Disseminate TB app. TB app is tested at RS and NS from publication till automn IS; ready to be used at the Kyev and Izmir ISs. CT, CM, LP

Collecting and managing comprehensive overviews of materials (carry out a need assesement: what further materials are needed?)

After the TB app, what's next? What's the need? What are the objectives? To be discussed based on ongoing projects of the other Councils and Office. CM, CT

Guide for presidents. MM, CT Guide for jury members. CT, AI, LKS Finalise and publish guide on feedback. CT, LKS Assist the office with a session management guide.

I think it's okay if we don't have someone in charge of all guides, we agreed we'ld see what guides we focus on (what are needed) once the TB app is done.

Assist the Reg Dev Council with the NCMD guide. MM Develop design skeletons for most common training courses

(chairs, organisers, journalists training courses, NCMDs)

Coordinated by MM

Synergy / Expansion CHRISTIAN Co-operate with the Academic and Reg Dev Councils based

on their soon to be published objectives. MM Develop at least 5 other types of activities -aside from

training courses- that would help Alumni grow further within our organisation and work on their implementation. Go beyond trainings - rethinking - new ideas CT, LKS

Carry out a needs assesement to ensure that our work responds to an existing need in the EYP community/our target group (April)

ensure feedback from EYPers outside the council/EYP Academy is taken into acount. AI

Trainers ANASTASIIA Make list of trainers available to NCs. LT, PT and ST updated and published on EYP

alumni platform. CM, LP Encourage EYPers to join the LT and to become PT/ST. AI Facilitate communication between trainers and across NCs.

Ensure learning points from previous training courses are passed on to future teams, assisting with the development of their training plan. MM, CM, LP

Be there for trainers by keeping in touch on their development, responding to their needs and keeping them involved through training offers. CM, MM, LP

Trainings Maria Researching ways of financing training events. CM Offer individual support to NCs organising trainings. MM, LKS, AI Increase number of training courses funded through the

Mercator grant. Improved and increased communication when call is open (materials on why NOCs should organise it, draft sketches of content, individual assistance offered to NCs).

Make sure an adequate number of training courses (national and international) are organised each year, and that the whole EYP training subjects spectrum is covered by those training courses;

Increased number and wider spectre of trainings

Offer training possibilities both for all levels of experience (both experienced and less experienced).

T4ET (included in trainings) Maria Make sure a T4ET is organised this year. MM, CT Preparations for T4ET 2015 (at least call for host NOC) start

as soon as possible after T4ET 2014. MM A T4ET 2.0 (for more experienced trainers) is organised late
