to simplify its usability so users won’t have to
memorize the exact spelling of the required place.

Dubai has several medical service centers that cater to foreign laborers who must complete annual health check-ups in order to maintain their employment status.
The transformation included new navigation and floor plans, the
country’s first governmental pre-booking system, personalized
guidance tools for each patient, and a streamlined patient journey
that resulted in a 45% reduction in time spent at the clinic.
Automated queuing and monitoring systems now control how
many and exactly where people are in the clinic at any given
point, which helps staff better plan and prioritize.
We also formulated construction guidelines directly with the
builders. In designing the clinic’s interior, we used universal
symbols, color-coding and numbers (rather than words only) to
ensure that everyone easily understands what’s what and where
to go. A new educational plan was created to teach staff and
management how to conduct new services and how to deliver a
positive customer experience for each individual patient.
We believe that as the world becomes smaller, more open and
more accessible, designing for diversity as accomplished in Dubai
will become a key goal of governments around the world.
