‘One-Stop-Shops’ for all your needs As a global Maintenance service, TAG Aviation operates two Heavy Maintenance Centres supported by our own comprehensive network of approved MRO Line Stations in Europe, Asia and Africa. Our Centres are based in key central European locations, and we have the capacity to offer our clients maintenance services right across the world.

Our expert technicians can undertake servicing, every inspection and major modi� cations and are supported by maintenance control teams and logistics experts – all available 24/7.

With more than ten specialised workshops at yourservice, TAG Aviation’s highly-trained mechanics provide the ultimate ‘One-Stop-Shop’ service, taking care of all your aircraft’s maintenance requirements.

Experience and expertise in Aircraft Maintenance TAG Aviation’s reputation is built upon a philosophy of operational excellence. Nowhere is this more apparent than with our Aircraft Maintenance, which has been a TAG core service for over 45 years.

We have Maintenance Centres right across Europe, in Geneva, Farnborough, Paris, Sion (Switzerland), Madrid, Lisbon as well as in Lomé (Togo), and Hong Kong in Asia. Our dedicated teams of highly-trained technicians work to the very highest standards, safeguarding the safety and security of your aircraft, and always with � exibility to meet your scheduling needs. Above all else we ensure that your aircraft spends the minimum time on the ground, applying expertise to keep your jet � ying.

TAG’s Maintenance Centres are approved by almost every major aircraft manufacturer and we are certi� ed to work on over 50 types of aircraft. Heavy base and Line maintenance comprise our core businesses, and our specialist workshops include Interior Refurbishment, Paintshop, Part 21 and Sheet Metal Work.

Taken together, it means that we are able to deliver a complete ‘One-Stop-Shop’ operation, ensuring reliability and the same exacting levels of service across the spectrum of aircraft maintenance.

Airframe TAG’s international team of highly quali� ed technicians will service your aircraft on time, on budget and dispatch ready, with minimum downtime guaranteed. Our core business is Dassault & Bombardier, and we are factory authorised for Honeywell, Rockwell, Collins and General Electrics. TAG Aviation is quali� ed and experienced in making major inspections, such as 1C, 2C, 3C and 4C on all Falcon aircraft, 48- and 96-month checks on Challenger, and 1C, 2C and 4C on the GlobalSeries including the Vision, plus Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) for owners or even major manufacturers.

Ramp services TAG Aviation provides a full array of Ramp Services from our Maintenance Centres in Geneva, Farnborough, Paris, Madrid, Sion, Lisbon and Hong Kong. Our teams areexpert in identifying and diagnosing every kind of technical issue with your aircraft. We move swiftly to rectify a fault, with the emphasis on resolving the problem thoroughly, and quickly, keeping downtime and inconvenience to an absolute minimum. From pre-� ight and post-� ight to servicing or squawks clearance, our certi� ed technicians can release your aircraft with minimum delays, helping to optimise your operations. Additionally, our Mobile Repair Team, available 24/7, members carry multiple visas and can travel extensively to assist any kind ofaircraft supported by TAG.

Avionics and Cabin Entertainment Upgrade Installing the latest upgrades in avionics and navigation systems ensures that your aircraft’s safety and performance are optimised, while enhancing your aircraft’s value. We can also oversee your aircraft’s compliance with the new mandates, including CPDLC, ADS-B through Link 2000, EASy II, Pro Line 21, TCAS and Batch 3. Additionally, TAG can also install high technologies such as GSM on board and Satcom: State-of-the-Art entertainment systems.

Structural and Sheet Metal Work We can undertake all kinds of sheet metal and structural repairs, and our teams of experts undertake all work ef� ciently, limiting the downtime of your aircraft to a minimum. Our relationships with aircraft manufacturers enable us to get the most complex repairs achieved in record time such as winglets installation.

Updates and Modi� cations / Part 21

TAG Aviation’ experts can assess your aircraft’s systems, recommending appropriate upgrades or modifications, including extensive Part 21 modifications, such as Interior modification (cabin reconfiguration / galley modifications), heavy avionics upgrades and Satcom installation. This service is increasingly popular, in response to the demand for individually designed aircraft interiors.

Paintshop

TAG’s Paintshop services range from a simple touch-up to a full respray. Our Geneva facility has an integrated Paintshop where we can customise your aircraft to any design, no matter how complex, while TAG Aviation Farnborough utilises industry-recognised partners to assist with the paint process. Painting usually takes place when the aircraft is scheduled for a major inspection to minimise downtime.

Interior Refurbishment TAG’s expert craftsmen can oversee minor repairs to the interior of your aircraft, or undertake a full refurbishment of the cabin interpreting your own personal tastes and needs. Our design consultants use the latest software to virtually realise your new interior, while select suppliers help source quality materials, including soft goods, seats, carpets, woodwork and other trim detailing.

NDT (Level II / Level III) Our experts provide non-destructive testing (NDT) services on site, enhancing the safety and reliability of your jet. We use the latest techniques, working alongside OEM engineers, to survey your aircraft’s structure and equip-ment, detecting any faults, and determining the best methods of repair.

Cleaning / Aircraft Detailing Cleaning services for aircraft interiors and exteriors are available at Geneva, Farnborough, Paris, Sion, Lisbon and Madrid. We offer simple vacuuming to deep cabin cleaning, which includes carpets, seats and the galley area. Exteriors can also be washed and polished. At Ge-neva and Farnborough, we also offer a Detailing Service, which ensures that all elements of the interior are precisely ordered and arranged, in line with our clients’ wishes.

Brakes, Wheels and Tyres Our dedicated teams in Geneva and Farnborough are certi� ed to survey all types of aircraft wheels, perform NDT’s to detect any defects, wheels overhaul, tyrereplacements and change worn brakes. To save on costs, checks can be carried out during the maintenance inspection of your aircraft.

Logistics TAG Aviation provides industry-leading logistics support, 24/7. All our Maintenance Centres boast a comprehen-sive inventory of spare parts in modern storage facilities. Should your aircraft require any special parts, they can be sourced quickly, ef� ciently, and with minimal shipping and customs delays.

Airworthiness Management / CAMOA dedicated TAG Aviation of� cial is assigned to your aircraft, to ensure it is always airworthy. To this end, we schedule regular inspections and organise the appropriate service and maintenance work wherever it is needed. TAG can also perform logbook review and renew your aircraft’s Airworthiness Certi� cate and, make appropriate recommendations to national authorities.

SalesTAG has in place a dedicated Sales Team ready to react to any maintenance request you might make of us. As well as creating estimates and scheduling your aircraft for maintenance, the team can also provide details of special contracts, such as ‘power by the hour’ and agreements spe-ci� cally tailored to the needs of governments or corporations.

Customer Service TAG Aviation’s Client Service teams are internationally renowned for their knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm and passion for aviation. We are committed to providing exemplary levels of care and attention, with a highly-trained staff expert in minimising costs and working to budgets. Every client is appointed a dedicated Customer Service Manager who oversees an individual’s needs, and is fully versed in an aircraft’s maintenance history and upcoming requirements.

Geneva’s complete ‘One-Stop-Shop’ Maintenance Centre Genève Aéroport is one of Europe’s most popular airports for business aircraft. As TAG’s main European hub, Geneva also incorporates a major Maintenance Centre, offering a complete ‘One-Stop-Shop’, within a 6,000 m2 hangar that can accommodate up to 14 aircraft. Dedicated Line Maintenance in West AfricaLomé Airport, in Togo West Africa, houses a dedicated Line Maintenance station with on-site work provided by two TAG Aviation technicians, in support of a local operator.
